  1. mastered the technique? the panj pyare teach you the technique if you have amrit ras and amrit has ras has came through your dasam duaar you will be doing 24 7 naam simran as the shabad i posted clearly shows. ^^ please, with gurbani reference, tell me where it says only the punj can teach you the technique of gurmanter simran as the jugti of swaas giraas is within gurbani: har jeeo goofa andar rakh ka vaja paun vijya nau dwaar pargat keeia dasma gupt rikhya gurdwara lahi paavni iknah 10sm dwaar dikhya. I will tell you the duty of the punj pyara as per gurbani, now we call the punj the guru roop yes? and guru nanak dev ji says the guru should be able to give us the following: So Gur Karo Jo Saach Dhrirh Akath Katha Shabad Milae, this is darshan of vaheguru, akath katha gyan and attachement to the naad.
  2. i was given a direct phone number to Bhai Seva Singh who could give me darshan of Guru Gobind Singh by talking to him over the phone! it obviously didnt work i never bothered getting involved with swindon jatha and dont know too much about it but what i have said are my direct experiences with tarmala jatha in india ^^ This is by the most absurd thing ive ever heard? Ask for Guru Gobind Singh Jis darshan is silly in itself, guru ji attached us to the shabad, the shabad guru and akaars (bodies) are only in mayas desh, when we go to prakash mehal there are no akaars (bodies) This is not preached by our guru, we read jaap sahib every read and the one we are suppose to meet has no roop or rang or caste or creed etc. People who ask for guru gobind singh jis darshan will be punished as guru gobind singh ji said him self.
  3. can someone please explain why tarmala jatha teach you to concentrate on the sounds in your ears in one of their jugtis, the sounds which is air vibrating in our ears and not anhad shabad as i was told it was. they told me to stop reciting waheguru shabad because i gained anhad shabad avastha also they teach you rom rom dhiavey jugti. this is not a jugti but an avastha that a gurmukh reaches ^^ Could you please give us the name of these gurmukhs, the time it happend and place so we can investigate into what was actually said. As for rom rom yes this is achieved through a jugti, again there are about 18 gurmukhs who do rom rom simran in the sangat, and i can confirm that one of them has opened up rom rom so that she hears vaheguru simran from everywhere.

Amrit russ: i'll give you a hint to what it is, the taste is exactly like amrit that we take from khanda bhata di amrit, but can only be achieved through naam abhyaas and letting go of gossip/back biting/hate/jealousy
  5. amrit russ is kraakh (food) for the mind, the khanda di bhatai da amrit is for those wishing to take the siphai role: because a siphai has to take his or her sookham akaar out of his body and go to where ever vaheguru puts him or her on duty, now when out in the universe that sookhaam akaar requires food for the mind and this is khanda bhata da amrit.
  6. hunji I dont disagree with gurbani, i dont know about the bhai saabs book you refer as I dont read books to do bhagati only guru granth sahib ji can teach us that. Not books. The gurbani you have quoted is beautiful and 100% in line with the practical that is done: most of us have been blessed with this amrit that trickles down from the dasam dwaar, I have taken amrit at an early age and i can confirm 100% it tastes like khanda bhati da amrit, sometimes even more russ. And yes when reading bani - when i am searching for answers from my guru on this marg the amrit increases and i experience, with gurus kirpa, more russ. I havent had amrit drist yet, but my uncle who also goes to swindon amrit comes out of his eyes, ears, hair he gets drenched in it. When you do more abhyaas your whole body becomes drenched in amrit its so much, but u can only get this thru the gurus shabad.

