Ok  I have oily hair so I only apply oil once a week. But if I go more than 3 days without washing my hair than my hair starts falling out. Oily scalp makes hair fallout if you don't wash it.

    I'm try washing it everyday.

    I use the caffeine shampoo.

Singh Ji, I'm not sure on caffine shampoo but just use high quality shampoo. An one that I used and I really liked was Mango and Aloe Vera shampoo from superdrugs. It's vegan and it's good for hair! Great for Singhs and Singhnia. I recommend you use amla oil

It's interesting that you brought this flag up. If I'm not wrong, it's called "dhal talwar kataar"? Does it have to anything to do with Sikhi? In my knowledge, it doesn't. Because I've personally seen this on Wikipedia months back, and corrected it to the Nishan Sahib with the Khanda. I really hope I did not do anything wrong?? These RSS cockroaches really piss me off -_-.

This is a puratan nishan sahib. Not many people know about this. This was from the time of Guru Gobind Singh Ji. Here are a few old pictures:

I use coconut oil once a week.  Wouldn't washing your kesh daily damage it ?  I wash mine 3 times a week

Singhs who wash their kesh daily massage their hairs with oil so that it wouldn't damage their hairs. Same with beard

What's a good way and effective way to wash hair without doing beadbi of hair, I normally wash my hair on a sink, and I can feel a lot of hair breaking how can I wash my hair without breaking any kesh?

I would say use natural oils like coconut oil, mustard oil, gooseberry oil and many more. Use high quality Vegan/Vegetarian shampoos. Comb your hair twice a day. Try to massage oil on your hair before you go to sleep so that the oil gets some time to go to the roots of your hair and make your kesh stronger. Wash your hair daily.

I think it is more complex than that. Even people from religious backgrounds can fall prey to kaam, which can trap them. Or some people seem naturally gullible and trusting, which is easily exploited by predator types (this can be especially true of people raised in very closeted conservative backgrounds)

When young girls are going through puberty and all the changes going on there (physical and psychological) - they can also susceptible to be exploited by people who know what is going on.

The groomers have perfected and refined their techniques over decades.

That is true. Do simran and read bania like Chaupai Sahib with all the love and concentration that you can give to Guru Ji and Waheguru to save yourself from kaam, krodh e.c.t .

Dhan dhan Satguru Sri Guru Gobind Singh Sahib Ji Maharaj ji's Damdami Taksaal current leader is NOT Harnam dhumma.

After Sant Jarnail Singh Ji's abensence, Sant Baba Thakur singh ji was made Mukhi until sant ji's return. After Baba Ji went to sachkhand in 2004, Taksaal has been inflitrated thanks to sarkari sell out harnam dhumma. The govt. has dreamed forever to be able get into DDT. lousy puppet dhumma made that possible.  Also Ram singh is NOT mukhi either.

This is important work. I'm glad you're devoting some time to this issue. Understand that there are people who are employed full-time to carry out this subtle, barely perceptible editing of history. It's not a random act by a bedroom dwelling enthusiast or activist. It's usually an operation with a purpose directed by an official source for various reasons either to push a certain narrative or to mold a pre-existing one to a different agenda over a certain length of time.

Wikipedia is, rightly or wrongly, the first stop on the road of most people's research or information gathering, so when an article contains a certifiable factual error from what's considered to be a generally reliable source of information, if that error is not rectified it eventually becomes the new truth. That's how you change the past so that it reflects the intended future narrative. Sikhs are so incredibly behind the curve on this front.

It's a Silent War, the weapons being information, because that's exactly what's occurring in these situations.

It is RSS trying to destroy our history and convert us to Hinduism. All we need to do is to stay strong in Sikhi and do the right parchar

  10. ਵਾਹਿਗੁਰੂ ਜੀ ਕਾ ਖ਼ਾਲਸਾ

    ਵਾਹਿਗੁਰੂ ਜੀ ਕੀ ਫਤਹਿ

I'm really confused if Harnam Singh Dhumma is good or untrustworthy because some people say he is a government agent but some people say he is the right Jathedar. I also have seen a video where it says that Bhai Ram Singh (or something like that) is the Jathedar after Sant Baba Thakur Singh Ji. What should I believe??? Please help me.
