ohhh... 5ft8 isnt bad i know alot of guys of that height ....6ft is good building a body?? you know if you meant to grow a little more your hieght stops when you start making a body lol...if he's like in his teens tell him not to do it right now tellhim to wait a little llike when he turns 20 it will be good..sikhi in my area is...like its there but not there.sikhi camps arent that good but its ok

thats so not true... well yeah the part that his family didnt support him and stuff and he didnt have much sangat in his area but other than that he had lots of support he used to talk to SUKHA SINGH!!!for heavens sake the guy in Uk you goes around iving lectures at camps and UNi's and stuff like only some people get that privilege (well im my opinion if u ask me) but still...thats a total lie
