One has to regain control of their mind to alievate the confused state. May I humbly suggest naam simran of the shabad waheguru 30 minutes each morning and evening as follows: 1. Simply sit cross legged and close your eyes and focus the mind on your navel ( dunni) and breath in to hold your swas as far down to the navel area and continuosly jaap waheguru waheguru................ slowly the swas will rise up as you become short of breath and as it reaches the voice box take the swas down again and hold it again and repeat the jaap. 2. Do the 1 for five times and then breath out twice and repeat the process at 1. 3. At all time remain focused with your mind as stated and you must say WAHEGURU just loud enough for your ears to hear. Do not shout as the shabad with by pass over your ears. Tune into the shabad with your ears. 4. Carry this out for 7 days to start with and see how you get on. Once you start I pray you would not wish to end. Like all medications there is a course to complete before you feel positive effects. The same applies here, we expect miracles immediately otherwise we give up. Be patient and after the simran do ardas to Waheguru Ji for your specific problem and i am sure Waheguru Ji will be there for you. Waheguru Ji is actually already there within you , you just need to focus on him. It is only my suggestion and one that has worked for me and hope it helps. AT THE END OF THE DAY AFTER A FEW YEARS OF HUSSLE AND TUG OF WAR THEY ALL BECAME ONE. BUT THE DAMAGE HAD BEEN DONE. DO AKAND PATH FOR THIS SITUATION AND PLACE THE PROBLEM BEFORE GURU JI'S. WHATEVER GURU JI DECIDES WE MUST THEN ACCEPT. WE MUST NOT DEMAND IMMEDIATE ACTION AND ONE HAS TO WAIT FOR GURU JI TO RESPOND WHEN THE TIME IS RIGHT TO WAHEGURU NOT TO US. Iranian muslims(and others) may show some acceptance and tolerence to mingle with the West, I doubt they can be trusted when it comes to justice! in the true sense. As for similarities with sikhi , in particular shaheeds, I'M SORRY THERE IS NO COMPARISON AND THEREFORE NO COMPARISON WITH THE SHAHEED IN SIKHI. THERE IS ENDLESS IMMORTALITY.

The point I was making is in relation to Nations. The flags some locals in America may display are due to aliegence to their own country and are not the same as say the White House allowing the Iranian national flag to be flown alongside the US flag. Like wise in the Uk a French flag would not be allowed to be flown from Buckingham palace. In all other countries locals do not display their own country's flag and if they do it is not a symbol of aliegence by a faith. Whereas the Khalsa NISHAN SAHIB is flown as a permenant feature of the faith. Lets face it there is no comparison between the MIGHT OF THE NISHAN SAHIB and other flags.

The Khalistan you are debating is different to my notion. Khalistan is not and will not be a physical plane and geographically placed. Please read on. Rather than consume our energies on the issue of Khalistan we should first become SIKHS and by living as SIKHS progress to become part of the KHALSA. Once we are able to live as a Khalsa , a NATION OF THE KHALSA WILL EXIST TO LIVE BY THE KIRPA OF WAHEGURU. The KHALSA NATIONS creation having being completed in 1699( BEGAN BY GURU NANAK DEV JI). It is sad that since the sikhs have not followed in the footsteps as instructed by Guru JI and we did not maintain the Nation Lets think for a minute.When WAHEGURU created man I am pretty sure formation of the Khalsa was in the plan ( Khalsa Akal Purak Ke Fauj).Why not obey the message of Guru Ji and to strive forward and when the conditions permit (Waheguru Knows) the whole of mankind will be part of the Khalsa. The subject of Khalistan as a geographical nation and how it will be run and who will be included or not do not fall within the realms of sikhism. The Khalsa's Nishan Sahib flies in every town and city. There is no other example of any countries flag being allowed to fly in another country. The Kirpa that will be showered will form the Khalsa Raj in our minds and when the two will meet and cross THE KHALSA NATION WILL AGAIN ARISE and all will see the LIVING JOT in the SGGS JI. I believe in 1699 these two elements were present when the Khalsa Nation was completed. At present we are very far from the time the Nation will arise again.However, together we can bring about those conditions for our future fellow beings to enjoy by laying the foundations now and for that to continue.
