Having been to a couple of their events this is the impression I got. Also the other people I saw attend the events are not the brightest. I think many also go their to hook up .

So if something bad happens to us in this life we may be being punished by karma? ie we did bad acts in this life so we are now being punished for them. Then how to get a clean slate? From experience when I have worn a head covering such as a hat or wolly hat in cold/hot weather. It has made dandruff worse due to causing more sweat build up due to cap/hat causing excess heat in scalp. Obviously that is not the case for everyone. I know some people who dont wear turban due to health issues as it can exacerbate certain conditions.

Making fun of khalsa? You need to get your facts right. If you wear a turban then shave your beard and eye brows and wear funny clothing and dress sence . What I dont get is why India does not allow outside mediation on the matter. It seems like they need help to diffuse the situation and come to some kind of agreement. But they insist it is an internal matter.

If you wear a turban expect a sweaty head and scalp along with the hair. Think about it. All that heat and sweat from wearing a head covering all day gets trapped causing excess moisture and itching build up which makes dandruff worse. ie yeast formation. Especially as the hair is long. I wash hair everyday. But use very little shampoo which minimises the harmful affects.

Well circumcision is a mainly muslim custom.Which is where it is mostly practiced. apart from jews. Circumcision is a nasty practice. But due to political correctness. They do not talk much on the subject to address the negative affects. Due to the sensitivity of the subject no pun intended. Its not discussed much in the open.
