as mentioned above,.....simple pratha/roti with different daals, pratha roll with sabzi in it, rice with curry, get vegetables like bell pepper, brocolli, carrots etc in macroni/noodles/rice..........and have some fruits afterwords..... won't recommend any kind of stuffed pratha as they tend to get damp (coz of salt in it), only good when eaten fresh......

just thought of an idea....people who wants to practice nishana on a moving target...should go to "shraab theka"...get the bottles, throw them in the air and shoot..........it'll serve 2 purposes...training and other one we know.....

Dear sangat, I've been rude in my converstaion here, well I got too rebelious and hurt at some point, but very glad to see that gurdeepsinghjohal and others were still polite to me and i really learned from them how to be calm in situation like this. Back to the topic, the original topic veg/nonveg, started was as I mentioned above for people like me who are left in unanswerable position. Guru ji hunting, eating non-veg/hunting for pleasure and training for Sikhs are three different things with 3 different reasons. 1. Guru Ji hunting - roohan da udhar karan layi, Guru ji was/is sarab kala samrath, akaal purkh di jot...HE HIMSELF doesn't need any training...and his kirpa make singhs sher, not training 2. Eating non veg - sikhs in emergency or doctor says, if person's conscious allows oneself 3. Eating non/veg and hunting - for pleasure 4. Training for sikhs - martial art classes and modern techniques & technology available On spiritual level, killing the animal of all types of "maya"inside this "mann" To conclude, just would like to share already existing fact that "what we eat we become". The tragic, horrible and fearful feelings that animals go through before they become any form of meat, comes to the person who eat them and that's what he/she becomes. Dear Gurdeepsinghjohal, No I won't be checking with anyone.......because I trust my Guru sahib and when I have anything to ask I do so to them, and your point of following "anandmurti".....well i don't know who she is ...but I do know the points she made are logical and that's what our Guru jis have taught and still teach us........ ok lets say that this is done for practice....but what good have been done after getting these qualifications.....criminals are still doing their shameful acts.......and nobody is stepping forward to end them as Singhs during Gurji's time used to do.............. secondly, if every sikh starts practicing, I don't think their will be any animals left............which is obviously the end of a spieces.........and if we still say that this is correct and how would our coming genrations practice coz there will be no animals available for practicing????? bottom line......even our corrupt Indian Govt & others of course, have banned the animal hunting ......................and our Guru ji allowed it..............I'm speechless...............

I might be wrong......but for sure..need to inquire before donating......and let's say it was used for good puropose....thumbs up,,,,,,,,and if it ended up in wrong hands but your intention was good and you did your best to inquire beforehand....then you won't be blamed for that.....Guru ji will get that daswand from the person you gave by HIMSELF in any way.....there was a sakhi that I don't remember properly.....there was a sikh who has 2 gold kangans he kept for guru ji as gift or daswand.....one of his neighbour was going to visit Guru ji..the sikh gave him the kangans to give it to Guru ji and did ardas.........that neighbour got greedy and kept one kanagan with himself and gave only one to Guru ji....Guru ji knew......when the sikh visited......don't remeber this part properly......he told the whole story to Guru ji...and said forgive me my gift didn't reach you...then Guru ji said...I received it the moment you gave it to me from your heart......now it's upto me how I get it from him..........it all depends on our intentions (shardha) fyi: daswand is calculated from the income less the tax/fuel or other expenses....from the savings or profit bhul chuk maaf

OK...previous thread for veg-non/veg has been locked, so can't write anything there.....I don't don't don't want to create any fuss on this...... ....that was just a piece of knowledge with answers for people like me who work with people who eat non-veg......and tell you ...when you get sick that you got sick because you don't eat meat......if lion / fish etc can eat other animals why can't we.......and they give all sort of statements and you are left speechless.... without any answer......... waheguru ji.....I am not very learned, but I can share a real incident of Sant Baba Balwant Singh ji Urmur Tandewale.... When Baba ji left his physical body, more than 2 singhs (don't kow exact numbers) sacrificed their lives with him as they could not bear the "vichorha"....1-2 of them jumped directly into the "chita"....... in simple means when you love someone beyond limits, you can not live without him, you'll obviously pray or wish to die before the one you love..........if you are living after your pritam is gone that means you didn't love him that much........in other words,,,,,, ik saah vi apne pyare ton bina laina.....how is it possible....... (to clarify.... every sevak has their own avastha and "jobs" assigned by Guru Sahib that needs to be completed......like is preetam dies and sevak is still alive means pritam has some job for sevak to complete, it doesn't mean sevak (pahunchia hoyiaan roohaan) did not have enough preet for his pritam) for eg. Guru Nanak Dev ji de ohla den baad Guru Angad dev ji, Guru Angad dev ji de ola den te Guru Amardas ji layi vichorha aseh c....they were living physically with athah vairaag, even isolated themselves, but they were physically alive because they have jobs to do.......... Thought of sharing this info that Baba ji also give medicine, made of different suche moti, anyone living near by in need can have benefit......anybody interested, please let me know, I can post the address where Baba ji is residing (Malton).
