Fateh, I think the politics in Punjab are not good there all lalchi but some were great like before long time ago but badal is with the RSS and he hates sikhs in a way, in 84 in the harmandir sahib he surrendered and went out but all other sangat got shaheed from going out but he paid indira ghandi to keep him alive also other akali dal's paid her to live and not they get saroopa's ( orange robe of honor) and a kirpan from harmandir sahib for what!, thats why i dont take a damn about the politics but when its about danger to the panth i will try my best to help it with guru ji's help, i know all of this from the sikh channel news they put it on aswell. Fateh!, My dad said to me if you live far away from a gurdwara you can look in the mirror and bow and greet yourself ( Vaheguru Ji Ka Khalsa Vaheguru Ji Ke Fateh), also if you are two gursikhs, if you do path with each other and greet each other its the same, If you live far away from the gurdwara. hope this helped Fateh!

Also what i do in school ( Im the only amritdhari there and only 2 sikhs more approx ) i got a thick sweatband which is tight and wore it over my kara ( nihang kara big one) then with my kirpan wear a p.e jacket above the shirt and wear another tshirt underneath so it dosent show, and when i get changed so people wont make fun, i wear shorts over my kachera the rest is no problem. Also if you wear a dastar (you have to wear another one underneathyou other one ) put the sri sahib in the pplace of your kes and cover it tightly. Hope this helped khalsa ji Fateh!

VJKK VJKF, You can get regular kacharey from the Sikh Missionary in southall near the havelok road gurdwara sahib the address for the missionary is 10, Featherstone road, Southall, UB2 5AA, London they also sell nihang singh kirpana for the dumalla, books,saroops, gutka's, pics, gatras, and taksali kirpans, hope this helps VJKK VJKF! :cool2: :cool2: Also much more at cheap prices for example the one kirpan for the dumala is £2.00, the blade has a string with it in the handle of the blade, and its sized about 4-5 inches also the taksali kirpans are good prices and you can ask for bigger sizes they have them in stock VJKK VJKF!