Just because there are 5 of you posting the same viewpoint doesn't make it right. Most of you have never even posted here before, yet you feel so compelled to defend the tarmala path. If something is true it doesn't need defending because no one will argue against it. ^^ veer ji that is fine, if you would like we can meet and do simran together, as we are all brothers - it is best to go and meet vaheguru together: maal ghai mun nimral hoa, amritsaar theerath nahi sajan milae sajna sachaa shabad smai. we are both sajans. I have posted here b4, check my posts from 2005 - i was also after human guides, this sant that giani this baba and would argue that they are right. But they were not I felt i was close to the satguru yet i didnt even know where the satguru resided or how to go there and meet the satguru. If something is true it doesn't need defending because no one will argue against it. ^^ This is not true, why didi Guru Gobind Singh Ji go and fight all the jungs? He had no enemies BUT because people had hate and jealousy over the parchaar of saach, they were amazed how guru ji abolished groups, how he taught pyaar and how he took all the sikhs from sikh to gurmukh level. I see your picture of sant jarnail singh, he was a defender of truth.
  8. wrong do you know what a "sant" is? a sant is one with guru jee you can only be one with guru jee one guru jee has blessed you with amrit therefore your logic of sant before amrit does not make sense i think before we start thinking about opening of dasam duaar we should think about basics of sikhi as in gurbani abyaas and naam abyaas dasam duaar opening and receiving amrit through dasam duaar are 2 different things yogis can open dasam duaar but because they have not had amrit from satguru jee they do not receive anhad shabad amrit does not transform from sant to siphai we are supposed to be BOTH. and after we take amrit we work on being both this avastha is a lot harder to reach then you make out 24hr naam abyaas is no easy task ^^ hunji lets talk about this in more detail, ive covered the sant topic with gurbani reference above, a sant in not one with guru, but guru title is given to the punj payara so that dont make sense, i think your refering to vaheguru (satguru) you can only be one with guru jee one guru jee has blessed you with amrit therefore your logic of sant before amrit does not make sense ^^ these topics have been covered but as you have just joined lets discuss now, first we must recieve naam from the satguru and merge into saach, these are later stages. think before we start thinking about opening of dasam duaar we should think about basics of sikhi as in gurbani abyaas and naam abyaas ^^ gurbani abhyaas? guru gurbani says: khojat khojat khoj veerchario, gurbani is saying do khoj and do veechar not reading gurbani over and over and not understand one bit of what ive said, yes naam abhyaas will take us out of this bhavsaagar, swaas swaas, swaas giraas and rom rom jugtis are required to do this. dasam duaar opening and receiving amrit through dasam duaar are 2 different things ^^ yes we've discussed the 2 amrits, amrit russ that we recieve when we first go into sehaj and amrit that the punj give as well as darshan of saach, akath katha gyaan and attachement to shabad: So Gur Karo Jo Saach Dhrirh Akath Kathai Shabad Milae, guru nanak dev ji only accept that as the guru that can give you those gifts and the seeker will have to be able to give hte following: Dhun (body) Mun (mind) Dhan) (wealth of swaas) to the guru, but again this was discussed if u read thru the pages.

