And will be answering you in the same order. 1) Swarg Lok, Baikunth :are the abodes of devis, devtays, gods, goddesses... Not of Gursikhs. For those abodes are temporary, and perishable at some point, just as those who dwell there. You see, even when anybody reaches there, remains as a separated entity, does not become one with, the rulers of those abodes. While Sikhee, Gurmat, shows us the path of the devotion to the only one permanent and eternal reality, none other than Wahiguru Akal Purukh, and thus with our devotion to Him, when we reach there, we do not remain a a separate being, but we become one with Him, then only does our cycle of births and deaths comes to an end, not otherwise. That is why, Gurbani tells us: Jin Har japeeya se Har hoeeya. That is why brother, Sikhee surpasses by far and wide any other dharam, because, it reunites us with our origin, Akal Purukh. 2) Not that Sikhee does not believe in hell or heaven, but, it openly tells us to not get distracted by these lower abodes, but rather to pay attention only, as our goal, only to Sach Khand, and its owner, Wahiguru Akal Purukh. 3) There is no need to be afraid if you hold on to Sikhee firmly, otherwise of course one may start trembling, if becomes conscious of the fact, that if not in Sikhee, one is in deep manmat, thus condemned in the endless cycle of births and deaths, of which no devtays, nor gods, can escape by their own, what to say about their followers ... The Bani clearly says: Prabh Ka Simran, garb na baseh. No need to do anything special to save your souls, just meditate on Him, Wahiguru, and this will clear your karam, cut your bonds from the cycles of births and deaths, and at the same time, reunite and blend you in Him, this is the only purpose of Sikhee/Gurmat/Gurbani. 4) Saints reject both, in the sense that, they are meaningless for a Gursikh. For example, if you offer a 100 dollar note to a beggar holding tight some stones in his hands, they will automatically be opened, let down the stones, to happily get hold of that 100 dollar note, in a similar way, we as Sikhs, are grateful to Him, for with His kirpa, He has put us on the path of Sikhee. That is why, our faith and love for His Lotus Feet is so strong and firm. Some may question and say, others also follow their deites and have strong faith... But here lies the difference, while they may at most go to heavens or paradises, or call it Baikunth or Shivpuri, while a Gursikh, hold on firmly to the pallav of His Nam, and safely reach the ultimate reality : Sach Khand. Nanak Naam jahaaz hae, jin chareeya se utaereeya paar. You see brother, Sikhee is not difficult at all. It is our fault, for taking Sikhee as something theoretical and to the verbal level, which is manmat. Sikhee is a practical path to be tread, means to put into practice what Guru Jee tell us in the Bani, without analyzing too much, to get the goal away from our sight due to our undesirable manmat faculty. First Patshahee, regarding the title of your thread,tells us just in the beginning of the SGGS : Ik Oankar , Sat-Nam This means, there is only one Lord creator who is Nam, and that Nam is Truth or Sat, in the sense, that it is changeless, and has been existing always so, and shall remain so, throughout the eternity, that is why Guru called that Nam, as Sach or Sat-Nam. Everything else is temporary, undergo changes and finally some time or the other, it ceases to exist, and desintegrates into the 5 tatwas, from which all the mayavee creation is made up of. The Bani says: Ekas bin, sabh dandh hae, sabh mithiya moh maya. Now, this Ekas, is nothing else, but Nam. Further on, Sree Guru Amar Das, also tells us in His paviter Bani, in ANG 753: ਨਾਮੈ ਹੀ ਤੇ ਸਭੁ ਕਿਛੁ ਹੋਆ ਬਿਨੁ ਸਤਿਗੁਰ ਨਾਮੁ ਨ ਜਾਪੈ ॥ Naamai Hee Thae Sabh Kishh Hoaa Bin Sathigur Naam N Jaapai || Everything comes from the Naam, the Name of the Lord; without the True Guru, the Naam is not experienced. Moreover, there where He exists, there is no one except He Himself. Thus what languge can be spoken? Or who is ever there to call Him? Which book, which words can contain Him, if He was a name word. The Soul's Nature We souls are complete beings by ourselves, and don’t require the bodies we now inhabit. We have our own spiritual senses, mind, and intelligence. Our identities are unique, eternal, and unchanging, and can never be lost by merging with some homogeneous any other spiritual entity, apart from Wahiguru