Im a singh nearing my mid 30s now and ive always worn a turban. Ive lost all my hair at the top of my head. I struggle to tie a joora (top knot) at the top of my head now. If i wear my turban it feels loose and if i tie it too tight i get a headache. As i get older i will become bald it seems. Im wondering what other singhs have done in this situation. Have they continued to wear a turban after going bald?

I hope someone can help. I am in my early 30's but have had a very sheltered life. I am quite introverted and do not have many friends (not that I am that bothered). I will be taking a sabbatical from work for 3 months from February. I would like to use this time to go abroad from the UK, to India or America (somewhere warm only) and spend some time with a sangat or Mentor-type person - I would like to do things I have never done before like martial arts/shastar vidya, learn how to live in rehit of Gursikhs, learn more bani If anyone can give any suggestions for sources that can help, would be much appreciated. WJKK WJKF Sangat ji What should be done in case one of members in couple wants to partake amrit few years after marriage? To set up context, I was non kesadhari sikh few years back and married a hindu girl. Few years into a marriage and few setbacks in life, I started reading gurbani and doing sangat a lot. Still was non kesadhari then. Kep full rehit of baani including nitnem, kirtan, sangat , simran etc. Nitnem (all 7 banis) were kanth to me. My wife continued followed her religion and there was no interference. She would join me for gurudwara but still do her own thing at home. back then was waaaay different. ppl didn’t attend higher education or have much to do after the age of like… 13, lol. you’d have 13 year olds boys and girls that know how to do kethi, cook entire meals, etc nowadays even 22 year olds are extremely immature and can be sheltered. the average person doesn’t know how to do anything except their 9-5 which they are probably half arsing as well. -

Seriously?? The Dhadi is trying to be cute. For those who didn't get it, he said: "Some say Maharaj killed bakras (goats). Some say he cut the heads of the Panj Piyaras. The truth is that they weren't goats. It was she-goats (ਬਕਰੀਆਂ). He jhatka'd she-goats. Not he-goats." Wow. This is possibly the stupidest thing I've ever heard in relation to Sikhi.
