i've tried listen his katha twice ( he have no rass or atmik shanti in his katha ) 1st time wen i tried his katha ...he said eat meat ... even guru nanak never said no to meat ......BUS DIL SAAF RAKHO..... 2nd time ......he was telling how saas and bahu should behave and how kitchen should be run , how should they both live together and do shopping together and how they should make food ....and most important they should make husbands happy ......OMG is this gurmat teaching? thats why innocent people get trapped .....and dey belive DHUNDA SHAHIB is very awesome ..... and wen ppl are trapped ...they start brain washing process......

this is the reason this duhnda is getting famous ............. no need to watch tv serials ( saas bahu ) .... coz dhunda cover all these stories in his katha.....

we all expected him not doing katha anymore in delhi gurudwara ( i think bangla sahib) so in he still doing katha?

BUT see the way they are doing parchar ........in punjab almost in all historical gurudwara, they distribute free books and books for kids as well..... once i went into one on this stall and they forcibly gave me two books ( one for kid )....before giving to kid ...i read it ......and its was all garbage ... they were teaching in kids book that ...dere's no shaheed singhs , no need of jot in gurudwara , no need of naam simran so on and on ( just image this stuff they are giving to kids)

ਭਿੰਡਰਾਂਵਾਲਾ ਦੇ ਮੁੱਦੇ 'ਤੇ ਟਕਸਾਲ ਤੇ ਸ਼੍ਰੋਮਣੀ ਕਮੇਟੀ ਆਹਮੋ-ਸਾਹਮਣੇ ਸ਼੍ਰੋਮਣੀ ਕਮੇਟੀ ਤੇ ਦਮਦਮੀ ਟਕਸਾਲ ਦੀ ਹੋਈ ਮੀਟਿੰਗ ਬੇ ਸਿੱਟਾ ਰਹੀ ਅੰਮ੍ਰਿਤਸਰ 2 ਮਈ (ਜਸਬੀਰ ਸਿੰਘ ਪੱਟੀ) ਸ੍ਰੀ ਅਕਾਲ ਤਖਤ ਸਾਹਿਬ ਦੇ ਨਜਦੀਕ ਦਮਦਮੀ ਟਕਸਾਲ ਵੱਲੋਂ ਜੂਨ 1984 ਦੇ ਸਾਕਾ ਨੀਲਾ ਤਾਰਾ ਦੌਰਾਨ ਸ੍ਰੀ ਦਰਬਾਰ ਸਾਹਿਬ ਦੀ ਅਜ਼ਮਤ ਦੀ ਰਾਖੀ ਕਰਦੇ ਸ਼ਹੀਦ ਹੋਏ ਸਿੰਘਾਂ ਦੀ ਯਾਦ ਵਿੱਚ ਉਸਾਰੀ ਗਈ ਸ਼ਹੀਦੀ ਯਾਦਗਾਰ ਨੂੰ ਲੈ ਕੇ ਸ਼੍ਰੋਮਣੀ ਕਮੇਟੀ ਤੇ ਦਮਦਮੀ ਟਕਸਾਲ ਵਿੱਚਕਾਰ ਹੋਈ ਮੀਟਿੰਗ ਪੂਰੀ ਤਰ•ਾ ਬੇਸਿੱਟਾ ਰਹੀ ਤੇ ਬਾਬਾ ਹਰਨਾਮ ਸਿੰਘ ਧੁੰਮਾਂ ਤੇ ਜਸਬੀਰ ਸਿੰਘ ਰੋਡੇ ਨੇ ਸ਼੍ਰੋਮਣੀ ਕਮੇਟੀ ਪ੍ਰਧਾਨ ਅਵਤਾਰ ਸਿੰਘ ਮੱਕੜ ਤੇ ਸ੍ਰੀ ਅਕਾਲ ਤਖਤ ਦੇ ਜਥੇਦਾਰ ਗਿਆਨੀ ਗੁਰਬਚਨ ਸਿੰਘ ਨੂੰ ਖਰੀਆ ਖਰੀਆ ਸੁਣਾਉਦਿਆ ਕਿਹਾ ਕਿ ਉਹਨਾਂ ਨੇ ਸਾਕਾ ਨੀਲਾ ਤਾਰਾ ਦੀ ਸਹੀ ਤਸਵੀਰ ਪੇਸ਼ ਕਰਦਾ ਇਤਿਹਾਸਕ ਬੋਰਡ ਲਗਾ ਕੇ ਕੋਈ ਗਲਤੀ ਨਹੀ ਕੀਤੀ ਅਤੇ ਟਕਸਾਲ ਤੇ ਸੰਤ ਸਮਾਜ ਇਹ ਬੋਰਡ ਉਖਾੜੇ ਜਾਣ ਦਾ ਡੱਟ ਕੇ ਵਿਰੋਧ ਕਰੇਗਾ। ਦਮਦਮੀ ਟਕਸਾਲ ਦੇ ਮੁੱਖੀ ਬਾਬਾ ਹਰਨਾਮ ਸਿੰਘ ਧੁੰਮਾਂ, ਸ੍ਰੀ ਅਕਾਲ ਤਖਤ ਦੇ ਜਥੇਦਾਰ ਗਿਆਨੀ ਗੁਰਬਚਨ ਸਿੰਘ, ਸ਼੍ਰੋਮਣੀ ਗੁਰੂਦੁਆਰਾ ਪ੍ਰਬੰਧਕ ਕਮੇਟੀ ਦੇ ਪਰਧਾਨ ਸ੍ਰੀ ਅਵਤਾਰ ਸਿੰਘ ਮੱਕੜ, ਸ੍ਰੀ ਦਰਬਾਰ ਸਾਹਿਬ ਦੇ ਹੈ¤ਡ ਗ੍ਰੰਥੀ ਗਿਆਨੀ ਮੱਲ ਸਿੰਘ, ਸ੍ਰੋਮਣੀ ਕਮੇਟੀ ਮੈਂਬਰ ਰਾਜਿੰਦਰ ਸਿੰਘ ਮਹਿਤਾ ਤੇ ਸ੍ਰੀ ਅਕਾਲ ਤਖਤ ਦੇ ਸਾਬਕਾ ਜਥੇਦਾਰ ਭਾਈ ਜਸਬੀਰ ਸਿੰਘ ਰੋਡੇ ਵਿਚਕਾਰ ਸਥਾਨਕ ਅਜੀਤ ਨਗਰ ਵਿਖੇ ਕੋਠੀ ਨੰਬਰ ਇੱਕ ਵਿੱਚ ਕਰੀਬ ਡੇਢ ਘੰਟਾ ਹੋਈ ਮੀਟਿੰਗ ਉਪਰੰਤ ਪੱਤਰਕਾਰਾਂ ਨਾਲ ਗੱਲਬਾਤ ਕਰਦਿਆ ਬਾਬਾ ਹਰਨਾਮ ਸਿੰਘ ਧੁੰਮਾਂ ਨੇ ਕਿਹਾ ਕਿ ਉਹਨਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਸ਼੍ਰੋਮਣੀ ਕਮੇਟੀ ਦੀ ਕੋਈ ਸ਼ਰਤ ਮਨਜੂਰ ਨਹੀ ਹੈ ਅਤੇ ਉਹ ਬੋਰਡਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਉਥੋ ਹਟਾਉਣ ਅਤੇ ਸੰਤਾਂ ਦੀ ਫੋਟੋ ਲਾਹੁਣ ਦਾ ਡੱਟ ਕੇ ਵਿਰੋਧ ਕਰਨਗੇ। ਉਹਨਾਂ ਕਿਹਾ ਕਿ ਇਸ ਸਬੰਧੀ ਉਹ ਅੱਜ ਹੀ ਮਹਿਤਾ ਵਿਖੇ ਸੰਤ ਸਮਾਜ ਦੀ ਮੀਟਿੰਗ ਕਰਨ ਜਾ ਰਹੇ ਹਨ ਅਤੇ ਇਸ ਮੀਟਿੰਗ ਵਿੱਚ ਠੋਸ ਫੈਸਲੇ ਲੈ ਜਾਣਗੇ। ਉਹਨਾਂ ਕਿਹਾ ਕਿ ਜਿਹੜੀ ਸ਼ਹੀਦੀ ਯਾਦਗਾਰ ਉਸਾਰੀ ਕੀਤੀ ਗਈ ਹੈ ਉਹ ਸ਼੍ਰੋਮਣੀ ਕਮੇਟੀ ਵੱਲੋਂ ਪਾਸ ਕੀਤੇ ਗਏ ਮੱਤੇ ਮੁਤਾਬਕ ਹੀ ਹੋਈ ਹੈ ਅਤੇ ਸਿਆਸੀ ਦਬਾ ਹੇਠ ਇਸ ਵਿੱਚ ਕੋਈ ਬਦਲਾ ਨਹੀ ਹੋਣ ਦਿੱਤਾ ਜਾਵੇਗਾ। ਦਮਦਮੀ ਟਕਸਾਲ ਆਪਣੇ ਸਿਧਾਤਾਂ ਤੇ ਅਸੂਲਾਂ ਅਨੁਸਾਰ ਬਣਾਈ ਗਈ ਯਾਦਗਾਰ ਵਿੱਚ ਕਿਸੇ ਵੀ ਪ੍ਰਕਾਰ ਦੀ ਸੋਧ ਨਹੀ ਹੋਣ ਦੇਵੇਗੀ। ਇਸ ਮੀਟਿੰਗ ਦੇ ਪੂਰੀ ਤਰ•ਾ ਬੇਸਿੱਟਾ ਰਹਿਣ ਦੀ ਵੀ ਪੁਸ਼ਟੀ ਸ੍ਰੀ ਅਕਾਲ ਤਖਤ ਦੇ ਜਥੇਦਾਰ ਗਿਆਨੀ ਗੁਰਬਚਨ ਸਿੰਘ ਨੇ ਵੀ ਕਰਦਿਆ ਕਿਹਾ ਕਿ ਸ਼੍ਰੋਮਣੀ ਕਮੇਟੀ ਤੇ ਟਕਸਾਲ ਵਿਚਕਾਰ ਵਿਵਾਦ ਮੰਦਭਾਗਾ । ਸ਼੍ਰੋਮਣੀ ਗੁਰੂਦੁਆਰਾ ਪ੍ਰਬੰਧਕ ਕਮੇਟੀ ਦੇ ਪਰਧਾਨ ਸ੍ਰੀ ਅਵਤਾਰ ਸਿੰਘ ਮੱਕੜ ਨੇ ਕਿਹਾ ਕਿ ਸ਼ਹੀਦੀ ਯਾਦਗਾਰ ਵਿੱਚ ਕੁਝ ਵੀ ਵਿਵਾਦਤ ਨਹੀ ਰਹਿਣ ਦਿੱਤਾ ਜਾਵੇਗਾ। ਉਹਨਾਂ ਕਿਹਾ ਕਿ ਬਾਬਾ ਹਰਨਾਮ ਸਿੰਘ ਧੁੰਮਾਂ ਨੇ ਉਹਨਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਯਾਦਗਾਰ 27 ਅਪ੍ਰੈਲ ਨੂੰ ਸੋਂਪ ਦਿੱਤੀ ਸੀ ਅਤੇ ਇਸ ਦਾ ਪ੍ਰਬੰਧ ਹੁਣ ਸ਼੍ਰੋਮਣੀ ਕਮੇਟੀ ਨੇ ਆਪਣੇ ਤਰੀਕੇ ਨਾਲ ਕਰਨਾ ਹੈ। ਉਹਨਾਂ ਕਿਹਾ ਕਿ ਭਿੰਡਰਾਂਵਾਲਿਆ ਦੀ ਤਸਵੀਰ ਵਾਲੀ ਵਿਵਾਦਤ ਘੜੀ ਉਤਾਰ ਦਿੱਤੀ ਗਈ ਹੈ ਅਤੇ ਉਸ ਦੀ ਜਗ•ਾ ਤੇ ਹੋਰ ਨਵੀ ਘੜੀ ਲਗਾ ਦਿੱਤੀ ਗਈ ਹੈ। ਉਹਨਾਂ ਕਿਹਾ ਕਿ ਲਗਾਏ ਗਏ ਬੋਰਡਾਂ ਬਾਰੇ ਵੀ ਫੈਸਲਾ ਹੁਣ ਸ਼੍ਰੋਮਣੀ ਕਮੇਟੀ ਨੇ ਹੀ ਲੈਣਾ ਹੈ ਕਿ ਉਹਨਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਰੱਖਣਾ ਹੈ ਜਾਂ ਪੁੱਟਣਾ ਹੈ। ਜਦੋਂ ਉਹਨਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਟਕਸਾਲ ਵੱਲੋਂ ਵਿਰੋਧ ਕੀਤੇ ਜਾਣ ਬਾਰੇ ਪੁੱਛਿਆ ਗਿਆ ਤਾਂ ਉਹਨਾਂ ਕਿਹਾ ਕਿ ਟਕਸਾਲ ਦਾ ਹੁਣ ਸ਼ਹੀਦੀ ਯਾਦਗਾਰ ਨਾਲ ਕੋਈ ਸਬੰਧ ਨਹੀ ਹੈ ਤੇ ਟਕਸਾਲ ਦੇ ਸੇਵਾਦਾਰ ਤਾਂ ਸਿਰਫ ਗੁਰੂਦੁਆਰਾ ਥੜਾ ਸਾਹਿਬ ਦੇ ਸੇਵਾ ਲਈ ਹੀ ਬੈਠੇ ਹੁੰਦੇ ਹਨ। ਜਦੋਂ ਉਹਨਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਪੁੱਛਿਆ ਗਿਆ ਕਿ ਜਦੋਂ ਯਾਦਗਾਰ ਨਾਲ ਟਕਸਾਲ ਦਾ ਕੋਈ ਵਾਸਤਾ ਹੀ ਨਹੀ ਰਿਹਾ ਤਾਂ ਫਿਰ ਮੀਟਿੰਗ ਕਿਉ ਕੀਤੀ ਗਈ ਜਿਸ ਦਾ ਉਹ ਕੋਈ ਵੀ ਜਵਾਬ ਨੇ ਸਕੇ। ਮਹਿਤਾ ਤੋਂ ਮਿਲੀ ਜਾਣਕਾਰੀ ਅਨੁਸਾਰ ਦਮਦਮੀ ਟਕਸਾਲ ਦੇ ਹੈ¤ਡਕੁਆਟਰ ਵਿਖੇ ਸੰਤ ਸਮਾਜ ਦੀ ਹੋਈ ਮੀਟਿੰਗ ਉਪਰੰਤ ਬਾਬਾ ਹਰਨਾਮ ਸਿੰਘ ਧੁੰਮਾਂ ਨੇ ਕਿਹਾ ਕਿ ਉਹ ਸੰਤਾਂ ਨਾਲ ਸਬੰਧਿਤ ਇਤਿਹਾਸਕ ਬੋਰਡਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਕਿਸੇ ਵੀ ਸੂਰਤ ਵਿੱਚ ਪੁੱਟਣ ਦੀ ਇਜਾਜਤ ਨਹੀ ਦੇਣਗੇ ਕਿਉਕਿ ਇਸ ਤੋ ਪਹਿਲਾਂ ਬਾਬਾ ਦੀਪ ਸਿੰਘ ਅਤੇ ਬਾਬਾ ਗੁਰਬਖਸ਼ ਸਿੰਘ ਵੱਲੋਂ ਲੜੀਆ ਜੰਗਾਂ ਦੇ ਇਤਿਹਾਸ ਦਰਸਾਉਦੇ ਬੋਰਡ ਵੀ ਲੱਗੇ ਹੋਏ ਹਨ। ਉਹਨਾਂ ਕਿਹਾ ਕਿ ਸੰਤ ਸਮਾਜ ਸ਼ਹੀਦੀ ਯਾਦਗਾਰ ਦੇ ਨਜਦੀਕ ਲਗਾਏ ਬੋਰਡਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਪੁੱਟਣ ਦੀ ਇਜਾਜਤ ਨਹੀ ਦੇਵੇਗਾ ਅਤੇ ਇਸ ਸਬੰਧ ਵਿੱਚ 6 ਮਈ ਨੂੰ ਸੰਤ ਸਮਾਜ ਸ਼੍ਰੀ ਅਕਾਲ ਤਖਤ ਦੇ ਜਥੇਦਾਰ ਨੂੰ ਇੱਕ ਮੰਗ ਪੱਤਰ ਵੀ ਸੋਪੇਗਾ। ਉਹਨਾਂ ਕਿਹਾ ਕਿ ਅੱਜ ਅੰਮ੍ਰਿਤਸਰ ਵਿਚ ਹੋਈ ਮੀਟਿੰਗ ਵਿੱਚ ਸਭ ਤੋਂ ਅੱਖੜ ਤੇ ਪੰਥ ਵਿਰੋਧੀ ਵਤੀਰਾ ਸ੍ਰੋਮਣੀ ਕਮੇਟੀ ਪਰਧਾਨ ਸ੍ਰੀ ਅਵਤਾਰ ਸਿੰਘ ਮੱਕੜ ਦਾ ਹੀ ਸੀ। ਉਹਨਾਂ ਕਿਹਾ ਕਿ ਸ਼ਹੀਦੀ ਯਾਦਗਾਰ ਬਾਰੇ ਹੁਣ ਤੱਕ ਜਿੰਨੀਆ ਅਰਦਾਸਾਂ ਹੋਈਆ ਹਨ ਸਾਰੀਆ ਹੀ ਸੰਤ ਜਰਨੈਲ ਸਿੰਘ ਭਿੰਡਰਾਂਵਾਲਿਆ ਸਮੇਤ ਉਹਨਾਂ ਸ਼ਹੀਦੰ ਨੂੰ ਸਮੱਰਪਿੱਤ ਕੀਤੇ ਜਾਣ ਦੀ ਅਰਦਾਸ ਕੀਤੀ ਜਾਂਦੀ ਰਹੀ ਹੈ ਜਿਹੜੇ ਜੂਨ 1984 ਦੇ ਸਾਕਾ ਨੀਲਾ ਤਾਰਾ ਦੌਰਾਨ ਸ੍ਰੀ ਦਰਬਾਰ ਸਾਹਿਬ ਦੀ ਅਜ਼ਮਤ ਦੀ ਰਾਖੀ ਕਰਦਿਆ ਸ਼ਹੀਦ ਹੋਏ ਹਨ। ਮੱਕੜ ਵੀ ਆਪਣੇ ਬਿਆਨਾਂ ਵਿੱਚ ਸੰਤ ਭਿੰਡਰਾਂਵਾਲਿਆ ਨੂੰ ਹੀ ਸਮੱਰਪਿੱਤ ਦੱਸਦਾ ਰਿਹਾ ਹੈ। ਉਹਨਾਂ ਕਿਹਾ ਕਿ ਅੱਜ ਪਤਾ ਨਹੀ ਕਿਹੜੀਆ ਪੰਥ ਵਿਰੋਧੀ ਸ਼ਕਤੀਆ ਦੇ ਇਸ਼ਾਰਿਆ ਤੇ ਮੱਕੜ ਇਸ ਯਾਦਗਾਰ ਦਾ ਵਿਰੋਧੀ ਬਣਿਆ ਬੈਠਾ ਹੈ। ਇਸੇ ਤਰ•ਾ ਸ਼੍ਰੋਮਣੀ ਪੰਥਕ ਦਲ ਦੇ ਮੁੱਖੀ ਪਰਮਜੀਤ ਸਿੰਘ ਢਾਡੀ ਨੇ ਇੰਗਲੈ¤ਡ ਤੋ ਗੱਲਬਾਤ ਕਰਦਿਆ ਕਿਹਾ ਕਿ ਅੱਜ ਪੂਰੇ ਇੰਗਲੈ¤ਡ ਦੇ ਗੁਰੂਦੁਆਰਿਆ ਦੇ ਨੁੰਮਾਇੰਦਿਆ ਦੀ ਇੱਕ ਮੀਟਿੰਗ ਹੋਈ ਹੈ ਜਿਸ ਵਿੱਚ ਸਰਬਸੰਮਤੀ ਨਾਲ ਫੈਸਲਾ ਕੀਤਾ ਗਿਆ ਹੈ ਕਿ ਸ਼ਹੀਦੀ ਯਾਦਗਾਰ ਵਿੱਚ ਸੰਤ ਜਰਨੈਲ ਸਿੰਘ ਭਿੰਡਰਾਂਵਾਲਿਆ ਦੀ ਤਸਵੀਰ ਵੀ ਲਗਾਈ ਜਾਵੇਗੀ ਅਤੇ 1984 ਵਿੱਚ ਹੋਏ ਸਾਕਾ ਨੀਲਾ ਤਾਰਾ ਦੌਰਾਨ ਸ਼ਹੀਦ ਹੋਏ ਸੰਤਾਂ ਤੇ ਉਹਨਾਂ ਸਾਥੀਆ ਦੇ ਨਾਮ ਵੀ ਲਿਖੇ ਜਾਣਗੇ। ਉਹਨਾਂ ਕਿਹਾ ਕਿ ਮੱਕੜ ਦੀਆ ਆਪ ਹੁਦਰੀਆ ਨੂੰ ਕਿਸੇ ਵੀ ਕੀਮਤ ਤੇ ਬਰਦਾਸ਼ਤ ਨਹੀ ਕੀਤਾ ਜਾਵੇਗਾ ਤੇ ਉਹਨਾਂ ਨੇ ਸ੍ਰੀ ਦਰਬਾਰ ਸਾਹਿਬ ਦੇ ਐਡੀਸ਼ਨਲ ਮਨੈਜਰ ਗੁਰਿੰਦਰ ਸਿੰਘ ਨੂੰ ਵੀ ਚਿਤਾਵਨੀ ਦੇ ਦਿੱਤੀ ਗਈ ਹੈ ਕਿ ਉਹ ਬੋਰਡ ਪੁੱਟਣ ਦੀ ਕੋਸ਼ਿਸ਼ ਨਾ ਕਰੇ। ਉਹਨਾਂ ਕਿਹਾ ਕਿ ਮੀਟਿੰਗ ਵਿੱਚ ਸਰਬ ਸੰਮਤੀ ਨਾਲ ਫੈਸਲਾ ਕੀਤਾ ਗਿਆ ਹੈ ਕਿ ਜਿਹੜੇ ਵੀ ਸ਼੍ਰੋਮਣੀ ਕਮੇਟੀ ਦਾ ਅਧਿਕਾਰੀ ਜਾਂ ਮੁਲਾਜ਼ਮ ਨੇ ਬੋਰਡ ਪੁੱਟਣ ਵੀ ਕੋਸ਼ਿਸ਼ ਕੀਤੀ ਉਸ ਨੂੰ ਵੀ ਬਖਸ਼ਿਆ ਨਹੀ ਜਾਵੇਗਾ। http://www.punjabspectrum.com/2013/05/6253

