This group is totally anti panthic, as we have seen their ANTI PANTHIC activites at the Gurdwara Sahib both havelock road and park avenue, himmat sohi and his bandwagon have banned panthic programmes, banned coaches to hyde park in remembrance of june 1984, and a STOP to PANTHIC EVENT at the Gurdwara all together, after building a multimillion pound Gurdwara in under 2 years over £175,000 was spent on repairs!!!! what ever happened to guarantee's??? i thourght buildings like these were guaranteed for atleast 10 years!!! That Sangats money over £175,000 could have been spent on Sikh youth or Panthic events but no SOHI hasnt given a PENNY not 1p towards a Panthic event!!!! At membership for elections the OTHER party supports were not allowed to become members of the Gurdwara!! now the Sangat decides.

himmat sohi the current president has got an injunction against the opposition party leader! about terms, elections etc... himmat sohi has been in power as president for the last 5 - 6 terms, 12 years i think, in that time, without calling Sadh Sangat meetings or general body's has CHANGED THE CONSTITUTION! anybody from any faith can become a member like hindu's, you only need to be keshadhari to become president or any other committee member NO NEED TO BECOME AMRITDHARI! when membership at this Gurdwara is made, himmat sohi has only made his own people who will vote for him members of the Gurdwara and has denied the other Sadh Sangat who will not vote for him to become members. since himmat sohi has been in power, all talk of Sikh Human Rights, 1984, Sant Ji, Sikh Independance, Dastaar Issue etc have been STOPPED! Yep the committee is to blame, this committee should go, they've committed Guru Sahib's beadbi, the Maryada of the Gurdwara Sahib has been broken. This committee has made membership so that the opposition members cannot vote, this committee has spent over £175,000 on repairs to the new Gurdwara building, even though it was built less than 5 years ago, and should be guaranteed for 10 years, this was confirmed on akash radio by the trustee of the Gurdwara.

Thats right, the building does look ugly and doesnt not fit in with the surounding area. I think the money spent on this should have been distributed to the victims of the 1984 delhi riots, and the families of Shaheed Singhs of the Sikh Movement. That statement is wrong. I dont think we should jump to a conclusion to Damdami Taksal and Sant Samaj attending the inauguration of the complex. I think we should give them time, and see who does what. No way am i a fan of arminder, but in this time i think arminder is doing a better job than BADAL EVER did! Especially by speaking at a Khalistani Gurdwara in Canada. Japmans, this is a "SIKH" forum, not a "BHANGRA" forum, the person in question has done nothing for Gurmat or GurSikhi, yes maybe he did do something for bhangra. If the deceased DID do something for the Sikh Nation then yes we should make everyone aware. But if that person sang about a "glassi" (which defo does not contain Amrit) then in Daas's eyes this is not a topic to be raised on Sikh Sangat

Whats he got to do with Gurmat? How did he benefit the Sikh Nation? Ok its bad that he died in an accident but this person has done nothing for GurSikhi.
