  1. Good points by Harbi Jee on manipulated version of Islam by the moorakh fanatics. They summarize the devlish nature of such belief, and the worse point is, that they are proud in creating and making way for the brainless. Secondly, what rubish is taht, that land has to be surrendered to Allah? If he ius the only god according to them, and he created everything, does not everything belong to him? why to paint out that spiritual reality with wicked human qualities? If that allah needs lands to be surrendered, than, sorry he is not god but a type of hitler... Once again, when we all know there is one creator, give him any name, what is his level of intelligence in this case, that he creates men, and then tell some to kill others because they donot believe in him? Utter rubbish, utter nonsense, utter madness. Anybody with a minimmum of common sense, if ever wants to know how that One God is like, and what are His attributes, can know all that, and much more with the simple yet complete in truth : Mool mantra. See the beauty, the love, the grace, the maginificence, the wisdom, the strentgth, the Truth, of that Lord creator, which we call Wahiguru Akal Purukh, it surpasses any descriptio and benevolence of that Primal Being. Though most know what it is, yet I am going to reproduce it below, for those who still do not know, how and what that Supreme Being is: Ek ong kaar, sat naam, karataa purakh, nirbho, nirvair Akaal moorat, ajoonee, saibhang, gur prasaad. Jap! Aad such, jugaad such, Hai bhee such, Naanak hosee bhee such. One Creator. Truth is His name. Doer of everything. Fearless, Revengeless, Undying, Unborn, Self illumined, The Guru's gift, Meditate! True in the beginning. True through all the ages. True even now. Oh Nanak it is forever true. Waheguru Waheguru Waheguru Waheguru Waheguru Sat Sree Akal.
  2. 1)Die without me, never thank me. Walk right through me. Always watching, Never speaking. Always lurking, Never seen. What am I? 2) I shrink smaller every time I take a bath. What am I? 3) What room can no one enter? 4) I never was, am always to be, No one ever saw me, nor ever will And yet I am the confidence of all To live and breathe on this terrestrial ball. What am I? 5) A man is trapped in a room. The room has only two possible exits: two doors. Through the first door there is a room constructed from magnifying glass. The blazing hot sun instantly fries anything or anyone that enters. Through the second door there is a fire-breathing dragon. How does the man escape?
  3. HEALTHY LONG LIFE THE SECRET TO LIVING WELL AND LONGER IS EAT HALF WALK DOUBLE LAUGH TRIPLE AND LOVE WITHOUT MEASURE.
  4. Pen Jee, No need to disclose so much about your marital intimacy, but only that much I will tell you, before and above any relation with anybody, we have a relation with our heavenly Father Wahiguru Akal Purukh. Maybe our worldy parents/relations do not reach out at all places we are, but for sure, He, our Mata/Pita, is watching us at times and places, so let us be a bit shameful. Over indulgence, over excercise than normal of what the body needs of sexual relationship between spouses, is called lust, this degrades us to lower levels of consciousness, even below beasts. Sikhee elevates our conciousness inwards and upwards, to those realms of spirituality, while kaam or lust, pulls us downwards and outwards, into maya and vikars. So sister, I think you yourself, and your husband are grown up adults, act wisely and in accordance to the teachings of our Guru Sahiban, through Gurbani. For being gursikhs, is something very high, not just as the verbal level. Stay blessed. Sat Sree Akal.

Just repent sincerely within yourself for that unconsciouss act of yours, and next time open your eyes widely on such occasions, so that nothing alike happens again. Now, words impress Him not so much as action can do, so if you really want His forgiveness, do what he likes most, do His simran(Wahiguru), for that is what He wants, and that is what the Bani says: : ਹਿਰ ਕ ਨਾਮੁ ਕੋਿਟ ਪਾਪ ਖੋਵੈ Har kaa naam kot paap khovai. The Name of the Lord erases millions of sins. The Bani can not be more simple and clear, it says, that, not only some few sins can be washed away, but millions of them can be erased only by His simran, then why do we engage in our manmat, and do not, this what the Bani tells us again and again to do. It seems, we feel we know more than Guru Jee. How shameless, we are. Stay blessed. Sat Sree Akal.