of course.. As spiritual beings, we are by constitution, eternally happy and full of knowledge. Sadness, ignorance, and death are unnatural for us, and that’s why we struggle against those things in this world. While God is infinite, we souls are small and are subordinate to Him. We exist to serve Him in love. Our intrinsic nature—our dharma—is to serve. That quality cannot be separated from us, just as heat cannot be separated from fire, and sweetness cannot be separated from sugar. We will find full satisfaction only in re-discovering our unique service to God. We have free will and some independence. We can choose to love and serve Wahiguru Akal Purukh, or we can choose not to, and can try to enjoy separately from Him in the material world, through man, maya and senses, thus perpetuate our stay in the mayavee creation in the endless cycles of births and deaths . While in the material world, we can choose to take up spiritual practices that will re-awaken our love for Him, and channelize it through His bhakti. For just saying Wahiguru I love you or I believe in you, we can never ever merge and become one with Him. Our thoughts, our intentions have to be materialized through His bhakti, in order to achieve total purity, and thus become worthy ,through His kirpa, His bakshish, to return back to our true Home Sach Khand, the realm of eternal ultimate Truth, bliss and wisdom. Yes, it is absolutely correct what Guru Jee tell us in the Bani : apey beejeh apye hi khahe . One reaps and eats what oneself has sown. This is not like one person prepares food at home, and then all members of the family eat the same food served. And this not only within family members, but as well with all our intearcations with whosoever we come in contact. No relation, no intercation is possible without past karma, the moment our karmic relation/settlement/account finishes, to some we leave before, or others leave us. People break their heads and get into depressions, go mad also, and ask why this, or why that to me? But the fact is, without our own past karam, nothing happens in our favor, nor against us. Nobody is to be ever blamed. And the karmic theory is so deep and complicated, that our reason or logic fails to understand it, but still, it is perfect to the second. As we can not discernate, if we are incurring in a new karam, or bearing consequences of a past one, it is better to always avoid bad karam, or hurt anybody in any way, under anger, pride, jealousy, wickedness, selfishness, or be it any other reasons, whether conscioussly or unconcioussly. (सदा) परमात्मा का नाम सुमिरन कर, (परमात्मा) सारे पदार्थ (देने वाला है)। (हे मन ! गुरु की शरण में ही रह) पूरे गुरु ने (ही) परमात्मा का नाम (ह्रदय में) पक्का किया है। और, नाम के बिना मनुख जीवन व्यर्थ चला जाता है।रहाउ। हे भाई! जो मनुख अपने मन के पीछे चलते है वह गुरु ( की शरण) के बिना मूर्ख हुए रहते हैं, वह सदा माया के मोह में फसे रहते है। उन्होंने कभी भी गुरु का सहारा नहीं लिया, उनका सारा जीवन व्यर्थ चला जाता है।२। ( Waheguru Ji Ka Khalsa, Waheguru Ji Ki Fateh ) ਗੱਜ-ਵੱਜ ਕੇ ਫਤਹਿ ਬੁਲਾਓ ਜੀ ! ਵਾਹਿਗੁਰੂ ਜੀ ਕਾ ਖਾਲਸਾ !! ਵਾਹਿਗੁਰੂ ਜੀ ਕੀ ਫਤਹਿ !!

Guest Baldeep Jee, first of all relax, nobody is worthy to suicide or give up one´s life. If possible throw her out of the house, for not being faithful and trustworthy and still is shameless. It seems you value more what others do to you, than with that what Wahiguru has blessed you : a human life. Being alive, anything can be handled, but suiciding, you just abort the grace of Wahiguru on you, as said by giving you the human form. You may ask what for was that? Well, the Bani says: Bhaee parapat manukh deh hooriya, Gobind milan kee ehe teree bareeya. This your life, is your chance, to meet and become one with the life sustainer, Gobind, Wahiguru Akal Purukh. Though I well understand, things paint out bad, but, be strong and face the situation, with any positive resolutions. If your head is not working now, ask help to friends and family, face it bravely, after all, all is maya , is koor, so what the hell of thinking of suiciding? Let others go to hell, or suicide, for their being shamefully unfaithful... But not you. Why? What for? You have not commited any crime! Stand up, roll up up your sleeves, and go and bash the filth. If I was close to you, I would first slap you to wake you up from your negativity, then, I would hug you and encourage you to be bold and strong, be a man, and fight wickedness.
