  2. to merge with guru-parmeswar, we must be in puran saroop, because thed jort is puran. puran = mentally, emoionally, and physically puran. then spiritually full, (puran), is recieved with naam simran.
  3. btw, just to add, the god particle is not reely god god, as in, a god field.. its jus how particles aquire mass. its still part of the 11 dimensions. like, u got 3d universes like ours, u also have 5D universes too.. 5D universes are 3 spacedimentions as we know tem, +1 extra dimention of space. +time. its not +2 dimentions of space as some get confused.but, u go all the way up, increasing the dimentions, u get to 11 dimentions, and thats what we know as 'the bantar' as in, jo vee kush banaaya. though this is soooo far from whre we are, god is still, further than this distance.meaning, as we are in 3D, u take it up to 11D, and its distance X. from 11D, to god, is distance Y. so, distance Y is much further than distance X. but still! look at hoe nex level far distance X is!! its crazy! science cannot so far, see further than 11D. ok so, 11D is true, cuz if u have 15D, it will always collaps bck to an11D universe (or multiverse). its explained so beautiully in this vid. its on u tube. understandig the 11th dimentiuon or summin like that.. its like a cartoon an starts with saying, imagine a line..... ill post it on here. if i find it.. imagine that the 11th D is a dot, u can have loads of dots in some medium. this realm is tbh, too abstract even for at atm..

  5. there are numbers that if u do it that many times, then u will get that special thing.. like 24,000, 24 pauris ion sukhmani sahib, the number of times "waheguru" comes in guru maharaj. 40, 41, 101 whatever number. if we get a new understanding through understanding the meaning, then we will feel the power of the shabad more. do that twice, then its increased. repetition is the mot basic and importent form of meditation. since bani has come from naam, its all the same!.
  6. yes. we are all weak. im not saying u need to go through sum 1 to reach god. which is the stupidness that ur suggesting. fact is that gurbani has the power thats the faith u silly. and, do ur research jp. u think u can lift 1000+ kg weight, or a weight that varies its weight bani, by urself? try it. probs the only way u will learn. and, the whole reason that ther is a number is because, if u repeate it that many times u will get somthing special from doing it that much. (and yes jp, even doing it once, u will get summin special.) find mukat marag P:10. ull c which "baba" has given us this. and, ask ursself this too, y did guru G say "where there is 5, ther is god" ..? when we ourselves can become god on earth? (har harjun doe ek hai) if u think u can do it urself, flipin do it! stop tryna say o, this is rong, we cant do this etc. iz it a ritual? no. forget the chalisa crap. doing things for xyz number of dayz, gives u somthing new. fact is, we need to be doing it constantly. and its not like, 125,000 times, are finished, then u stop.. u shud carry on with it. i dont mean to talk this strongly. so next time chose nicer words JSingh.

  8. yh.. everything is given by guru G, even if you do the paat, become silver tongued, which is not that tough, say summin wrong, and something bad happens to that person u have said it to, you then can get the karam from that 'deed'because u sow'd that seed, and then u have to pay for it. then, u learn ur lesson (cuz u pay the karam), the other perosn pays his karam, and all is happy again. this has happened lotsa timess.. and it is the case with any shabad.. but each shabad is 'different' in that, the focal point / reason for that ucharan of the (one) shabad, is differet.. i.e. basically each rahao line is different. or, it can be the same, but the pankti (pauri) is different in the shabad when compared to another shabad. just to say, karam is not the hand that you are delt in this life. its whatever you have sow'd in your previous life. more ppl are saying they dont believe in karam.. i ws shocked.. truely. 125,000 is a 'special' number.. its like if one asks, y 125.000, you ask, y did bhai gurdaas G say 'do (2) saadh sangat' and 'punji parmeswar', and punj piyaare, and why the amrit sunhaar says right hand ontopa the left n not the other way round. there is somthing in numbers. 1.25 is one of the numbers.. maaf karna if i come accrosss strong, i dont mean to.   9. i didnt exist at that period of time.. im not disputing the dastaar, just.. its mandetory-ness. women weere not forced to wear it. men oredy wore turbans. our gurus gave amrit to all alike, hen eternalised by guru gobind singh plus specific rehet. my last word is that its optional..
  10. all im sayng is that at the time of our gurus, women were not forced to wear dastaars. none of the sikh guru'z wife were told do do so either. it is optional for women. not men. its not reely my opinion. its just how our history is. imuch like dastar on women. its more suited i think.
  11. no, matter and energy are seperate. u have force carrier particles called bosons, and mass carrying particles, called fermions. dark matter is a different type of matter that we cant see. its not opposite to matter. (thats called antimatter predicted by Dirac. the mind that gave birth to the entirety of science we have and use to this day.) we only see about 20% of our universe that is made up of baryonic matter. there is also non baryonic dark matter, as well as the 80% of the baryonic dark matter that we cant see. the rest we (science / humanity) dont understand.. but it will be understood as per science. science doesnt understand georg cantor's mathematics of infinity proving mathamatically, the existance of god. where zero = infinity. because they dont understand it, they simply ignore it. we say, marvel at the beauty of realising that, it cannot be understood. omega is the mass of the universe. and we still dont know this. because we have only scratched the surface of the universe. its all excyting! ----------------------------------------------------- anand sahib is talking, in esscence, about shakta and shakti. the 2 fundemental different forms of energy. quarks are the smallest fundemental particle. but, they still are postulated to be tiny vibrating strings. and the way the string vibrates, gives rise to the different 'flavours' of fundemental particles we see.... The picture... so, i had a revelation that the forms of energy that guru sahib can be talking about, is the bosons and fermions. (but only as an explanatory form in understanding the 2 forces, shakta and shakti. circular and momentum energy. kara, and kirpaan.) its like, wen we increase to a new avastha level, we use these 2 forms of energies to increase. i use it only as an explanatory form in understanding, because, a fish out of water is used in gurbani. the yearning for our guru can be explained as a fish outa water. just like this, there is loads of symetry between spiritual and physical world / journeys. so, this ssame symmetry is found in fermions and bosons. and, everything as we know it, or will eventually find out, is built on these 2 forms of energy. Energy and Mass are inextricably linked. because, mass, is a different form of energy. i believe (obviously) that shakta and shakti forces, { kirtam naam (sat guru granth) and karam naam (sri dasam granth) (aka, shakta and shakti etc, kara and kirpaan), } came before fermions and bosons. from naam came everything. the 64 siddhis was created after naam. these are the "mat vich ratan javaahar maanak..." in japji sahib. so, fermions and bosons is the smoking gun that is the proof that there are two forms of energies, and our guru has given us such an understanding, that we need not worry about the authenticity of the logic,the pathway, the razza, the hukam, that we have been given by our guru. its all true. dhan eho thaan gobind gun gaae
  12. http://www.sikhsanga...obind-singh-ji/ and keski is a rehet, not a kakaar. the word keski in bhai chaupa singh rehetnama is kes ki. not as one word. kes is the kakaar. dastaar is rehet. and as far as i know and believe, optional for women.
  13. if it is that there is somone you wish to marry, but she doesnt want to take amrit, and she asks to take amrit in her own time cuza pressured etc, and, if there is a slight rush in for u getting marrid, then id say, its much better to take amrit, then get marrid rather than the other way round. but thas jus me guessing you situation. just to say, sumtimes, when we get told somthing, we dont like it, but its he best or us. i will say, find out at what level it is true. work towards that hukam, then move onwards from there.