  7. Do not mind such people at all, for they themselves are a living example of being "dualistic", thus they are very much in braham. To say shukur hae tera Wahiguru as much as possible, is nothing but just a humble expression of deep gratitude, to the Highest, Akal purukh. He who has given us so much, even inhaling and exhaling pranas, which is very important for us being alive, is due to His kirpa, as well as all our intercations with the world. So what bad is there, to be thankful to him? When even our barambaar shukurana is not enough at all, for all His excellence on us, is far more infinite, than our feeble words of gratitude, but then, even that is accepted by the most graceful : Wahiguru Akal Purukh. Suppose one is blind, and gets a donation of eyes from some one, does he or she not be grateful to the donator? Maybe the donator may depart, but then too, the reciever, is grateful from the bottom of the heart, for the rest of the life. Similarly, Wahiguru has given us this priceless human form, thus giving us the chance to liberate ourselves along with His Kirpa, from the wheel of 84, for which even devtays, gods, yearn for, to become one with Him. We can go on singing and counting His large list of blessings for quite some time on us, so, is that not more than enough, to be thankful to Him. Shame on such people, who utter such nonsense.... It is wisely said :man is the most unfaithful being. NonExistant Jee, do not worry for what the foolish manmukhs say with their nonsense, just keep being faithful and grateful to Him, as you already are. God bless you. Sat Sree Akal.

  9. A SALUTE TO ALL MOTHERS Mother: I fought with death when I was giving birth to you. I spent sleepless nights when you were sick and crying. I never ate without feeding you first. I bore so many pains to bring you to the stage that you are in today. How will you repay me my child? Child: When I grow up, I will find a good job and earn lots of money for you so you can enjoy the pleasures of this world. Mother: Your father is doing this already and I do not expect this from you too. By the time you are earning I will be old and will not be in need of any worldly luxuries. Son: I will find a pious lady and marry her so she can cook for you and take care of you. Mother: That is not her duty my son and neither should you marry for that reason. It is not compulsory on her to do any service to me, neither do I expect this from her. Your marriage should be for you, a companion and a comfort for you as you go through this journey of life. Child: Tell me mother how can I repay you then? Mother: (With tears in her eyes) Spend time with me or call me often. A mother only requires this much from you while she is alive. Then when I die give me your shoulder and bury me. Whenever you perform prayers, supplicate for me. Give out in charity for me. Remember your every good deed will benefit me in the hereafter so be good and kind always. Fulfill the rights of all those around you. The sleepless nights and pains I took to bring you up was not a favour to you but was for my creator. He blessed me with you as a beautiful gift, and as a means for me to attain His pleasure. Your every good deed becomes my repayment. Will you do it my child...? Child: (Cannot speak and had tears in his eyes)
  10. Dear Pen Jee, your post denotes a deep pain, a big wound, and I believe it is because of unexpected bad behaviour/response from your near and dear ones. The more one have expectations from others, the more the chances of getting dissapointed and deeply hurt. You see, apart from our bond with Wahiguru, which is true and eternal, all other relations are "koor" . To some we leave when we depart, some others leave us with betrayl or when they also depart from this plane. Just now, you need a big dose of love, and trust, to uplift you emotionally, so that your mental recovery takes place. To start with, though we do not know each other, that matters not much, but for sure, as a gursikh brother, I send you a big hug, and a lots of love wherever you maybe. You are not alone, just as all the brothers and sisters above, have contributed with their valuable 2 cents, to make you drop down the negative thoughts, and to support you with their kindness as well. Just see it in their posts above. Trust Wahiguru and always be thankful under all conditions. God bless you. Sat Sree Akal.
