Gatka, only has smaller sections of pentra's, the bigginer one is mool pentra, but in shaster vidiya, u learn the whoel thing, pentra is very important in the actual moves they use,

YO wats wid people deleting my thread.hu is moderating this place, cuz this is a bit unfair is it not, the way u lot is u cant take some one's opinion which goes against ur own, wats all that about, mods please answer
