I havent found an Alternative yet, If I dont take them my bones start dislocating; espically knees which means my leg being in a Cast for 2 weeks and wearing a brace for 2 weeks after. If ya need to take em for medical reasons, you gotta take em!1 point

there realy isnt many options for aching joints in my opinion its fine as its been consumed for medical reasons its like drugs in medicane, we aint allowed to take drugs but they are acceptable when it comes to medication........this seems the same1 point
