Bhai/Bheen Sahib ji, Dass has clarified this in my previous post: In this pangti, SatGuroo ji is making this call to all Sikh(devotees) in Sadhsangat form by calling them ''Santoh" in the end. Here is the full translation of the 9th pauree of Sri Anand Sahib. An enlighten spiritual soul would have already acheived their aim. What would be reason for Guru Sahib for asking them to surrender their mind ,body and soul again in the 3rd line? (if some still insist it refers to a 'mahapursh') Such souls have already obeyed HIM, what is the reason to ask them to re-obey Vahiguroo again? take note that, ਸੰਤ ਪਿਆਰਿਹੋ = plural ਸੰਤਹੁ = plural The HUKAM given in the pangti above is same for all of Humanity and those who come to Sri Guru Ji's sharan and become his devotees. There is a book by Bhai Sahib Randhir Singh ji called "Sant Pad Nirnai" . It will provide all the answers you might have regarding over this issue. Bhai Sahib has extensively quoted over 250 Gurbani lines to shed light in this issue. im sorry but i dont agree with you here, regarding sants achieving their aim already - if someone has accepted sikhism they have to accept guru ji to obtain salvation, they can still be sant but they have to accept the puran guru 1st to get to sachkhand!! guru ji is referring to sant obeying guru jis hukam....regarding the gurmukhi and english translation of this - thats exactly what it says...what you have said is your own interpretation/assumption in no way does guru ji refer to sant (in plural) as humaity......it literally says sants and nothing else....i dont mean to offend you or anyone else for that matter but we need accept bani for what it is and not make assumptions to suit our own beliefs - we all know wat happend to baba ram rai when he changed gurbani and the meaning of it (he was banished by guru ji and told never to return).....we need to understand gurbani in gurmukhi language.....although i feel the english translation does enough justice to wat i have said......reading and understanding the actual gurbani will always give a fuller understanding!! i saw a topic on here lastnight about an anti-panthic meeting in slough which included the likes of tarsem singh deol and joga singh..... im not here to cause trouble but just want to know if it actually went ahead and what it was about?? because if it was anything like the one at coventry then we sikhs in UK have definately got a big problem on our hands!! im sure some penji posted that her dad got a phone call about it or something!!?

thats true though aint it!!! its about time we stood up to these people who are trying to divide us from the inside if people cant see that those named above are agents and are trying to kill sikhi as we know it then there blind as hell!! So does that statement in bold include the likes of Bhai Randhir Singh who did not belive in Raag Mala? Even Sant Jarnail Singh, who believed in Raag mala scolded a singh for reading it at Akal Takht when he read it there and the marayda said otherwise. This shows that Sant ji had more respect for the Guru roop sangat's decission than his own belief. It's sad that we are all fighting about his when the Akal Takht could so easliy give some direction for all Sikhs to follow. But until Badal & his goons are running the show that aint gonna happen. Lets do something practical to eliminate the root cause rather than sit here fighting about the reprocussions. i dont want to turn this into a raagmala debate.....but my views on this are clear cut and i fully agree with wat was said....no exceptions with regards to sant jarnail singh ji.....if wat u said is true (because its the 1st iv heard of it) that shows that they had the upmost respect for guru hargobind sahibs thakht and didnt in anyway want to show it in a bad light...not anything else......in the same way they didnt matha tekh within the actual harmindir sahib because the akaal thakht stated guns could not be taken in there....it was out of respect for the thakht!!

Comments made by individuals are not necessarily the views of all that were there, so to the hero's behind their PC's stop spreading lies and doing nindia of panthic organisations. You are doing nindia about 'someone doing nindia'.. wow that makes you soo much better! nindya!!!! Lol! to stoppropagan Dont know which programme u were at mate but i was there in coventry yesterday, did u fail to hear when they rinsed baba takur singh left right and centre, didnt u hear when they said those that do parkash of dasam granth are rss and hindus, and wat about when those 2 lads wanted to ask a question which was in support of dasam bani...how they got roughed up and bundled out!! This was an attack on sikhi itself these "so called" babber akj uk leaders have been doin it for years....manipulating the youth and gettin them to do their dirty work, trying to divide the panth on every single issue....just look into the last 5 years alone....wether it be sggsj respect campaigns, anything to do with sant, any kick offs ie handsworth mela, dasam granth, calendar.....tarsem, joga and their mob are always there apposing what the majority want and trying to change everyones minds by holding meetings and conferences i tell you all one thing this has been going on for too long and a stop needs to put to these so called "panthic leaders" who are ripping sikhi apart in the uk from the inside
