Waheguru ji ka khalsa waheguur ji ki fateh hello everyone I am really worried. I am 16 years old, Amrithdaari, and i do Gym a lot. I have been taking this protein shake and i checked the label/ingredients carefully looking out for egg and what not. IT SAID IT HAS NOT EGG WHAT SO EVER ON THE LABEL.........BUT 3 weeks later i looked at my protein shake on the web to show my friends and THE INGREDIENTS SAID it HAS EGG WHITES in it. So i looked at another website and its said it DIDN'T but then again i checked another website and it said it did... I don't know what to believe so i just kept with the label and kept taking it. i just went with what the label ingredients said on the protein shake cover and saw it as the truth which said NO EGG.... BUT KNOW I AM REALLY WORRIED IDK IF I AM DOING SOMETHING REALLY WRONG... SHOULD I KEEP TAKING IT AND TRUST THE LABEL????..... AND IF I DID DO WRONG WHAT DO I DO ?? :( PLZ HELP ... WHAT SHOULD I BELIEVE ????