  11. Is Guru Nanak God? At least for me undoubtedly yes, and I believe for many of our gursikh brothers and sisters also is the same. The thing is, with our limited mind, we can never grasp that to the full. Many of us and many more other human beings, generally think, if that particular being is the Supreme God, he must perform miracles or display some sort of miracoulous powers and so on ... You see, we have seen a lot about hindu(mostly) gods, godesses, devis, devtaysfairies, demigods, and a huge number of these spiritual entities, displaying their powers... So when it comes to Guru Sahiban, some how, some, expect something alike, if not more, for they think and believe Guru Sahiban is muh much more. Their thinking is like that, if a child can lift 10 kgs for example, so the strong adult can easily lift 100kgs. But they forget, that if wahiguru in His Shabad form of Akhoot Jot, does not do something according to our reasoning, how can for example then Guru Sahiban do the contrary? There is no difference in them, yet if one swaroop is respectful to the laws of nature, the other one which is the same in essence, will not go against those very laws, rather act also accordingly. Same in essence means, same in refulgence of that Jot, of that Naam, of that eternal Truth, of that pure wisdom, of that infinite ocean of prem, of Daya Meher, of Bakshish. The difference between us and them Guru Sahiban, is that because of our paaps, impurities, vikaars, manmat, we fail to see that Jot of wahiguru in them, while they, see the Jot of Wahiguru in each one of us, irrespective of our creed, caste, gender or race. Nothing is hidden from them, they exactly and precisely know what is happening at all times in each corner of all the khands, brahmands, all planes of consciousness. Moreover, look at the beauty of their utter humility, inspite of knowing everything, they act as normal human beings. From them, spiritual scent is emanated and showered, only those wadbhagee pure jeevas, have thus full faith in Guru Sahiban, in the sense that, they, are Sachay Patshah. On the contrary, we manmukhs, just acheive some degree or any other sort of gyan, have our heads full of outbursting ahankaar, thus fall down, and in shamelessy doing paaps and unjustice to mankind, even though we are blind, deaf and dumb spiritually wise. We tend to forget, that, Guru Sahiban do not come to our level, to make of this creation a paradise, because it is all "koor", but rather to awaken us, from our deep slumber of agyanta, by singing His wadeeayee, His mahima, through Gurbani. Guru Nanak, is undoubtedly Wahiguru Akal Purukh. Sat Sree Akal.
  12. The remaining unanswered 1 & 5 riddles are: 1) How do you make the number one disappear? Add the letter G and it’s “GONE” 5) Which is the most curious letter? Y?
  13. Pen Jee, first of all, forgive yourself. Your past was a lesson to learn and not to be repeated again, secondly, it is not a life sentence to be carried as a burden on your head. In His darbar, only forgiveness and love are showered constantly. He can never judge anyone, for if He was to do so, nobody could have a place to hide away, that is to our benefit, of Him not being judgemental. Now onwards look forward for His Jot, through keertan, katha, and bhakti, to guide you and protect you from any downfall, even then, get up as many times as needed, after all our battle with the mind is like a tennis match, we should respònd back strongly to the mind, until it looses the match, but the thing is, in any case we should not give up. Stay blessed. Sat Sree Akal

    Kaam Help

This your unfulfilled desire is not killing you, it is just a strong temptation of your mind. Rather I would say, you are brave by resisting it, keep resisting it and handle yourself to Wahiguru to give you inner strenghth But If you ever allow yourself to this paap, then for sure you will destroy your atma in the purgatory realms. Know the trickery nature of the mind and face it bravely. It first creates the wrong desires, then when one falls prey to them, then it makes one feel guilty, in the mean time a karam is made, for which one will have to pay by being strongly chained in the wheel of births and deaths, thus its assignated job is accomplished. We as sikhs, have to be brave, for we have Him with us. Knbowing this we should fight with all our powers until our last breath, to not commit any such bad karam, for which we may feel shame to show our face to Him. Stay blessed. Sat Sree Akal.
