  1. Had no idea about this Singh! He attempted to assassinate Rajiv Gandhi in Delhi at the Raj Ghat. Didnt know that Singhs tried assassinating rajiv
  2. HS Phoolka releases video of Rajiv Gandhi justifying 1984 riots. The video is nearly 31 years old in which Rajiv Gandhi is seen saying 'Jab vi koi bara ber girta hai toh Dharti torhih hilti hai' after riots of 1984 which took place after Indira Gandhi's assassination. Also the quote used for one of 'Phoolka's' his books.
  3. http://www.bbc.co.uk/news/world-asia-india-26252797 The government in India's Tamil Nadu state has decided to free seven people convicted of plotting the assassination of former PM Rajiv Gandhi. All seven were members of the Sri Lankan Tamil Tiger rebel group. Gandhi's murder in May 1991 was seen as retaliation for his having sent Indian peacekeepers to Sri Lanka in 1987. The announcement came a day after the Supreme Court commuted the death sentences of three convicts, citing delays in deciding their mercy pleas. The decision to free the prisoners was taken on Wednesday morning at a cabinet meeting, chaired by Tamil Nadu Chief Minister J Jayalalitha. Ms Jayalalitha told the state assembly later that the government would send the cabinet decision to the federal government for approval. "If there is no reply within three days from the centre, the state government will release all the seven... in accordance with the powers vested with the state government," she said. Among the prisoners to be released are the three men whose death sentences were commuted on Tuesday by the Supreme Court - Murugan, Santhan and Perarivalan. They have been in jail for more than 20 years and had been on death row since 1998. The court ruled that they should be spared the death sentence as it was inhumane to keep them for so long under the threat of execution. Nalini Sriharan, an Indian Tamil woman, was also given the death penalty by the trial court in 1998, but the Supreme Court commuted this to life imprisonment the following year. Three other convicts - Robert Pious, Jayakumar and Ravichandran - who are serving life sentences for involvement in the assassination would also be among those freed, authorities said. Rajiv Gandhi was killed by a female suicide bomber at an election rally in Tamil Nadu. A BBC correspondent in Delhi says the Gandhi family is unlikely to oppose the move to free the prisoners. Nalini's death sentence was changed into a life term, following a plea for clemency by Rajiv Gandhi's widow and Congress party president, Sonia Gandhi. Mrs Gandhi had appealed on Nalini's behalf because she had a young child. In 2008, Gandhi's daughter Priyanka Gandhi met Nalini in jail. "I needed to make peace with all the violence in my life," she later said. "I don't believe in anger or violence and I refuse to let it overpower me. Meeting Nalini was my way of coming to terms with my father's death," Ms Gandhi said
  4. When the revelations of operation sundown came out recently in an Indian magazine by 1 Indian journalist it seemed to collaborate with what the amritsar massacre inquiry report conducted by the current british government had concluded when published later on. What we need to know is this a fake story a fake operation put into the Indian and worldwide press to divert the real role of the UK thatcher government in 1984? Because this operation sundown story broke before the report was published and the Sikh federation along with other Sikh organisations and Tom watson MP had asked the govt to clarify what they knew of operation sundown. So did the current british govt and indian govt collaborate and come up with a fictitious "operation sundown" out of thin air to make their role seem insignificant and only advisory. What was clear from the report that an SAS person had visited the sri harmandir sahib in feb 1984 for recconersince and was able to walk around the complex unhindered or attacked by supposed "sikh terrorists" , "sikh extremists", "sikh dissidents" as they were then labelled. We know for sure that thousands of pilgrims of all religions and walks of lives were freely coming and going out of the temple. So what need was an SAS or any other special forces person to decide to attack our most holiest shrine even for only a limited commando strike to take out alleged extremists. It is not the role of the UK govt to decide or interfer in the religious or political affairs of the Sikhs of Punjab. It is not in the remit or right of the UK government to behave in such a manor. Sant bhindranwale was an elected head of damdami taksal one of the most respected institutions of Sikhism to plan an attack or abduct him is declaration of war against the Sikh faith....So thats one point against the UK govt. Another point is why was relentless gunfire directed at sri harmandir sahib just before the SAS agent was about to leave? There are reports in articles that there was gunfire directed at people in the darbar sahib complex from outside. This shows they were trying to test the resistance and draw return fire to test the capabilities of the so called "sikh dissidents" no return fire was offered. So thats another point against the UK govt. We learnt an important document was destroyed in 2009 by the UK ministry of defence (MOD) under the watch of the then labour party government. What we need to know is under whose authoritisation was this done, and why was such an important file destroyed when no file should ever be destroyed that contains such highly sensitive information about the role of the armed forces of UK government. Was the file destroyed recently under duress from the now government and made to look like it was destroyed in 2009? What did that file and documents contain? Alot of questions need to be answered and research, investigations an analysis done by everyone. If anyone has any further information or questions to add please feel free.
