EXACTLY :wub: if you gave up your faith and your religion especially sikhi....then your not a true gurmukh.....no matter what happened....if you look back into our sikh history the consequences for not giving up your faith were horrible....Guru Tegh Bahadaur ji was beheaded....Guru Arjan Dev Ji was told to sit on the hot plate with fire burning underneath it....and then had hot sand poured over HIS body.....the 2 younger sahibzadas of guru gobind singh ji were bricked alive in a wall....Bibi Anoop Kaur knew she'd have to convert to islam but she wasn't gonna give up her sikhi like that so she commit suicide....yet they all never gave up their faith and love for sikhi and guru sahib :wub: so no matter what gonna happen.....a true gurmukh would never give up their sikhi....and if they have COMPLETE faith....then nothing can happen at all because guru sahib will be right beside them :D bhul chuk maaf Gurfateh

Gurfateh hunjee i agree your local gurdwara should provide the kakars :wub: and if not then um i guess whatever was suggested try those shops but you can get real nice kakars from india :wub: and i suggest you get your kachera sewn too it fits better that way and it's more confortable because you can choose a nice comfy material for it aswell :D other than that good luck....bhul chuk maaf Gurfateh

Gurfateh well.....ironing your hair......that much heat probably made your hair weak....but yeah don't comb it when it's wet...let it dry naturally...don't add extra heat to it like hair dryers,etc....and um....yupp apply tel to your hair...like if you don't want to after you've washed it then put it in your hair while washing it :wub: and um yeah..oh and try using a shampoo that contains less chemicals :wub: hehe bhul chuk maaf Gurfateh
