How about MyProtein - whey protein? Ive heard only good things about it.. Promax is very very pricey of it - due to branding etc - so i wouldn't reccommend it to whoever asked.

Pretty much in the description.. will this event be happening this yr? Normally there are adverts up and a website sorted.. havent seen anything this yr.. Will be a real shame if theres no Parkash 2011.. personally the event I most look forward to each year.

The same camp where children were taught how as Sikhs we should aim to see the whole human race as one, treat all with love and compassion, amongst many other moral and sikh values ... Upon questioning, the children were informed that not only could they not use the rides due to health and safety with kirpans (to some level understandable, only to some small level, as all amritdhari's lead perfectly safe normal lives with kirpans including sports and activities, attending school, work etc), but they could not also enjoy walking around the park, looking at the attractions or zoo, but instead must be escorted out of the park immediately, a group including youngsters as young as 5 .. Those same Sikhs who were not welcome today, and were marched out would defend the honour of any person regardless of caste, creed or colour ... Guru's of the same faith that gave their lives to defend other religions .. Today, we face a modern battle, our brothers and sisters of the past and forefathers gave their heads but never compromised their faith .. Some countries have banned certain items violating rights to express religious identity, we are already having our turbans removed and manhandled at airports, today kirpans, what tomorrow .. I wasn't actually saying there was a beabdi. I actually heard from some of the singhnia that there was one happening, and I was making sure/taking away doubt to there being one. - Make sure you let everyone at your skool know ther isn't one happening, cause 4-5 of the bibian have told me there is. Hopefully it will stop the rumours etc... It's all sorted, you can lock the thread admins

Gurfateh, I was informed by a Singhni today that there is beabdi happening at guru nank sikh school, hayes and mahraj is locked in a room... She said that everyone said this... The Singhni said we should all do continuous anand sahib throughout the night or 5 jaaps... First of all can anyone confirm this and secondly we NEED to stop this..

EMCG Singh said that you should phone the gurdwara itself up can't wait for tmw...can't sleep...! :D
