Jinda Sukha were part of KCF KCF was an army of freedom fighters and not some jatha/ samprada. Infact sukha jinda were clean shaven when the sent general vaidya to hell. I did my studies in Delhi and I generally observed that a keshadhari pattkii wearing person kharrkaaaing tallis in mandirr and attending jagraataas is considered better than a mona punjabi who has killed a panth's enemy.

Alright! its all my fault. Bana and dietary bibek have got completely disgraced. I was standing outside a gurdwara and an old woman came to me and gave me 5 Rs note and told me to have tea(due to my bana),lol Then once I went to Gurdwara and just asked the langar sevadaar "is the langar prepared by amritdharis ?". He could have beaten me. He said u pose to be the most rehitvaan sikhs in the panth and most of u are casteist, completely uneducated and act kattar to impress bibis and then u become a "vautii(bride)" and run after "jananiyaan" to the west. I felt completely insulted. Why do I have to suffer from the unethical behaviour of these kattar rehitvaan sikhs ? I have even been called "bamaannnn" by some people. Some have accused me of taking Bhang,hahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahaha.

Chatanga, the issue is not whether that old man was right or wrong. The point is that if u disagree with what a "mahapurash" says does not make u a slanderer. Every person in this world has the right to form/express his opinion. My sister did not debate with that old man. She just said that " I like to serve my husband because I love him and not because I am a bibi and I am SUPPOSED to serve my pati parmesar". Thats it. Secondly, if we look at our itihaas, we all know about the 40 muktas. They wrote bedava to Satguru jee and when they returned home, they were completely ignored by their wives and I have even read that these 40 singhs were given bangles by their wives. It was only after this that the zameer of those 40 singhs became alive and they went back and gave shaheedi for their Guru. It is due to the male chauvinist thinking of some of the present day "mahapurashs" that we dont have any Mai Bhago Ji in our panth.

Sikhi is not mechanical. When u have people keeping very strict rehit doing unethical things, it damages the rehits they keep and endorse. I wear bana and I face lots of problems as most of the people think I am a thugg, lol. Thats the image of bana. Same is happening to dietary bibek. If we have honest anakhi dietary bibekis, people will automatically start to keep dietary bibek.The general image of dietary bibekis is that they are bamanns, greedy, and have formed their own sect.

Naamstang, Are u trying to judge the moderators ? Who has given u the right to judge ?. This is the height of NINDIYAA. Havent u ever read Sri Sukhmani Sahib. Slandering fellow sikhs will land u straight in HELL. Do u have anything better to do than do nindiyaa of the moderators. The moderators shud ban u. Bhai Beant Singh who sent Indira to hell dint belong to any jatha/samprada. I think sukha and jinda too dint belong to a jatha/samprada. There are many more examples of sadharan sikhs following SRM and doing great things for the panth.

I feel the biggest problem facing the panth right now is disunity. Majority of our energy is wasted in fighting with each other and thats exactly what the enemies of panth wants. I feel all jathebandis, sampradas, deraas should respect SRM and show love and respect to a sikh who is following SRM. This will lay the foundation of harmony and brotherhood within the panth. Once, we have achieved brotherhood and love for fellow sikhs, we can sit and have HEALTHY discussions about raagmala, meat, dietary bibek, keski. Love is a very strong force. I am sure when we will show respect towards sikhs following SRM, we can convince many of them to start wearing dastaar and start keeping dietary bibek. So, its a benti to all the youth to show love and respect to fellow sikhs who follow SRM and at the same time keep on practicing the additional rehits of ur jatha or samprada. I feel this should be the topmost agendaa of the youth. WE NEED TO HAVE A COMMON BASE(PLATFORM) to start healthy discussions and respectint SRM will help us achieve this.

Thats a tough one brother, there is no doubt that ur poorble karam(actions of previous lives) are starting to show up. There is no doubt that sant ji is right. U shud be chakking amrit. We have come to this world only to meet Akal Purakh. If this bibi gets ready to chakk amrit soon after marriage, I feel u shud wait for her.

There are/ were saintly persons in the panth. Infact I personally dont like the use of the word mahaa-purash. For me mahaa-purash is the sat-purakh ie akal purakh. I like to use the word 'sant sipahi' instead of sant baba or sant mahapurakh. Bhai Fauja Singh, Bhai Anokh Singh Babbar, Baba Jarnail Singh Bhindrawale, Baba Manochahal were all sant-sipahis. A sant becomes a sipahi BY DEFAULT. A sant has no fear, no desire to live, for him a beggar and a king is the same. A sant always fights against falsehood, oppression. These days u have the chellaaas of the "sants" fighting against anyone who has the gutts to disagree with the "sant". We need to understand that this "nindiyaa" weapon used by chellaas is very powerful and can completely damage a person. My sister was EXTREMELY upset after this episode and needed decent counsellling to come back to normal.

