When the Gurus were human, the Sikhs would never had acknowledged the Mughal/Delhi Sultanate superiority over them, and Guru Sahib created a raj within the Mughals which was distinct from them and independent; (despite it being completely inside the Mughal empire). Eventually the Sikhs would have Misl states which was also independent from Mughals and Abdali despite technically being controlled by them. Once Maharaja Ranjit Singh came into power, then there started to be a fusion of Sikh Dharam with the rule of Punjab, so once the British eventually took over, this independent mindset eventually grew away. (Even many of the Singh Sabha movement people were loyal to British). Now with India, there’s no difference between our mindset and that of Hindus and Muslims except sometimes we might wear a pagg with kirpan, but otherwise we’ve lost the independent mindset.

I think Sewapanthis were started by Bhai Kahniya instead of Guru Sahib

Sewapanthi sect is started by Dasmesh Pita.
In this world there is lot of suffering.
People suffer from diseases.
People don't hv money to get medical treatment.
People abandon their old parents or relatives.
Sewapanthi sect is for sewa of such people
I personally feel sewapanthis shud train themselves in natural medicines like ayurveda, Persian medicine etc and serve humanity.

Badals hv made the God's Takht into a family Takht.
I think the Singh Sabha Movement’s negative consequences is that a person who’s ambitious could easily take over the Akal Takht institution in the name of “reform”. Badal just happened to be the player who took advantage of all the situations that the Panth was going from Partition to Punjabi Suba to Dharam Yudh Morcha to Khalistan independence movement to Punjabi decline to Farmers protests, Badal got lucky with with times that Sikhs were always busy fighting other issues or the Sikhs had constant spirit broken by those in power. The last 100 years, the Sikh psyche has been broken from being a relatively independent mindset to one of ghulami.

Where was this honour when Karna and multiple Kurus attacked and murdered Arjun's unarmed 16 year old son?
They are supposed to be the “bad” guys in the Mahabharat.

Not seeing how being beyond enmity and opposition correlates with being a demi-God's charioteer? Is the implication why didn't he lift weapons and fight?
I’m sure Krishna could fight if he wanted to, but he’s not exactly been honorable telling Arjun to kill Karna while he was fixing his chariot.

Gurwinder Singh nangli would never do this cutting of Kabyo Baach Benti Chaupai, he is from sampradaiye which would never do such a thing! so-called panthik people are corrupt. I think he has even done prachar of this shanka and beadbi groups do of Benti Chaupai Sahib bani!
I don’t think any of those groups intentionally go against gurbani, but rather that’s how they go towards because of how they’ve been taught. It’s likely that Bhai Fauja Singh and Sukhdev Singh Babbar wouldn’t have believed in Raagmala; however, Sant Jarnail Singh wouldn’t have considered them anti-gurbani people, (despite him believing Raagmala was 100% gurbani).
Even if we look at the past, there was no hostility between Sant Gurbachan Singh Bhinderwale and Bhai Randhir Singh.

Meat milk make you very physically strong I have done both way vegetarian and meat only. Meat will get you a physique that with whey protein cant and the amount of whey needed to make the equivalent is tons.
But veggie you have less lean mass strength is not as much and the high amount of carbs is damaging to liver and make it fat. Plus insulin issues etc. Indian food with balance of meat is best make your food with ghee extra virgin olive oil. Avoid soy vegetarian oil canola soy makes estrogen higher.
Bandi Khalsa was vashnoo they didnt eat garlic or onion and jhatka meat. But tat Khalsa did jhatka and easily defeated bandi Khalsa in wrestling.
Guy on youtube eats raw meat his testosterone went higher two twins one vegan the other with meat diet. Vegan lost weight but lean mass and the other gained weight but more in lean mass then fat.
Babbar Khalsa doesn't eat meat and they've been the fighting more than people eating Butter Chicken and goat masala.

Most of the food in supermarkets is unhealthy with all the added sugar and preservatives and what not. The only thing i buy from the grocery store is fruits, vegetables, pulses and grains. Gave up on all the processed food. But i didn't know meat was bad for health? There are some nutrients like b12 and all which are abundant in meat and extremely hard to find in plant based food. So what about that? Maybe the meat has become unhealthy because of what the animals are fed ? There were tribal groups living in forests who hunted and ate meat and like they barely had any diseases. So I'm not sure if it's meat itself that is bad?
Usually at manmukhi farms, they tend to feed the animals food that is dangerous a long with not treating animals with daya.

According to some traditional maryadas, removing Kachera requires going to Punj Pyare for Ardas instead of someone being allowed to do their own Ardas for removing kakkar.

Go read of the heroism of Shaheed Deep Sidhu!
He is a shaheed of the kaum (according to today's Sikhs), and he cheated on his wife. Therefore, Punjabi Logic implies that cheating on your wife is okay!
He’s also a Mona, and we all know how Guru Sahib views that. Just because someone becomes shaheed don’t mean they are perfect.

Cheating on your spouse doesn't mean you are a bad Sikh.
Don't you know that there are shaheeds who have been cheaters?
Don’t be insulting Shaheeds just because you want to do par istri da sang.

I can't box I'm on a blood thinner.
I just want a neutral answer.
No offense but calling yourself a “Khalsa” and working in an industry that promotes 2 Bhujer Kurehits is hardly a Khalsa. Guru Sahib wouldn’t even let Bhai Joga Singh enter a brothel.

Eventually these types of guys mellow with age. Then they find God. Although maybe that no longer happens, and there's no path to salvation for them because they're too far gone? It was quite common when I was growing up.
What I'm saying is these men are a necessary evil.
I think it’s the opposite way around, people who grow-up in extremely religious homes but don’t build love of god turn into gang activities. (Lots of Punjabi gangsters come from loving Gurusikh families).

The first two I think are most appropriate are Kirpan and Kanga / Kesh.
Followed by Kacheera and Kara.
Followed the the crowning Keskis.
You should wait for the Amritdhari answer. That's just how it strikes me.
I’ve never seen any Mona wearing a Kirpan.
