  1. 161562[/snapback] Nanak Naam Chardi Kala Tere Bhana Sarbat Da Bala, To all my brothers who have poured out their hearts into this thread. I am disappointed with my good brother singh_comradz as we have meet before and spoke about the same things, as you all know I don’t live in the Uk, so even this news takes its time to travel to me, but my dear brother singh_comradz you could have emailed me and told me you wished to discuss the teachings and misinterpretations that led to the death of our beloved Lord Maharaz Darshan Das Ji, and in response to my dear brother Lion(LK)King question which he asked my younger brother Das Kirpa, above the answer is YES, we truly believe Maharaz Darshan Das Ji was a reincarnation of Guru Nanak Dev Ji, as it is told in Bha Ballas Sakkhi, and also the same divine power that was Krishna, Ram, Ali, Jesus and also Guru Gobind Dev Ji. Yes I know you all probably think I have lost the plot, but this is the truth either you can accept it or ignore it, and if you all come back to argue about this with me, that’s fine as I will think you could not even be bothered to read what else I have to say. The reason why He was shot was quite simply that he took a stand against Khalistan, as He said:” if my beloved Lord Guru Gobind Dev Ji did not create this nation then who are we but mere mortal men to do this in His name”. He did not say anything wrong against the Guru Granth Sahib Ji, as he held it in the highest respect as He did with all scriptures of all faiths, and this is even practiced today, as we have Akhand Paths on our special days, and also celebrate every faiths special day, may that be Easter, Eid, Janam Namshtav or Viaskhi. Even I respect the two young Sikhs who came to pay my Lord Maharaz Darshan Das Ji a visit on the night of November 11th, as this was there destiny to do this, sadly this will not be reflected in history, just as the names of the soldiers who whipped our Lord Jesus Christ are no longer known, as they say its in not the name of the assassin that is remembered with respect but of the one who was assassinated, so they have done a great service to us, as they have immortalized my Lord Maharaz Darshan Das Ji, and for this I cant thank them enough. We believe in unity on all levels as all men are created equal, we have a sangat that spans all four corners of the globe and represents people of all walks of life and faiths, as we are not here to convert anyone from their own belief or to impose our own faith on them but we want to help people practice what they believe in, and respect humanity as this is the foundation of being a true sevak of any faith. We can all sit here and preach to each other and compare how we are better etc, but how many of us stick to and practice what we believe in everyday and aspects of our lives, i.e. the simple things like being honest even to the point of ‘if I lose my head over what I know is true than so be it’ or simply helping others or doing good for a complete stranger, like helping a old woman cross the street, or giving a lift to a stranger, and most importantly expecting nothing in return. We can do all these things for our loved ones as they are dear to us, but how many of you will say: ’Yes, I try and do something good for someone else everyday of my life, and to be humble and honest.’ I would be surprised if there was even one of us here to say that. The saddest thing is why you think or believe we are Sikhs, or Maharaz Darshan Das Ji or even Hazur Tarlochan Das Ji has ever said they were a Sikh? We are simply a Das, a servant of humanity. Please do not get us confused as we are not here to say we are right or your are wrong, but we all walk the same path to Gods true Sachkand. However we all take our own journey in reaching it. Even our dearly beloved Guru Nanak Dev Ji said He has come for everyone just as did His Holiness Jesus Christ, as they came to deliver a simple message of peace, love , unity, humanity and most importantly One God (Ek Onkar). It’s a shame how us weak people forget this simple message and we all think we know better and build great Churches, Mandirs, Mosques or Gurdwara, and we begin to preach what we think is right, and forget what we should be teaching. Even if in some places the true word of the Lord Almighty is taught the moment we leave such places of worship everything we learned pours out of our ears, as we got lost in the false world of Maya, falsehood, pretence, lies and temptations. Well for now I have said more than enough and I am sure after I return from my long weekend there will be more than a handful of response that will be directed at me, so if you don’t hear from me until Monday or even Tuesday at the latest don’t worry as just to busy to come back to you. I wish you all well and until the next time Nanak Naam Chardi Kala Tere Bhana Sarbat Da Bala.