  15. Tell them He is the Lord himself, He is not bound by anything, His wish is Hukum for us, we as sikhs, do not even ever question such nonsense. Seriously, these people are so much marriage oriented and all that nonsense , that they are not at all interested in the teachings, but, to create controversy and doubts. Pen jee I strongly recomend you, you to stay away from their sangat, they are no good for us, nor any others as well. You can see their responsibility in the huge problems in the world, as of hatred, violence, disrespect to women, wars, terrorism, backward in education and progress, anyone under their influence, is blocked in time , space, and above all, evolution as spiritual beings. They drag humanity to the level of ego, madness, and beasts. Once again, stay away from their company, for if they really respected you, they would dare not ask you such a foolish and a wicked question.
  16. Guest believer Pen Jee, 1) Do not fear at telling them the truth, for you are not joining any cult, but, the path of spirituality, the reality for which any religion looks for, but that reality is realized through Sikhee alone. 2) Well sister, we are all weak and dumb, one can never ever become strong just like that, there is no magic stick so to say. To really become strong, one needs to associate oneself with the True strong being, which is none other than Wahiguru Akal Purukh. Just do the simran of Wahiguru, Wahiguru, and you will be surrounded by His kirpa, which has manifold blessings on us human beings. One is strong, when there is no mind, and the mind can only be defeated, by His potence, through His simran. Stay blessed. Sat Sree Akal.
  17. Brother Guest Jee, this much I can tell you : "Life is a circle of happiness, sadness, hard times, and good times. If you are going through hard times have faith that good times are on the way." First of all accept yourself as you are, do not try to run away as a coward, for if you stand with courage and hope in Wahiguru´s wisdom and potence, you have nothing to fear. Nobody is perfect, not all have some conditions nor surroundings, so no matter wherever you are now, keep on fighting with your negative tendencies, one day, no matter how long it may take, you will win for sure. But if you do any nonsense as you said above with suicidal thoughts, then for sure you are a culprit a wrongdoer, for Wahiguru gave you this human life to fight as a brave sikh, and with His kirpa return to Him. So if you do any nonsense, you will be drowned in the wheel of endless births and deaths, who knows, when ill you get a human life again, moreover, if you do not make the best of it now, what guarantee is there, that you will be better after? You have taken the first step of your uplifting as a human being, by being aware of you bad habits, it will take you time and determination to get up, in the meanwhile, you may fall down again several times, but nevertheless, do not give up. For as long as you breathe to your end, keep fighting, keep fighting as a sikh with the sword of your will power, and the shield of His grace, which is more than enough, to fight the evil. Stay blessed at all times. Sat Sree Akal.
  18. "Remember that sometimes not getting what you want is a wonderful stroke of luck." "Nothing happens in life by accident, nothing occurs by chance. Nothing takes place without producing the opportunity for real and lasting benefit to you. The perfection of every moment may not be apparent to you, yet that will make the moment no less perfect." "Today I will ask my Higher Power to send me His best, and I will trust that all that is good will come to me. I will remember that sometimes we don't get what we want because God has something infinitely better in store for us." "Everyone has their own path. Walk yours with integrity and wish all others peace on their journey. When your paths merge, rejoice for their presence in your life. When the paths are separated, return to the wholeness of yourself, give thanks for the footprints left on your soul, and embrace the time to journey on your own." "You don't always need a plan. Sometimes you just need to breathe. Trust. Let go. And see what happens." "Your job is not to judge. Your job is not to figure out if someone deserves something. Your job is to lift the fallen, to restore the broken, and to heal the hurting." "You can only give away what you have inside. Become an instrument of love." "Kind words don't cost much. Yet they accomplish much."
