if you are in the UK the laws are you can make noise during the day on weekdays and Saturday as they are considered working days but all loud noises should be done by 6pm unless you have negiotiated an extension with neighbours in earshot. Sundays you cannot make noise before nine and after 6pm (old resoect the sabbah rules)

This is what we've been told during  construction work and I can see how flaunters really rub people up the wrong way .

seems like you are a lucky dude I live in a terraced house so noise carries like anything in both directions but we have good neighbours who understand kirtan and prayer needs . Good luck with your negotiations

I am still searching for a good solution here in uk, the available neem toothpastes are chock full of foaming agents which also happen to be skin/mucous membrane irritants , I remember hearing that in India companies add OTT amounts of foaming agents in soaps and toothpaste because people associate foaming with cleaning action . was considering getting a neem tree planting it in a pot as I have a south facing garden and the patio is always full sun (plus will help protect fruit trees from insects)
Am currently using happier  brand of toothpaste comes in metal tube with plastic lid which can be totally recycled , has none of the nasties , doesn't foam , natural mint oil flavour , vegan , has papaya extract for sensitive teeth and son says it is as good as sensodyne (he has sensiive teeth since breaking front tooth in fall)

aspirin is similar in action but it is not as good as arnica in homeopathic potency as that also has effects in reestablishing blood flow to blocked parts as a priority, whereever they are , it also helps with the shock factor to the mind.

afeem just makes muscles relax and vasodilation which is more mechanically increasing diameter of blood vessels but may not help in case of cereberal bleeds , I don't understand how a muscle relaxant would help in loss of muscle tone of say bell's palsy type I could if it was maybe an epilectic fit/convulsions but honestly it seems a hit and miss thing

we all know that Guru Nanak DEv ji wrote gurbani down as it was revealed as he was asked to consult the pothi he carried to tell who was better hindu or muslim , so it seems strange that no Gursikh has said this thing about Salok prior to this sikiwiki entry. Sure Guru ji may have given sewa of assembling shabads into an order but they were complete prior. Whoever tried suggesting Gurbani of Japji Sahib is rough needs to calm down , it is the central thesis of sikhi , the roadmap of sikh development. Gursikhs taught me mool mantar is the exposistion of ik , and Japji Sahib of Mool Mantar then rest of Guru Granth Sahib ji of Japji Sahib .