  5. Relatives of the victims of the 1984 riots protest in Delhi. Contradicting Rahul Gandhi’s assertion that the Congress government did everything it could to stop the anti-Sikh riots in Delhi in 1984, the then President Giani Zail Singh’s press secretary Wednesday alleged that the riots were “orchestrated and sponsored” and claimed that the then PM Rajiv Gandhi did not even take calls from the President when he tried to get in touch with him to discuss the situation. Tarlochan Singh, who was vice-chairman of the National Commission for Minorities from 2000 to 2003, also claimed that the 2002 riots in Gujarat were “spontaneous” in contrast to the 1984 riots and argued that the police in Gujarat tried to prevent the rioters resulting in the killing of 137 people in police firing unlike in Delhi where only one person was killed in police action. Singh joined the NCM as vice-chairman and then became its chairman when the NDA was in power. He was elected to the Rajya Sabha from Haryana in 2004 with BJP and INLD support. “Indira Gandhi was shot dead in the morning, but the first riots started in the evening. Gyaniji collected this information himself that a meeting of Congress leaders — attended by Arun Nehru and Delhi leaders like H K L Bhagat, Jagdish Tytler and all — took place before Rajiv Gandhi arrived from Kolkata. They decided to give a slogan ‘khoon ka badla khoon’. The first riot then took place near INA market,” he told The Indian Express. “If it was spontaneous, it should have started in the morning itself. Although it was not officially announced, unofficially everyone knew in Delhi,” he said. Singh said the President got to know about arson and killing across Delhi soon after Rajiv Gandhi was sworn in as PM in the evening. “The President wanted to speak to the PM about the largescale arson and violence in Delhi. The PM did not get back to the President. All night he tried over telephone. Nobody responded. In the morning, he tried to speak to Home Minister Narasimha Rao. He was told that we are all busy in making arrangements for the funeral. He was told that the Lt Governor and the Police Commissioner are taking control. The whole of next day, neither the PM nor the Home Minister took any interest in defusing the situation or help the victims,” he alleged. Singh said it was curious that although Army was available in the cantonment here, forces were called in from Meerut. “They came by road. They were ordered not to shoot and just to march. The police in Delhi on the other hand was totally with the rioters and even killed Sikhs,” he alleged. In contrast, he said the Gujarat government officially informed a NCM fact-finding team, which visited Gujarat in March 2002, that 137 people were killed in police firing. “Our impression after going there was that Godhra incident was highlighted so much by television channels. That resulted in the spontaneous attack in the Ahmedabad city. It started early morning,” he said. http://indianexpress.com/article/india/politics/rajiv-didnt-take-calls-from-prez-after-84-riots-broke-out/
  6. http://www.ndtv.com/video/player/news/i-don-t-care-if-i-m-killed-one-day-like-my-grandmother-and-father-rahul-gandhi/295375?ndtv_rhs Possibly all of India is laughing at his childish comments such as Beant Singh used to play Badminton with me, foolish speeches such as 25,000 mosquitoes bite me etc. etc. Why is he doing so, probably even he does not know, I don't think he has any agenda, he just comments whatever comes without even thinking.
