Thing with this sarbjeet singh incident I find really strange is why the Indian politicians and media and hindu extremists are declaring him a martyr if he just crossed into pakistan drunk? There are many people like that locked up in pakistan but have no media highlighted or people fighting for him. Nor are POW's of the 1965 and 1971 wars that are missing in action locked up in pakistani jails its assumed. Flags of india have been placed on half mast in punjab for sarbjeet. Also we need to ensure all the names of the dharmi fauji's and other shaheeds are placed in the yaadghar. Taliban and Khalistani's have no relations with each other both have different faiths and ideological viewpoints and have different enemies they are fighting. As for human bombs (a classic terminology used by pro-indian hindu hindustanis) there is nothing in Sikhism for or against them the use of them. All shasters are respected and when Sikhs are in war only legitimate targets of the enemy are allowed (ie the combatants, its govt and military and not innocent civilians). There have been instances when Sikh soldiers strapped gernades themselves to blow up pakistani tanks in the 1965 and 1971 wars, also instances of Sikh warriors defending darbar sahib also strapped gernandes to themselves to blow up a tank that had entered. So in war of existence and resistance everything is possible and allowable for Sikhs except for deliberately targeting innocent civilians.

i agree no Sikh should ever speak out against modi from now on. We have now seen the complicity of indian muslims of congress party in attacks on our kaum in 1984. As for Kashmir some did speak out for Sikhs but now have fallen slient there their long term goals are against non-muslims, they have already cleansed Sikhs from pakistani occupied kashmir in 1947.