Baba Harnam singh Dumma on fire ....... times of india "From the day one we had made clear that the memorial is being erected in memory of those who were killed while fighting with army or the innocent devotees who were gunned down during Operation Bluestar " said Chief of Sikh seminary Damdami Taksal, Baba Harnam Singh Khalsa while talking to TOI on Sunday. Taksal was entrusted with the karsewa (voluntary service) to construct the memorial by SGPC. He said everyone knows that the Sikhs had fought with army under the leadership of Bhinderanwala so what was wrong in putting his name on the memorial ? questioned he. He said afterall there must be some signage to identify the building . "If there is no identification of the building then devotees will be more confused" said Khalsa. The memorial has the inscription "Gurdwara Yadgar Shaheeda , memorial of 14th head of Damdami Taksal Shaheed Sant Giani Jarnail Singh Bhinderanwala and all the martyrs of 1984 holocaust'. However he said there was no picture displayed inside the memorial except Parkash (Installation) of Sri Guru Granth Sahib. "I don't know who has raked up an unnecessary controversy and if someone had approached to SGPC, we will convince them that it was just a signage to a building" said Khalsa. About a clock with picture of Bhinderanwala displayed in the museum he said "The clocks or T shirts with pictures of Bhinderanwala are in abundant in market ". Meanwhile Jathedar of Akal Takht Giani Gurbachan Singh said he was out of city and was not aware whether there was any controversy regarding this. Spokesperson of Dal Khalsa, Sikh radical organization, Kanwarpal Singh said "I don't think there is any kind of controversy in it , a memorial has to be identified with some name and obviously the name should be of the leader" he said.