  19. Light these 5 lamps and carry their positivity wherever you go. While we all light up our houses, do spend some time to light a few lamps inside you; sit in silence with your eyes closed. *Light the 1st lamp inside you and let it burn away any anger and jealousy that you have for any one; see it melt away. *Light the 2nd lamp and let it burn away unwanted greed and desires. Feel happy and contented with what you have been blessed with. *Light the 3rd lamp and let it fade away all insecurities that you may have in your mind related to anything material or financial; just believe that God has given you life and He will surely give you enough to survive. *Light the 4th lamp and carry that lamp to each part of your body; let it burn away all your diseased cells or any disease in making. Feel healthy as this lamp travels to each part of your body and illuminates each of your organs. *The 5th lamp is a miniature of the Sun, nothing but the divine light. Light it and let it fill you with warmth and love. Feel one with the Divine. Let the love and warmth filled inside you radiate out of you. Carry this love with you and you will find everyone around you happy and elated too. God bless
  20. Don't laugh alone A Gujju went to a dentist for tooth extraction, and first enquired about cost. Dentist said 1200 , the gujju thought it was too much. After some thought, he asked about cheaper methods. The dentist said, yes, it can be done without anesthesia, and will cost only Rs.300, but it would be very very painful. The gujju said OK Dr, do it without anesthesia. The dentist removed the tooth without anesthesia, and during the entire procedure the gujju sat quietly, even smiling a little. The dentist was not only surprised, but was quite impressed and said: I have never seen such a brave patient like you. I don't even want my fees, instead, take this Rs.500 as a reward, you've taught me such a powerful lesson today about mastering one's pain and feelings !!! In the evening, the Dr met his fellow dentists, and told everyone about his amazing gujju patient. Out of all doctors, one doctor jumped up and shouted : that gujju first came to me, I gave him anesthesia and asked him to wait outside for half an hour ! After half an hour, when I called him he had already left !!!!
  21. Those who selfishly love themselves, cannot love others From diary of Sayed Jaffrey -- the famous bollywood character actor --- I was 19 when I married to Mehrunima who was 17. As I grew up, I was very fascinated by the british culture in colonial India. I learnt to speak English fluently, wear suits with grace and developed impeccable etiquettes. But Mehrunima grew up to be my complete opposite - homely, a typical housewife. All my advices and admonishments couldn't change her basic personality - an obedient wife, a doting mother and a good homemaker. But she was not what I wanted. More I tried to change her, more we drifted apart. Gradually she metamorphosed from a cheerful affectionate young girl into a quiet insecure woman. Meanwhile I started getting attracted to a co-actor of mine who was all what I wanted in my wife. After 10 years of marriage, l divorced Mehrunima, left my home and married my co- actor. I had ensured financial security of Mehrunima and my kids. For about 6-7 months everything went well. Then I started realising, my new wife was not caring and affectionate. She was only concerned about her beauty, ambitions, her wants and desires. Sometimes I missed Mehrunima's caring touch and concern for my welfare. Life moved on. I and my new wife were 2 persons living in a house, not one soul living in a home. I never went back to find out what happened to Mehrunima and my kids. After about 6 -7 years of my second marriage, I came across an article on a Madhur Jaffrey, an upcoming famous chef who recently launched a book of her own recipes. The moment I looked at the picture of the smart elegant lady, I was stunned. It was Mehrunima. But how could it be ??? She had remarried and changed her maiden name too.I was shooting abroad at that time. She lived in US now. I caught the next flight to US. I inquired about her whereabouts and went to meet her. She refused to see me. My daughter who was 14 and son who was 12, told her they wanted to talk to me one last time. Her new husband was by her side. He was also my children's legal father now. To this date, I cannot forget what my children told me.They told me that their new father knows the meaning of true love. He accepted Mehrunima as she was, and never tried to change her into what he himself was, because he loves her more than he loves himself. He let her evolve at her own pace and never tried to force his wishes on her. He accepted and enjoyed her person as it was. And she has bloomed into a confident, loving, affectionate, self reliant lady today under her second husband's selfless love and acceptance. Where as my selfishness, demands, and unacceptance of her persona, had crushed her and then in my selfishness I had discarded her. I Never Loved Her. I Had Always Loved myself.