  2. Nanak Naam Chardi Kala Tere Bhane Sarbat Da Bhala. I am very sorry to keep you waiting my dear brother Jagit Waheguru, but the question you asked was not something I could answer in a one line, so upon your request I have finally completed, I hope this sheds some light on the matter. Darshan Das didn’t give us anything that the Gurbani could have not already; He merely practiced it and taught us how to embrace the teachings on a daily aspect. For example in our dera you are unconditionally accepted, regardless of race, religion, colour, caste or creed. Our sangat is made up of the rangat of all Gods creation. No one is judged or looked upon as being different and our doors are open for all to come and join us and recite His holy Naam. You maybe argue that Gurdwaras, Mosques, Churches and Mandirs have the same fundamental beliefs. I would disagree for the simple fact that man has turned religion into politics. A Ramghari Gurubhai will build his own Gurdwara and a Jatt will build his own, in the same way a Catholic will have a separate Church to a Protestant. A Sunni Muslim will not read his Namaaz in a Shia Mosque and vice versa. So you see, my dear brother, even though God is One Mankind has divided Him up and cannot even sit together to praise Him and have Langar together. Mankind is blinded by his personal gain and bends and twists the words of all Holy Scriptures to his own needs. Also we are thought to be Selfless and to put others before ourselves. We are taught to be humble and forgiving and not use violence under any circumstances. We are taught to be a Das, one who believes in: Sach- To always speak the truth and stay honest above all else Sidak- To be content in whatever circumstances the Lord has placed you under and to be thankful for it. Shahadat- To sacrifice the five vices of human nature - Anger, Lust, Attachment, Pride and Greed. Sarbat da Bhala – - In the name of the Lord ask for the spiritual blessing for all of his creation and do good for others Sadh Sangat - gathering of the flock who rejoices in His holy and divine Naam. Also we are taught to do Seva and Simran. We are also taught not to get entangled and lost in this pretentious world of Maya and forget why we are on this earth. We should try and control our Mann, so it doesn’t get the better of us and lead us astray. Most of all of these teachings can be found in all the Holy Scriptures so this is nothing new, but implementing them into your daily lives is. We are no trying to be Sikhs as some of my dear brothers think. We are people of all walks of life and faiths of the world and all we try to do is be Good Humans and practice our faiths. Yes it is true that we give the utmost respect to the Guru Granth Sahib Ji and we know this Great Guru is the way to our salvation as it is written for the Kal Yuug but at the same time some of us read the Holy Quraan, Holy Geeta and the Holy Bible and all are held in the same high regard as the Guru Granth Sahib Ji. This is the beauty of being a multi-faith organization. We are not here to say that we are better than anybody as we are the sinners of the world who seek guidance and spirituality. We have not come to rule the world but the hearts of people. Nanak Naam Chardi Kala Tere Bhane Sarbat Da Bhala.
  3. to tarlochans chelai i would really appreciate this... what is das dharam's view on mukhti/salvation.. gurbani reincarnation true living fake people who make themselves out to be sants/guru's the Sikh freedom movement during 70s/80s and 90s Nanak Naam Chardi Kala Tere Bhane Sarbat Da Bhala To all my brothers and sisters who have such a great interest in this discussion, this message is for my dear brother singh_comradz, who has asked some very good questions, I will try and do my best for you and pass on the teachings of Maharaz Darshan Das Ji as I have been taught, however if I do not cover everything today I will get back to you very soon. Mukhti and Salvation maybe obtained by doing Simran may this be in the form of performing Kirtan, reading Bhana, meditating on Naam or being part of the Sadh Sangat , as this washes away our sins too, and Seva this can be performed in many way too, ranging from doing daily chores as seva, ie Shoe Room, Langar and Nishan Sahib, or also doing Seva for your Master , again this can be doing Paath or Simran. Gurbani or Guru Ki Bani is Amrit, is the pure word of the Almighty, and is written for all mankind as this will give us the salvation we are looking for in the Kal Yuug, and without its knowledge we are all lost. Reincarnation: is the life cycle we all revolve in its made up of 84lakh joon, and mankind is even higher than angels and Devi, Devtha, for the simply reason we are free to do as our will pleases, even though when we are granted