2. Tru say bhenji... what I am gonna do is take me mobile phone which has a built in camera and take a picture of the sons of a dung beetle, download it to a PC and present it to someone of authority!
3. Hi everyone, I went to India back in 2003 and I will be going again shortly. My main concerns about this visit Puinjab is the "Punjab Police", when they harrass visitors and demand currency. We had a taxi driver and these police wannabes stopped the jeep that we were in and demanded 200 rupees from the driver and after accessive abuse and harrassment my father gave them the money! My cousin last year went to get married and he was staying at his uncles house and the police came in and took 80000 rupees thats equivalent to say £200 As Sant Jarnail Singh Bhindranwale said something like "The role of the police is to serve the people instead they act like thieves and loot them" I mean we cant stand back and let them f*****g do this to us. Please add your experiences and how we can protect our rights.
4. Hi, I think thats wot peynji is saying that you can wear a keski and that a person cant argue that u r allowed to do kes bedbi, only the most stupid of the stupidest fool beyfkooof bandars ke hudee would make such a dumb claim
5. Hello all, If a Singhani is an amritdari, are they supposed to don a keski dastar or a patka or neither (is it upto personal choice). I know that singhs wear the keski and dastar or keski and pugh or pugh on its own. is it necessary for a Singhini to cover her kes at all times ? What is the sangats opinion on the matter . Ta.
6. Dont worry they all will Guru ka bani says that they will ... when all them homicidal maniacs are in hell they will all be singing "and it burns, burns burns, in the ring of fire..." all together now hhehehehehehe
7. i m quite offended must be drawn by some vegeterian fanatic.. lets see he is trying to imply if one follows sri akaal takth maryada of chatka is "Nang". what a sadistic loser. 137877 I agree theses sadistic vegeterian fanatics should all be beheaded how dare they try to defend innocent animals!!! 137879 i didn't say that.. can't we all get along and accept each other instead of mocking each other? fanatically arguing about whether Meat or not eating meat is right or wrong, it is a work of a fool as gurbani says: Here is a sakhi which will be very hard to digest for some out there, because it may challenge their mindset: This sakhi was told by a old nihang singh who was in nihang baba chet singh ji's time. It's between sant baba attar singh ji mustanewaley and sant baba chet singh ji budda dal. Sant baba attar singh ji mustaneywale went to sant baba chet singh ji budda dal. Baba Chet Singh ji ate meat with full maryada (full ishana of oneself, recitation of sri akaal ustat or chandi di //). Baba Chet Singh Ji was sitting on a manja just about to eat meat when sant baba attar singh ji arrived. He did not felt right to eat Meat alone so he offered some to Sant baba attar singh ji mustaneywaley. Sant baba attar singh ji being veggie accepted this notion and ate it by reciting this shabad: Gurparsad Bhram Ka Nash There were few chelas of baba attar singh ji mustaneywale who didn't understand this katuak of mahapursh and were shocked about this event and even to level to doubt their own mahapursh acts, but later they were given updesh that yes by eating meat it's somewhat effects person's spirituality but at the same time there are enough exceptional cases out there where eating meat does not effect their avasta. Their Avastha is sam(stable). 137881 I believe this story - NOT! Were you presenter on Jackanory? If not, you should of been!
8. Rajneesh himself got it wrong! You are totally right It Oan not OM ... people just want to propagate that Sikhi is just another sect of Hinduism. However, Rajneesh interpretation and understanding of Japji Sahib is excellent even though slight contradictions of interpretation here and there on his part.
9. waheguru, Veer prabjit, The same <banned word filter activated> is happening at the Gurdwara my mum and dad goes but this buddee, is does the same this to my parents as that old buddee is doing to yours. The buddee that is insulting my parents has got the backing of other buddeeya. My parents were so upset when they came home as I goto another G'wara now, I wanted to go back and kick :umm: <admin-profanity filter activated>!!! But my parents stopped me. I guess hopefully the Jum Dhoots will be knocking on their doors soon and especially to the one that giving your parents <banned word filter activated>! :TH: SSCOM said Yeh Right they will be the biggest hypocrites around!!!
10. waheguroo, Lemming-ton Spa (Member, Harbans Sinnh) Sangat should read the quotes.
11. Question! At the Sikh Student Camp did they teach about casteism? If not, why dont you refer to yourself as fittestsinghini or fittestkaurnee blah blah? Bhai Gurdasjee states in Pannaa 1, "The special feature of the Sikh of the Guru is that they goe beyond the framework of caste-classification and moves in humility." Furthermore, fittest refers to ahankaree which means self-ego/vain. Did Sikh Student Camp teach you about being self-vain? If not, why dont you use an ID which would represent you as a Sikh such as humblesinghini or humblekaurnee, etc etc? Ang 1 states "O Nanak, one who understands His Command, does not speak in ego. ||2||" What does Guru Sahib state about appearance and wealth ... Ang 207 states "Power and authority, youth and age - whatever is seen in this world, all of it shall fade away." What happens to those who are vain of themselves: In Ang 278, "One who deems themselves to have the beauty of youth, shall become a maggot in manure." I have found out that people use caste as a weapon because they have inner insecurities and they like to put themselves on higher pedastile . How do I know I used to be one of them
12. Recently, I was alarmed to hear from one of my friends that one of his relatives who's retired, from time to time comes home intoxicated with alcohol then a few days or so later gives prashad out to the sangat at their local Gurdwara (during the week). Whats your opinions regarding this?