  15. 1. no removal of any hair once you have taken amrit as its a bajjar kureht. combing out dead hair, and cutting dead part of fingernails (if u wana no about fingernails too) are ok. 2. covering head is not mandatory. i am a guy (saying this for perspective). some punj wont allow u to take amrit if your head isnt covered. and some also say, dont eat from anyone who aint got head covered or isnt amtirdhari.. but i personaly dont agree with this. dasam pita didnt say no to women if they didnt have hair covered etc. if you cover your head, then its good. but its not mandetory for women from the time of our gurus. i dont mind. but it looks good.   17. going by this philosophy, (which is technically true), the name of singh and kaur is earned, and not inherrited. so only amritdharis should be called singh and kaur. technically. fact is, sikhs and 'part of the khalsa', are different concepts now. before, back in the day, they used to be the same. linearity of thought is what matters, hence, only amritdhari-amritdhari marrages should be elicited. but, since >now, fundemental definitions have evolved and changed, the definition of 'linearity of thought' has also changed. i say, if it is ok for non amritdharis to have the singh and kaur title withoout 'baptism', then if the guy n gal wish to aspire in sikhi, then its ok. linearity of thought. so if one is amritdhari, the other has to at the very least want to aspire to being an amritdhari. so many amritdhari (AT) people marry non ATz. but, after a few years, because of this lineraty of thought between them, the non AT, becomes an AT. this is how it is now-a-days. go back only 100 years, n say, singhs will drink and eat meat etc etc.. they will simply say, they are not singhs. lastly, REHET is the ket.. everything follows from that... and, dont be dred to the guy and say he shudnt hav taken amrit.. thas a stupid comment.. : /
  18. re: voice, i would say, practice singing. hold the notes, then go lower down the scale >>slowly<<.. it gives balance. and can help you with jaap for longer out loud. but bottom line, the voice etc, is a muscle. and u have to rest it. doing jaap out loud is reely good, and using your tongue while the jaap is going anhad, (the whole reason for a jaap), is also very belificial.

  22. on some level, if a layman tells you one thing, and a partakh sant tells you somthing different, on some level, it will be the same gul. it will be the same thing. you will have to do ur naam simran to find the similarity. this is part of your journey. gurshabad is highest authority. yes. 5 piyaare are also guru roop. "2 = saadh sangat" 5 = parmeswar". this is what bhai gurdaas G say in their vaar. however the differences in rehet / vaak given from different 5 piyaare across the world, cannot be ignored. e.g. from different jatha bandis. there is only one rehet. the most solid source of this rehet is from our guru G. and the most solid form that our guru has communication with us is through guru granth sahib. most definately, i believe that your 'problem' with what your 5 pyaare have said, stems from a rehet aspect. e.g. say if they say to you, dont eat from the hands of a non amritdhari. this is correct on a certian level. i will suggest to you, find which level (spiritual avastha) this is true to, and aim to get there. then go beyond that. what your 5 have said to you, its for you. find the avastha where it makes sense. then you can carry on increasing from there. our guru G says, its alll about love. guru G says >>> kbIr pRIiq iek isau kIey Awn duibDw jwie ] kabeer preeth eik sio keeeae aan dhubidhhaa jaae || Kabeer, when you are in love with the One Lord, duality and alienation depart.     ^^ though this is the case, our >guru< G, guru granth sahib, gives us the tools so that we can understand what is right and wrong.. its not a rule book like quran / sharia law saying, this is how u carry our transactions, and xyz about specifics like kissing etc.. our guru G says, dont go to kaam, you will end up in narak. kssing can be kaam. hence, there are loads of 'quotes'. in guru gobind singh Gz bani, it talks about 'kaam kreera'. this is all things kaami. sexual. etc.. just got to know how our guru talks to us. its not a set of rules saying do this and dont do this. i.e. dont kiss etc.. it says, how are u doing an ''act'' . this meaning, is it right, or wrong how you are going about it.what is in ur mind and heart.. pure? or not.. there is nothing that our guru G hasnt told us.. each question we have is answered by guru G..