These positions are very briefly discussed below on the basis of Gurbani.. SANT Sant is assigned the location where Anhad Sabad of God goes on all the time. Sant relishes this Anahad Sabad/Bani/Dhun "Teh geet Naad akharay sanga. Oohan Bhagat karay Har ranga." p-739 The Sants have access to the Spiritual wealth of Anhad Bani and holds the key to this.They can help the seeker to this Anhad Sabad: "Anhad banee poonji. Santan hath rakhee koonji." p-893 Sants will brief the seekers on 'akath katha' the invisible path to reach the Supreme Being. This is their assignment. "Kahaiy Nanak suno Santo katheo kath khanee." p-918 Thru this Anhad Bani which God Himself is uttering inside every body, will reveal this unknown path to the seeker when they hear it under guidance and help of a Sant:":Har ki katha Anahad Bani." p-439 Sants become servants of God and have easy access to His mansion. They know well their Divine Master and will guide the seeker to Him: "Pucho ja-ay pdhaooan chalay chakar ho-ay.Rajan jaa-nay apna dar ghar thaak na hoay." p-57 The Sants are directed by God to do simran on Gurmantra above everything else and help others to do the same to bring peace to them. "Saajan Sant karo eh kaam. Aan tiag japo Har Naam.Simar simar sukh paavo. Aap japo avray Naam japavoh." p-290 SADHU Sadhus are blessed with doing 'kirtan' , singing praises of Naam and the True One. The Sadhus will deliver this 'kirtan' to those who accept Guru'sword as Truth:"Ram Naam kirtan rattan vath Sadhu paas rakheejay.Jo bachan Gur sat sat kar ma-naiy tis aa-gaiy kaadh dhreejaiy." p1326 Since Sehaj Dhun goes on with Naam, Sadhus stay with Sehaj Dhun.If we keep the company of Sadhus and renouncing our ego beg their help, they will help us cross the Bhavjal/ Agan Sagar by bringing us to the treasure of Naam. "Aap shod benati karoh.Sadh sang agan sagar taro." 295 If we desire the Four Cardinal Gifts, we should go and serve Sadhus: "Chaar pdarath je ko mangay. Sadh jana kee sewa laagay." p266 To meet our True Lord, which is the only purpose of this human birth, one is advised that the only important thing in life is to do is Japna in the company of a Sadh: "Bhaee parapt manukh dehuria. Gobind milan kee ehi teri baria.Avar kaaj teray kitay na kaam. Mil sadh sangat bhaj kewal Naam."p-12 BHAGAT Bhagat stays in high comfortable spiritual palaces of Sookh Mehal "Sookh mehal jan kay ooch dwaray.Ta meh vassay bhagat piaaray." p-739 They are always imbued with peace of God's Naam: "Sukhmani sukh amrit Prabh NaamBhagat jana kay mun bisram." p262 Bhagat's food for mind is only Hari Naam and they are always heard singing praises of God. They live in the Nij Ghar serving God and win respect at the door of His Mansion:"Bhagtan ka bhojan Hari Naam Niranjan pehnan bhagat bdaeeNij Ghar vaasa sada Har sewan Har Dar sobha paaee." p-1233 In Japuji Sahib, Guru Ji has dedicated four pauries to Bhagats .They are always in peace and happiness and listening to them many a grief andsins are dispelled:"Nanak Bhagtan sada vigas. Sunniay dookh paap ka naas." p-2. God loves His Bhagats and they look beautiful singing his praises atHis door:"Bhagat teray mun bhanvday. Dar sohan keertan ganvday." 262 BRAHM GIANI Brahm Giani is a seeker whose mind is fully awakened into spiritual realm and lives in Sach Ghar having gained independence from doots of Maya. He is liberated from the cycle of reincarnations:. "Sache mehal niwaas nirantar avan jaan chukaaia." p--7 The food for his mind is Brahm Gian or the knowledge of Infinite Being. His mind is all the time absorbed in deep meditation of Supreme Lord."Brahngiani ka bhojan gian.Nanak Brahm Giani ka Brahm dhian." p-273 There is no difference in the nature of God and Brahm Giani. "Nanak Brahm Giani aap Parmesar." 273 They are most of the time in deep meditation and serve God and do simran in that state only. Their mind is always in self control and remain pure all the time: "Nadri Satgur seveeay nadri sewa hoay. Nadar eh mun vas aavay nadri mun nirmal ho-ay." p-558
  10. singh khalsa I have no agenga other than to highlight issues which in my opinion are not in line with gurmat. ^^ hunji veer ji but as stated before we are followers of satguru shri guru granth sahib ji correct, so if you are using your own 'opinions' and 'mat' on what gurus mat is then it is called manmat, and manmat (your opinion) and gurmat (guru jis mat) are two different things. We've discussed at full length about amrit, why the guru roop punj payra test the sant wanting the amrit, why that person has to be a sant and I’ve provided gurbani from guru granth sahib ji to show that even the satguru has outlined the duty of the guru and what the sant has to give for this amrit, and finally what avastaa you are at to call yourself a sant. As this topic is now dragging, those wanting to learn the jugti of naam abhyaaas, all I can say is for about 2/3 years I would practice jugtis taught by anaari sants (sants that are controlled by maya) and got nothing yet I never thought to ask the guru granth sahib ji for the jugti of naam abhyaas, I was fortunate to meet this sangat where not only did I learn the jugti of naam abhyaas but all my doubts A to Z were cleared. Because gurbani says: GurMilae GurShunka Dhaar (meet the guru and clear your doubts) As when the satguru is dhyaal (compassionate) on you he sends you to the saadh sangat. If you want to know the path to vaheguru, the same path laid out by guru nanak dev ji, the same path our guru sahibs taught and then the same path that gursikhs walked on then told the world about then feel free to come down to Swindon and take laha of this akath katha. This thread is going in loops so I think it is best that those who are having cocerns contact bhai ajit singh directly and speak to him. Theres no need to be scared or feel intimidated by him as gurbani says: ik gur ik shabad ik vichaar, we have one guru, one shabad and one vichaar.