A 43-year-old man was arrested today for allegedly throwing a shoe at the judge who acquitted Congress leader Sajjan Kumar in a 1984 anti-Sikh riots case while 34 others were detained for protests outside Karkardooma courts here. Soon after verdict was pronounced acquitting Kumar and convicting five others, All India Sikhs Students Federation president Karnail Singh Peer Mohammed allegedly threw his shoe at judge JR Aryan. Singh, a resident of Punjab's Firozpur, was immediately taken into custody by police and later placed under arrest, a senior police official said. A case under sections 186 (obstructing public servant from discharging duties) and 353 (assault) of the Indian Penal Code has been registered. Karnail said he never wanted to show disrespect to the court and his intention was only to show the protest and anger of the Sikh community who had eagerly awaited justice. "But the court by acquitting the main accused and senior Congress leader Sajjan Kumar clearly showed that we could never expect justice," he said. Thirty-four people were detained for protesting outside the court against the judgement for about half an hour from 3:30 PM to 4:00 PM. Among those detained were Manjit Singh GK, president of Delhi Sikh Gurudwara Management Committee, Manjinder Singh Sirsa, Gen Secretary of DSGMC, Ravinder Singh Khurana, Sr Vice president DSGMC and Harmit Singh Kaka Jt Secretary DSGMC.