It seems as if the nindiyaaa terminology is being used as a weapon to control the free rational thinking of the masses, to curb an individual's right to express his opinion. If u dont agree with something a "mahapurash" says, u are bombarded by his chelaas as a nindakk, problem creater, arrogant. These chelaas also have the ashtapadi of sri sukhmani sahib kanthh which talks about "sant ki nindaa", lol Around 8 months back, I and my sister were coming from Delhi to Ludhiana and we stopped on the way at a Gurughar, there was an old man sitting on a chair and 4-5 people were standing behind me. He called us near him and asked "from where have u come" etc. etc. Then he started to tell my sister that modern bibis dont respect their husbands and call them by their name. The bibis shud serve their husbands day and night as this will reward them in the afterlife. My sister being a straight forwarded person disagreed. This completely changed the faces of his 4-5 chelaas. Then when we left, one of his chelaas came to us and said " u need to watch out how u talk with mahapurash". Slandering a mahapurash can ruin one's life. Then he started to speak that ashtpadi of Sri Sukhmani Sahib "sant ka nindakk.....". My sis got really tense after this and her mood remained upset for quite some days after that.

Just wanted to add, I have no problem if somebody chooses a kattar dietary bibek in his house, as this is an individuals freedom, my only problem is with the ones who attack the gurughar, attack Akal Takht Maryada, break the new generation from Gurughar, open up their small shops.

Now u play the nindiyaa game again. This is a very serious topic. The kattar dietary bibekis are only breaking the new generation from GURUGhar. What are these people trying to show whey they reject degh prepared by an Amritdhari nitnemi singh ?? Why come to the Gurdwara if u want to reject the degh in front of sangat ? And if someone is that kattar in rehit that he does not even want to take degh in Gurughar, then that person shud be able to demonstrate this in his day to day life. All this kattar dietary bibek-baazi is just becoming like those deraas where ever person wants to keep a unique kattar bibek rehit and have followers who do the same. They break people from Gurughar, start living and sleeping in each other's houses and thats where gossips, politics, adultery happens. Thats where the degeneration starts. The new generation shud be warned about the selfish intents of many of these hypocritic bibekis. Even if we follow different rehits that the SRM, we still shud respect SRM. Thats the only way to bring unity in the panth. Otherwise we will only starting more jathas and deraas and finally end up fighting and killing each other.

Central committee of akhand kirtani jatha fully suports Dasam Granth. Founder of akhand kirtan jatha Bahi Randhir singh was a firm believer in Dasam granth. He wrote many articles on dasam granth. The anti dasam granth lobby is mostly confined to germany. I was also really surprised to find their name in darshan singh's group. Some time back there was a conference at Sri Damdama Sahib where the AKJ faction of Bhai Mohkam Singh Jee fully supported Sri Dasam Granth and I guess they even challenged Ragi Darshan for a debate. Bhai Sahib Randhir Singh Jee who is one of the jewels of the panth were a very solid abhiyaasi of Sri Dasam Granth. In generaly I feel AKJ has a positive stand on Sri Dasam Granth. Its sad to see the babbars supporting ragi darshan. Babbars have given lots for shaheedis for the panth and I feel they just need to be educated about the GOI sponsored propaganda of ragi darshan.

According to Gurmat, By speaking, listening and WRITING gurbani, a mortal can cross over the world ocean and also do the udhaar of his ancestory. Here is the gurvaak: kehte pavitt, sunnte puneet, LIKHTEE(N) kul tariyaaa jeeeooooo. But make sure that whenever u write bani, u treat that piece of paper just as a Gutka Sahib and give it the same respect. In the future, the panth is going to write Gurbani again just as we used to do in the 18th century as this industrial civilization(maya) is going to finish in the near future.

All sikhs should be voting for OBAMA. Voting for Obama is going to be better for America, Punjab and the whole world.

Just to add few more thoughts. I think if your girlfriend does not want to chakk amrit right now, u need to inspire her to : 1. Avoid the 4 bajjar kurehits. 2. Start doing the nitnem. If she can do the above 2 things, I feel she will take a HUGE step towards taking amrit. The type of person she seems to be from your post, I feel she can easily do the above mentioned things. I once again emphasize dont leave this girl if she is not willing to chakk amrit at present. She is only 20, wants to look good at wedding, these are pretty natural things. She seems to be a very good prospective singhnee.

I dont want to become social reformer, I want to become jathedar of Akal Takht. Start practicing tying a pugh with 16 larr's I have this strong intution that I will become Jathedaar of Akal Takht in the future after the formation of Khalsa Raj. I am planning to keep singhstah as my secretary and Mehtab singh as my advisor.

Dear Veer, I myself keep dietary bibek. I have great respect for all those anakhi pakke dietary bibeki singhs. Infact I feel the whole panth shud keep dietary bibek, the khalsa panth shud remain niaaraaa by keeping their roti BETI di sanj within the panth. The point I am trying to raise is the hypocrisy or the tamasha, the present day "kattar dietary bibekis" are doing. They try to be the strongest followers and promoters of rehit when doing roti di sanj but run after maya when doing beti di sanj. So, its all about CONVENIENCE, selfishness, ego. roti and beti di sanj are linked with each other as both of these are part of social life a an amritdhari and includes association with guroo roop sadh sangat. But sadly, ajj kalll roti de time rehit yaad aa jandee aa te beti de time paisa te immigration.