Although ultimately everything is his roop but in the game from sikh to satguru is given a duty or a role to play. Guru ji outlines sewa, there is sewa of sangat that will help you overcome ego and be humble then there is guru jis sewa: GurSewa GurBhagat Hai and then there is satgurus sewa: Nadari Satguru Sewaya Nadari Sewa Hoi (this is when you see vaheguru everywhere and you will do sewa with your eyes)

The amrit issue is just one issue, they have yet to answer the question, Why has no one ever heard of or wrote about the things that they experience and then call naam. ie. shaking, convulsing. ^^ ive answered the amrit query in full detail, go back and read the posts on amrit from the punj and the amrit russ that gurbani describes to us.
  15. kh@lsa you are right in this. This is one point i think they are lost on. Sant Isher Singh Ji used to tell some people to stay in Rehat and get strong in Nitnem before receiving Amrit, but they AND EVERY OTHER TRUE SANT always stated that Khande Batey Da Amrit is only the beginning - the entry to Guru Nanak Dev Ji's school. Later on, with Guru Ji's Kirpa and Naam Abyas, one receives Brahmgyan Amrit etc. As for the claim that you can have a university course for becoming a Brahmgyani, that is just ludicrous. If it is not a cult, what is it? ^^ can we have some gurbani references on brahamgyan amrit? As for your other post, Ive only refered to gurbani not any other human as guru is leader not a sant or any other human person. you are 100% right when we first go into sehaj the FIRST gift vaheguru gives us is amrit russ, you start drinking amrit on the inside - this was the rehit up until guru gobind singh, then the sants wanted the siphai role and did benti so guru gobind singh made khanda bhati the amrit for the siphai

There was Waheguru Ji Himeself. when he decided to play this Game; he spoke this sound that came from His Muk (mouth) is called Naam. In the Guru Granth Sahib Ji this is metioned as "Kavao" in the punjabi language from Japji Sahib as "Eko Kavao Tis Te Hoi Lak Dariao". and other names for this Shabad - Naam are "Seige Dun" from "Tera Mukh Suhava Seige Dun Bani" "Anhad Bani" "Othe Anhad Shabad Vaje Din Rati Gurmati Shabd Sunavinia ""Shacha Shabad" "Panch Shabad" from Japji "Panch Parvan Panch Pardan Panch Pave Darge Mann" this Naam is within us "Nau Nid Amrit Prab Ka Nam Dehi Me Is Ka Bisram" we have to do simran to find this and connect to it and attuin our Manns to Naam. this Naam is Hukam. "Eko Nam Hukam He" when we will be perfectly attuin to this day and night "Ande Naam Visarie Na Tis Eh Na Oh" our Mann will become clean "Nanak Nam Vase Mann Antar Gurmukh Mel Chukavnia" aadsaach can we have some gurbani references from satguru shri guru granth sahib ji about amrit

I was goinf to give up and stop posting because this is just me against followers/cheleh.   19. hunji singh-khalsa u are right, at sant paad you have made it to devlok where you here the 5 shabads, this is also the third sunn before the 4th sunn (this is where the 10sm dwaar is and this is before prakash) and yes singh khalsa the punj give you darshan of satguru. Now the sant has darshan of vaheguru BUT this is only darshan, you have not yet spoken to vaheguru only having his darshan. the gurus job is only to give you darshan, the sant then has to go to his door - sit there for as long as it takes and wait for the satguru to call you in, this is all dhaarj in bhagat kabir jis bani - i will try and get that katha posted up on how he passed the bhav sagar, yet didnt have a poora guru so it took him many life times before he found a poora guru then when he did that guru told him where vaheguru was and then bhagat kabir went and sat at his door and did not move until vaheguru ji came out.
  20. i made this post before: I think people are a tad confused here, this isn't a cult, a dera, or a baba kind of thing. I will outline what the gurdwara stand for as per gurbani: satgur satsangat chitsaal hai jit thai har gun sikha. The sangat is a school where you are taught the 'guns' of vaheguru. Gurbani again tells us who earns the status of the saadh sangat: satsangat kaasi junai jitah eko naam vikania. That is the satsangat where there is vichaar of one naam, then we ask gurbani guru what is this vichaar of naam and guru ji tells us: akath katha har naam hai. This akath katha is also given the status of Naam as per gurbani. Then we ask gurbani guru how can we get laha of this akath katha and gurbani guru tells us: akather hovo milo meri bhai doobda door karo liv lai. gurbani is saying to his learners to meet together, let go of your 'doobda' - which is hate, anger, gossip and walk on the liv path - which is also in gurbani called sant marg as per gurbani: sant ka marg dharm ki pauri ko vaad bhaagi bhaya. How can we not debate over this issue. They are not saying wait a year or two get your rehit perfect. They are saying you cannot take amrit unless you have opened your dasam duaar. This is not sikhi, in sikhi amrit is the beggining you do not have to be able to do anything before you take amrit other than stay in rehit and know your banis. ^^ kh@ls@ ji gurbani talks about rehit as well: dasam dwaar rehit kara trinpaav sojhi pae - which means if u keep the rehit of the 10sm dwaar then you will also come to know the rehit in this world (trinpaav = trigun maya), if you know your banis that is great, but gurbani teaches us how to meet god, just from our nitnem we are taught everyday what our mool is, how everything was made, why are we here, how do we get back to vaheguru. then in jaap sahib we are told all openly about vaheguru.
  21. matheen, your 5th point the jugtis: there are 3 jugtis for simran when we are in gyaan di avastaa - after that it is dhyaan di avastaa but as i am not that far we shall discuss gyaan first. The jugtis all come from satguru siri guru granth sahib jis bani, in anand sahib we read every day: har jeeo goofa andar rakha vaaja paun vijya nau dwaar pargat keeh dasma gupt rikhya, now this is the practical jugti of doing swaas giraas simran. If we ask the guru what do we concentrate on while doing swaas giraas simran guru ji says: dhun mehi dhyaa dhyaan mehi junya gurmukh akath kathani, guru nanak dev jis bhagati is very easy - just listen to your own voice. As for rom rom simran, i cant tell you that as i havent learnt the jugti myself, although i know the theory of rom rom and why we do it but the subject is very long - first we should do saas/swaas (samething different wording) giraas simran before rom rom.

