    From reading your second post, your husband seems to take care of you and respect you a lot, and your problem is that he loves everyone equally? You've had too much of a simple and easy life, you have no idea what REAL problems are. You should be grateful. You are a sikh, so shouldn't your goal be to be with Vaheguru? How many times are you planning to come back into this world and marry another guy that you are hoping he'll love you like no other? lol That's Vaheguru- no one can match up that perfection.     Very true. To OP, you are still very young and should put your focus on Sikhi. What you are experiencing is most likely a phase. And you cannot be sure that after 10 years you'll be marrying her. So to even hold that thought for all that time will end up hurting you if you find that she will marry someone else. Sikhni is right, I no longer know any of the people I knew at your age. Plus, things always turn out differently than you'd expect it. Just focus on your Sikhi and education. Vaheguru takes care of everything for us, don't worry.

    I have never heard a singh refer to a singhni as "chick". Even if a singh does, I highly doubt he is using the term innocently.

    I think you need to also change your mentality. The singhni isn't a 'chick'. What sort of gross mentality are you encouraging on the singh. And I think you shouldn't be referring to the singhni in that way. Even if you want them to be healthy, there are better ways to say things.

    Does physical attraction still matter if you: -become overweight during pregnancy? -get old and wrinkly? -get smashed in the face from some sort of accident? Because if it does, then your husband has every right to leave you.
