I think their is nothing wrong with headbanging, however when ones mind becomes stable their will be no need to head bang because the mind will be one with shabad, in anand!! How can u do jap jee sahib with eik man eik chit whilst a akhand paath is going on. I personally think its impossible to concentrate on Sri Jap Jee Sahib, whilst an akhand paath is going on. In fact I think it would be better rather than doing a raul of jap jee sahibs for 2 hours, but to listen to an akahnd for 2 hours.!! If u have shardha for japjee sahib akahnd paaath, then why not just do one seperate to an akahnd paath of SGGSJM!! To my gursikh veers and bhen jee's, I would'nt go as far as saying its manmat, atleast our veers have shardha and love to do read gurbanee, instead of going clubbing or doing puthe kam. The topic starter of this thread doesnt have a clue what he is on about. Raag mala and Dasum Bani of Guru Gobind Singh are too totally different topics!! Kachia Bania like Ratanmala, Jit Dar Lakh Muhammadan, etc were taken out of the Guru Granth Shib Jee!! The reason why AKJ don't read Raag mala is banee is because Guru Granth Sahib Jee has a numbering systsem, therefore no one can add bani or remove bani from guru sahib If they do then the numbering system will mess up.. Raag Mala doesnt fit according to the numbering system, therefore AKJ along with other facts dont regard it as Bani. I have seen many AKJ singhs, in fact A singh who does seva in the AKJ punj pyare who reads raag mala at the end of bhog. Namastang this was all done by the Indian Govt to give sikhs a bad name!! Why was all this information "Wire taps" evidence they had on Talvinder Singh Parmer and Inderjit Singh Reyat deleted??? Why was it when they followed Mr X, Reyat and Parmer into the woods and they tested explosions, why wernt they arrested?? Why was spying (intelligence) on Parmer stopped weeks before the bomb?? If Canadian intelligence knew sikhs were going to bomb the flight then why: On that particular day, the x ray machines stop working, the stiffer dog did'nt function properly and the place was delayed for 1 hour??? Doesnt it ring a bell in your head. Also the "Singh" who brought the tickets for that particular flight, they could easily trace him by cctv coberage, im sure cctv was around in 1985. You see only the Dushts died and no innocent being!! However Al Qaeda flew 4 planes into the the twin towers, in result 1000's of inncocent Americans were killed. As far as I know he was in the wrong place at the wrong time with the wrong people. He was a innocent man, and he even does alot of gurbani paath. Do your research, then make a judgement.