Because as discussed before it is the duty of the punj pyara to give darshan, as for proof well with gurus kirpa i am doing the practical and when, with gurus kirpa, i have achieved sant status as per gurbani i will go before the punj and ask for this gift of amrit and will act as proof that the punj do give you darshan. Until then I put my faith in gurbani that the the guru roop punj payara do give you darshan of saach. In short it is more as an act of faith as I am not there myself. But 88 sant/siphais saying they all see the same thing, they are all from different parts of india it is a little bit difficult to doubt it. 2) if you could put the whole shabad up then we can discuss it in greater depth. As then we wont be distorting gurus bani to suit ourselves. 3) sookam akaar = atam, in gurbani this is referred to as 'atam' 'akaal moorat' 'satpurkh' 4) Vaheguru is all prevading he is everywhere, there is not one place he isnt, when we reach higher states through gurmanter abhyaas gurbani says this is what we shall achieve: andaar baar iko jana, inside and out we see him as one. But if you are referring to meet him then we must goto an astaan known as 'sehaj ghaar' - this is where vaheguru resides
  23. hunji singh-khalsa ji i was lucky enough to go this summer to moga and meet the 88 that had passed the gurus test and as confirmed they do get darshan of vaheguru: as described by one of the sant/siphais: he goes here i stand and you stand opposite me but before i see your akaar (physical body) i first see vaheguru. But they are still training in terms that they still have to master taking there sookham (unseen) body out of there astool akaar (physical body) and then they will be tested by the punj to see if they were successful with in the siphai training. The siphai training is meant to be difficult as at night you do duty and during the day you are out in the world doing your daily duties as per hukum from the guru - discussed in a previous post

  25. khalsa ji please dont insult the punj, they are guru roop and slandering the guru is never a wise thing to do. I don't need to reply I have said what my opinion is about this. You have dug your own grave so to speak. I'm sure other singhs will reply, telling you why you're wrong ^^Everyone is entitled to his or her opinions, i await other singhs who are seekers of the Satguru, shri Guru Granth Sahib Jis path, as long as you have questions, concerns queries in your mind it is very difficult to walk on this path to god. As we are all learners and still doing the practical it is very difficult to address all questions in fine detail, that is why we have our satguru, guru granth sahib ji that can take away all our doubts: gurmilae, gurshanka dhaar. So we can clear all our doubts and start doing simran and wake up this sleeping mind: simar simar simar gur apna soya mun jigai. kh@ls@ ji my benti to you is dont put faith in human beings as they always let you down: manmukha naal dhosti maya thak daswand. and dont do bhagati by reading books as our guru says again: trigun saaba dhaat hai PAR PAR KARI VICHAAR mukt kaada na hovi naah paein mauk dwaar. gurbani is saying by reading and doing vichaar from books you cant find that dwaar where you get mukt. Follow only guru granth sahib jis path and you will also receive the gifts that the sangat is being blessed with guru ji even says: man mat varo naam russ peevo. Let go of your own mat and drink this naam russ.
