Just trying to be in the news and get some validation. That's it. They have turned us into a joke. No political power or anything but just run everywhere to give free food because that's all they can do.

Therefore Sikhs themselves should boycott such fake and scamming organisations and donate to or create truly Sikh propagation charities only.

Reminds me of the american yogi bhajan 3HO scammers who used Sikh name and icongraphy, dressed up as Sikhs yet openly stated in US court papers they were not Sikhs.

I came across this person asking for funds for his mother's treatment and its been a month and he has only reached 1/3rd of the goal. I feel sad that we are not even able to take care of our own people.

They still deserve credit (imo) of what they have done and we shouldn't disregard the +ve things KA have done  but i hope now they have enough money and resources to start prioritizing Sikh issues 1st

I remember reading the life of the father of Zionism. He was an intellectual growing up in 1900s Europewho supported communism like any other educated person in the 1900s. (Like most educated ppl support liberalism/social justice now esp sikhs) Life was good until the depression hit, and anti-semitism swept up Europe. Then like any other person, he felt hurt and stated we need our own country where we aren't pushed out after 100 years at the whims of governments and he thought the best place for this country was their origin: Isreal. Ofc it was just an idea but it spread in jews circles (yes they always had a religious idea of Iimportance of isreal before but it had never been articulated so clearly for political wellbeing of jews). And when the jews had the chance, they made that idea a reality. 

Yes there were Jewish families bank rolling kings and wars. But that'slike the Indian govt  getting paranoid because the Canadian minister of defense is a Sikh. Has nothing to do with Sikh interests or khalistan. 

 Currently there might be jews among the elite monopolies controlling the world. But the fact of monopolies is more dangerous than them being jews..

It doesn't make sense. Its not a few corporations. Its literally like a vast majority. Look who runs Hollywood. Look who owns most media corporations. They know that in order to have control over people they need to control these things like money supply, media, education and what not. Same as how Indian govt does in Punjab to our people.You are still not seeing the bigger picture. So many words can be twisted. Like now sometimes i wonder what we are reading about history how much is the truth? People who control these things can easily twist anything in their favour. You are still not understanding about how things are working. Why without the wishes of the people at the top you cannot get into these top political positions. Its not what it seems.

If a person looks at us modern Sikhs, our hedonistic low iq balle balle culture, our rotting homeland Punjab and how easily most sikhs give up their religion and culture to assimilate among goras how can they be inspired by Sikhi without seeings its ideals being implemented. The truth is that unlike other religions we still did not get the chance to have a proper society that ran according to Sikh ideals. The 50 year old Maharaja ranjit Singh's raj just ended up becoming a secular kingdom where he did many anti sikh things. The only difference was Sikhs were safe but now we are just wandering tribes with no safety net. We have to prove the ideals of sikhi through our action to inspire people to follow the path of truth rather than be engulfed in Maya. The thing that made me become strong in Sikhi was the stories of our shaheeds. How they gave up their everything for Sikhi. Their actions proved their ideals and set a precedent for us. Just look at us now. Why would anyone be inspired from us? We run away from Punjab and then come here and assimilate. If somebody sees you give up your ideals so easily why would they think their is any value to them? Abrahamic supremacy is just another thing. Like i said Muslims will try to gain control through increasing their population slowly and then establishing sharia at the detriment of non Muslims. Jews will try to subvert the societies by getting all these higher positions of power and keeping others beneath them. If someone controls the money supply they can do anything. Christians also do similar things by tricking people to convert and what not. Sikhi doesn't teach you to convert others through treachery.

I was a little more than an average gamer but not quite hardcore. I was in my late 20s, mindlessly bashing buttons one day. Opposite from where I was sitting was a mirror. I saw myself, a grown man, playing a video game, and it hit me like a ton of bricks; a tide of overwhelming shame washed over me. "You soft b*****d" I said to myself. I feel the same about spectator sports such as football. I was heavily into football. I was a proper statistician. I could've told you the teams and squads up to the reserve team of every club in the domestic European leagues. That's hundreds of players! Knocked that 5hit on the head in my early 20s, too.

Bread and circuses bukwaas. They get you to invest your heart and soul into this 5hit so that you ignore or neglect the actual important stuff you need to be aware of. Moderation isn't the issue at all. It's all corporate cr4p that chips away at your aatma.

 

I'm always surprised by how invested men are in football while so much is going on in the world. Like no worries about anything just obsessed with their favourite player or club and what not and then constantly talking about it online.

On twitter somebody had posted that farmers were selling wheat to Adani in Punjab and how shameful it was after 1 year of fighting against the farm laws. Basically the wheat was supposed to be exported to Egypt and had passed the quality test in Egypt but Indian govt refused. They suppress us economically from every side.

There wont be any benefits as India will never allow any trade to happen through Punjab. Only Gujaratis are allowed to trade with Afghanistan for drugs.

Yes the entire system is useless. But so is the langar system at present because Sikhs keep giving out free food without even explaining Sikhi to anyone so people think Sikhs= free food community. If you ever read about a non-Sikh praising Sikhi its just about free food. Don't you think that is embarrassing. Langar is supposed to be in Gurudwaras so that outsiders come and learn about Sikhi. Sikhs just start doing Langar anywhere. I'm not saying that if some starving person asks for food we just tell them to go away lol but atleast teach people about Sikhi. How much langars have we done still people dont know anything about Sikhi. In the west people have food banks to eat from . People are hungry for spirituality not for langar. Sikhs stress only on langar so much because that is the only thing they know how to do. Most of them will not be able to explain even the basics of Sikhi to some stranger. The only thing they go to Gurudwaras for is langar and talking with their friends. Personally we should have discussions like this in Gurudwaras. i have learnt so much by arguing with people online than I have by listening to punjabi kathas in Gurudwaras. It also feels engaging to have discussions like this. That is why we need young people managing Gurudwaras not these old people from Punjab. they are not able to attract youngsters.
