I always listen to benti chaupai, takes around 7 minutes...I want to listen to Guru Granth Sahib banis that are less than 10 minutes are tehre any btw im not talkin abt shabads...i always do thir ghar baiso in my head WJKK WJKF

then why dont those anti dasam granth sikhs cut their hair? i mean..Guru Gobind Singh ji asked us to keep hair and he wrote dasam granth... these sikhs need to know...not following dasam granth wud be like cutting hair no offense to anyone WJKK WJKF

Im 13...I want to do amrit chakna even tho all of my family cuts their hair..I want to keep it, I want to become amritdhari...I want to do something for Sikhi are thre any rules before amrit chakna...my dad said that we have to kno the whole guru granth sahib before we do so, is that right? I kno most bits of islam, but Im confused cuz wen I saw a website comparin sikhism to islam, i found this: Sikhism’s founder not so ruthless or violent as Islam’s. Singh, that's what I'm asking. Tell us which practice of Sikhi you believe don't fit the standard of peace. What does hair cuts have to do with peace. Are people with unshorn hair not peaceful or are people with hair cut not peaceful Same goes for meat. If a person is not adhereing to the practices is the dharma to blame or the person? A person does not represent Sikhi, A Sikh represent Sikhi. But this haircut and meat comment your going off topic. So bring it back to peace and what practices in Sikhi to you believe don't fit the standard or accepted as peaceful practices. I'm not saying Sikhi is not peaceful, but I am saying that if most of us don't cut our hair, we mite also drink alcohol, which in turn will make us non- peaceful lol, sorry im actually very new to sikhi, realized sikhi only abt a year ago Im here to learn :D WJKK WJKF WHAT!
