Trying to be Khalsa

Its really so disturbing to read what they have done to sikhs . Sikhs saved India's honour and what these people did is beyond all description . Only a blind person can do this . Even Gurbani has warned us "Hindu anna turka kaana , doha te gyaani syaana". Hindu is blind . Our guru is saying . WAHEGURU , Punish these paapi desh for their deeds soon .

I was feeling a bit depressed and worried about my future . Actually I am feeling pretty direction-less in life . So , I thought that I should go and consult my living guru with my problem . i am kesadhari , not amritdhari yet . I did ardas and Guru gave following hukamnama : ਧਨਾਸਰੀ ਮਹਲਾ ੫ ॥ धनासरी महला ५ ॥ Ḏẖanāsrī mėhlā 5. Dhanaasaree, Fifth Mehl: ਤੁਮ ਦਾਤੇ ਠਾਕੁਰ ਪ੍ਰਤਿਪਾਲਕ ਨਾਇਕ ਖਸਮ ਹਮਾਰੇ ॥ तुम दाते ठाकुर प्रतिपालक नाइक खसम हमारे ॥ Ŧum ḏāṯe ṯẖākur parṯipālak nā▫ik kẖasam hamāre. I am a 20 year old male . I am a keshadhari but not amritdhari yet . I wear a white kachhera which is normal size of kachhera . I have heard that kachhera helps decrease kaam . What is your experience with this ? has your lust reduced with wearing of kachhera ? Why am I not able to control my lust even after wearing kachhera for a year now . should i wear a bigger one or taksali style kachhera ? bhul chuk maaf.

Ya , I know . Ghor Kaljug . Keshadhari and paggwale munde will have to be one step ahead than shorn sheeps ( monne ). Pagg only adds to beauty and personality of a male . We just need to carry it properly in modern era.

my age is 20 . I am a keshadhari sikh youth . Actually I have been through lots of stress in my past 4-5 years . mainly related to college and such . I feel like I don't have enough personality to carry myself as a sikh . I feel like i am a shame on all sikhs. then I feel like cutting my hair and becoming clean shaven . I also feel depressed becoz of this . please tell what should i do . ( i am not amritdhari) Sometimes questions come in my mind like "why I need to continue tying turban when i am not doing any good for my kaum ? why not mix in with the crowd rather than sticking out ? " but i also know that if i cut my hair , then i am not only killing one sikh ( me ) , but many generations of sikhs to come from me . thats why i am not cutting my hair . Am I physically and mentally ready to carry this sikh form with me .

The life sustaining waters of punjab have become poisionous . many areas of punjab like fazlika , bathinda , ferozpur and some more are having water which is high in toxins , and having uranium , chromium, arsenic in them . In many villages it is written on village walls not to drink from ground water . When I tell this news to some fellow sikhs , they say please tell some good news . Guru Maharaj has said "Pavan guru paani pita " . Water is our father because it nourishes us . childrens are becoming retarded and not growing properly . The strategy of whoever is responsible for it ( either pakistan or RSS) is to prevent development of children and thus kill the spirit of punjab. bhul chuk maaf

Jaswinder Singh veerji , I think the best we can do is follow gursikhi jeevan and inspire others to do as well . When we start following sikhi , I think all this problems will reduce severely .

BHUL CHUK MAAF KARNA CYBER SANGAT . Par saade punjab wich inna kucch saade hi khilaf ho reha , te assi ki kar rahe haa ? So much happening against us Sikhs in our homeland in Punjab and what are we doing ? Better question would be "What can we do ?" Why Punjab does not looks like Punjab anymore ? I stay in Mumbai since I was born here . I see punjab only through punjabi channels like etc punjabi , zee punjabi and ptc punjabi . In all shows , I see 100 monne people for 1 sardar . Is this our punjab ? or bhaiyye da punjab ? RSS plan is increasing Hindu population in India so that more people vote for Hindi as state language for panjab and also sikhs will be lesser in numbers resulting in lesser political ( and hence religious ) power of sikhs in panjab ! I don't wish to offend anyone . We know gurus were against idol worship , but gurus never rejected that waheguru is present throughout in sargun roop . It is present in stones as well . If waheguru is present throughout the creation , then why worshipping of a stone is wrong ? bhul chuk maaf . . This is just an innocent question .

I saw it on Zee punjabi . The BBI guys were planning to blow major temples in amritsar including durgiana temple . They were caught by punjab police and revealed many things . the punjab police fears revival of militancy in punjab. what do u say about this news ?

Waheguru ji ka khalsa Waheguru ji ki fateh !! Yes , Guru ji was talking to you . That is why we say Guru Granth Sahib as a live guru . It is alive . The words and the banis in Guru Granth Sahib talk to us and we talk back with our problems and then Guru talks back . When we have sincerity in heart and wish to know solution to our problem , then Guru gives us instructions many a times what to do ! It has happened with me several times as well . Mostly when we take "hukamnama" from Guru Granth Sahib . Keep in chardi kala ( soaring spirits ) !! waheguru ji ka khalsa waheguru ji ki fateh I have been visiting sangh parivar's website since a while now . http://www.sanghparivar.org As expected these people are very anti-sikh and sees sikhs as only their cannon to be used when needed. I have read their other articles in which they mocked Guru Gobind Singh ji and said khalsas are hindu's army and that we should leave our nyarapan and our 5 K's. In another article I read , it was kind of a threat to sikhs , when vienna incident ramanand killing happened last year . but this time , these people have crossed all borders. they are saying that we remove muslims bhagats bani in guru granth sahib and remove each reference of allah , khuda , rahim , karim in SGGS . also langar menu needs to be changed to suit brahman's diet . also sant bhindrawale's potrait need to be removed from sikh museum . also they call harmandar sahib as shiva's temple sadh sangat ji , I have read this article myself and even the reaction :http://worldsikhnews...nth%20Sahib.htm ALSO , one important thing I read in that article was that they are not asking sikhs to make such changes but rather asking the SGPC to do it . I want to ask that if a person doing Akhand Paath says some words to some other person nearby like "call that aunty ji " in a low voice , does it invalidates ( bhanng ) the Akhand paath ? I did so because I was wanting an aunty ji to continue with Akhand paath as I wanted to go urgently for something else. So , I called my mum ( by waving my hand in air ) and told her to call the aunty to carry on with akhand paath . I felt so stupid because I said something else while doing Akhand paath .
