well, so far so good with your suggestions. the boy who was being bullied, has now moved away because of the shame and memories he has at the school. the school is in Derbyshire area, and there are a lot of sikhs who do get bullied. when they do get bullied, they question God and believe that there is no need to keeping their long hair. But what i hope to focus on in this newspaper, is- * That just becus sumone bullies u doesn't mean u should lose all hope. I mean, who is that bully? He/she is not God, and doesn't have the power to take away your life- I'd want to remind the sikhs that it isn't the bully who u should be afraid off, and that God possibly allows these things to happen to build your courage... * U shouldn't let petty people influence you, because you are who you are. * Your body is your temple...and your hair grows for a reason, just like u have coloured skin for a reason. It is the bully who should know better and is losing out! So any more suggestions...

Ok, I'm sought of stressed out and in a hurry, because i got to put together a decent newspaper to read for my sixth form block, and i'm running out of time!!!!! I need :- * Stories about any of the Guru Ji's e.g. When Guru Nanak Dev Ji went to Mecca, and was facing His feet towards Mecca etc. * Possibly some pictures off places where the Guru Ji's have been to I also need someone to give some advice on my other topic, about Sikhs cutting their hair!!! WGJK, WGJF I write a newspaper for my school each week. And unfortunately, recently a sikh boy the age of 16, was being bullied...because he wore a turban. It wasn't the first time this had happened to him, but i think it was the last straw! As a result, he cut his hair, behind his parents back. When they found out, they were really upset. Now for my newspaper, I was thinking of writing a section for all the sikhs in my sixth form block and school, about the reasons not to cut your hair, and how to stop yourself from feeling down because someone is bullying you. Any tips? It could really help me and other people. I could include a story, a quote from the Guru Ji's, anything pleeease. PS. This piece of the article will only be read by the sikhs as i will post it to their houses. 4RR

hmmmm... well, instead of downloading, why don't you instead buy CDS with the jaapji sahib. It's better, because u can listen to it when your driving or cooking!!! Plus, you if u feel really tired in the early morning whenever u wanna do parht, u can listen to the japji sahib, instead of reading. That way, u won't feel as though u can't be bothered...not that i'm saying that you're lazy. I suppose u could by CDS from Soho road in Birmingham, Soho in London. I don't know whereabouts you live, so i really can't say which place u could go to. Good look with your findings 4RR

Hello everyone!!! For my sister's A-level media studies coursework she has to make a film. It can be about anything, so long as it has a meaning. And she's asked for my advice. Well, i figured that she should do a film about something which we both feel strongly about. And this is obvious from my previous topic 'Young people'. We want to make a short film about the dangerous change in which the nowaday generation are moving into...how most of them are moving away from our religion, and find other things (eg drinking, partying, gang fights etc) more important. Can anyone give me any suggestions as to how we can send a message out without accusing or patronising young people. By the way when i say young people, i mean they're about 15-19 yrs of age.
