I have seen some sadhus in states like Rajasthan and all keeping kesh and having turbans. They can be mistaken as sikhs sometimes. Could this be why?

Personally if you take away sikhi from Punjabis that is what the majority of us would most likely be like. These ideals come from Sikhi not Punjabi culture. What were Punjabis like before Sikhi and how do Punjabis act when they distance themsleves from sikhi , I don't think we have a honorbale culture like the Japanese for example.

That would suggest to me that when they're on their home soil, they're taking the pi55 and taking advantage of their environment, which makes them look even worse, because it suggests that when the opportunity to do bad is presented to them in a place where they know they won't be singled out for it, they choose to indulge themselves. In my family no one has uncut hair. No women or men cut or color their hair. And i see these youngsters coming from villages in Punjab and cut their hair the first chance they get to "fit in". Strange.

jalandhar is like 70-80% Hindu and has high amount of dalits. Also they keep saying he is building the Church since past 3 4 years now. Not sure if it has been built yet or no. If you ever go to Jalandhar area you will ask yourself if you are even in Punjab.

One such school in Gurdaspur dist. would discourage speaking Punjabi and students had to pray in churches based on the premises. No wonder Christianity is rife in that district (7.68%). 

But these people in Punjab follow a very weird version of Christianity. Have you seen the way they dance and jump and sing those tacky songs lol. I dont think even 90% of them know much about the history of Christianity. Christianity is like a dera to these people. Why are people in India so dumb? Don't they have any sense of self awareness or questioning regarding their beliefs. I guarantee you if some new dera comes up they will jump ship. I have met some of these "Christians" in doaba area and trust me you would be surprised by what they consider Christianity.

lol no way lmaooo. There are not even enough sikh youngsters in Punjab. Apparently only arnd 4.68 million sikhs in Punjab within the age of 20 to 40. And with the present birth rate how come 5 million in Canada by 2050? Impossible. when will people in India realize that this centralization of power will never be good. None of the problems will be getting solved. The rich keep getting richer as they have the so called democratic govts in their pockets and once things go bad they flee to western countries while the common poor man continues to suffer.