this boon of Mankind we all make a solomen promise to the Almighty that we will abide by his rules, do His work and remember Him above everything else, but once we arrive into this world safely, we forgot our promise and get lost in the race to gather worldly riches and we forsake our spiritual riches, even though the Almighty still watches over us always, He will not interfere in our choices and will let us be until the day we return to his Kingdom, and our sins will confront us and we will be punished for them by being sent back to Earth in a different life form and we will have to prove our worthiness to Him of being granted another lifetime as Human , if however we have lived a true life then we will be rewarded by being able to stay in the Almighty’s Kingdom, until He chooses to send us again to do His work further on Earth. True Living: is a path seldom can walk, as it means a lot of sacrifices will have to be made, and one must learn the true value of living on Earth, these are to serve the Almighty, and to do good to others, be honest even if it means you will lose your life for your values, stay humble and peaceful i.e. if someone slaps your cheek, than offer them the other one too, be selfless and don’t get caught in this Jaag, as its all temporary, serve your family with and live up to the responsibilities given to you by them, i.e. food, shelter and clothing. We are not to judge if someone is a fake or trying to pull the wool over peoples eyes, as we do not have the wisdom or the sight to really see someone for who they are, and if someone is using Gods name in vain the he or she will pay for this eventually. Nanak Naam Chardi Kala Tere Bhane Sarbat Da Bhala
  4. Nanak Naam Chardi Kala Tere Bhane Sarbat Da Bala To all my dear brothers, its funny to see you air all your views based on hearsay and rumour, yet known of you are willing to even know the truth, I hope today I will be given the chance to air my views and let you all into a few home truths. First of all my dear brother asmlondon Maharaz Darshan Das Ji, has never been supported by the Congress Party and nor was he to drive a wedge between Sikhs and Akalis. If anything Das Dharam was and still is a Pro-Voilence movement, and not Pro Indian. Yes Mahraz Darshan Das Ji supported all Sants regardless of their personal views as we are all told to do in the Sukhmani Sahib Ji Path. Maharaz Darshan Das still has a great many followers all over the world hence His son Maharaz Tarlochan Das Ji is now spearding the message of Unity, Peace, Love, Honesty and Sarbat Da Bhala to all four corners of the globe and 168 countries. Its true Maharaz Ji Darshan Das Ji was shot at Dormers Wells School on November 11th 1988, but they were two seva dar who went with him, and not his bodyguards, as I am the son of one His bodyguards and know too well what happened on that night. My dear brother asmlondon, you yourself go onto say all the Punjabi Press that covered the trial was based upon hearsay and rumours, than who are we to judge, and what would be wrong in listening to a Satsang that is based on the Guru Granth Sahib Ji, as nothing said in disrepect to the Guru Granth Sahib Ji, as it and all Holy Books are held with the highest respect. To my dear brother Bundha, Maharaz Darshan Das Ji has never said anything bad against the Gurus, the only thing he did say was dont rip India apart for it is all the land of my Beloved Gurus. To my dear sis Proud_to_be_singhni, if you were a true sikh you would reliase that wherever God is mentioned He will be there, and if a singh is sitting in the sangat and listening to satsang only he knows what he is being given there, as for Who does Maharaz Tarlochan Das Ji think he is, the answer to this is simple, He does not see himself as anyone special, yet people think and feel he is for the reason that he will never put you down, may you be the biggest sinner of all, he will still find the one per cent of goodness in you and praise you for it. If you do get to read this I would love to have some feedback, as i have been a follower of Das Dharam now for over 20 yrs and I do hope to get some feedback on this, may it be negative or positive, or members may wish to email me directly at daslali@hotmail.co.uk. The Das Dharam movement is getting bigger and bigger by the day, but in all honesty , we are not hear to start a new faith, just to remind everyone if you are a Sikh than be a Good Sikh, if your a Hindu be a Good Hindu, if your a Muslim be a Good Muslim, and if your a Christian be a Good Christian. thank you very much for giving me this opportunity to air my view. May you all be showered with the love of Guru Nanak, and the wisdom of the Guru Granth Sahib Ji. NANAK NAAM CHARDI KALA TERE BHANE SARBAT DA BHALA.
