A person that does their best to please other people even if it means disowning their own racial identity. We have a lot of these types in our kaum; including here.

No Financial regulations in India. If there are some then they are not put in work. Loan sharks are more easily available. Bank loans are not there for them. City elites discriminate against rural folks and all farming vendors/networking are being controlled by these city elites. Not everyone is aware of finance terms/agreements and due to Lack of education not everyone can understand it. Farmers take bad loans and then they pay it with their life. There is no collective farming (like Israel do).
Farmers agitation happened and they repeal the laws. Good. Now what? They are dropping all of their stuff at the Adani warehouse only because the unloading facilities are the best as comparable with other vendors in market. (Not the good rates). So, all these protests for what result? Giving business back to the same guy who made the laws. Imagine Jews driving around mercedes soon after world war 2 (somee still don't drive german cars).

100% true. Instead of learning the value of the hard work they feel jealous and those shop owners who ignore and focus on the hard work with risking their lives, they move to the next level and vast majority of their kids end up getting good education. However, this is the same attitude comes from both black/whites.
I also believe that the system is making them unable to stand on their feet.

I don’t think it is true that he was punished for alcoholism. Will be looking forward for any source of such claim from him.

Pretty sad to see some folks who rather put down their own folks under the bus just to look good from outside for others. This is exactly what sikh coalition and other organizations and sikh young leaders are doing. You know why? because it is the network; personal and professional link with folks that they are scared to offend. Jhooli chaaki jaao teh jutiya khahi javo.
Again pretty simple thing to say - EVERY RACE HAS RACIST FOLKS IN IT. Saying that Black people are not racist is like stupidest thing to say and exactly saying White people don't have any racist folks at all.
Don't go on be conforming to a belief that language and practices which could offend political sensibilities (as in matters of race) should be eliminated. (Def. of political correct)

We have put few members under moderation due to their frequent habit to posting unwanted posts/replies and ruining the atmosphere. They are still our brother and sisters but sometime they need to be called out and help them.
Those who love doing multiple pages of thread discussion with just one member then please don’t use forum; use private message.
Those who troll others by replying to them (totally off-topic all over the forum), don’t do spamming and ruin thread of others.
Filth language ? and trying to bypass bad word filters - don’t do it for sake of young kids. I’m sure that we don’t use such language in front of our mothers and sisters. So, keep it same way here.
keep it civil no matter how much other person’s views are opposite of yours…

Mostly whole world recently saw how BLM founders bankrolled by their misteps representation of being the voice of African Americans. They were laughing all the way back to their banks. A day ago, NY mayor called out on BLM for doing nothing to help the plight of crimes nor they using their platform to bring any change to their community.
Racism is in every community; however spike of anti-Asian and anti-Sikh hate attacks are also on rise and sadly it’s the other minority (African American)being the criminal party on attacks against three elder NY based Sikh.
Point of this thread is that our organization or representatives are not calling as what it is. No major personality of African American community spoke out so far against these attacks. See below snapshot of some post on Facebook that I found very true and we should call out truth all the time no matter how hard it is…

Why UK does not adopt looong jail sentences without parole? It’s shocking to see the couple of years sentences. Victims will barely recover by the time they will be out of jail. Most of the time they never do recover. It’s small slap on the hand.

Umm.. Some of you are talking about something related to my cousin. Not disclosing but not nice to see about it on public forum.. Appearance might show that they are riding on fame but down to earth and smart so far in arranging everything on their own so far.

Yes he did and lasted for few decades. In today's comparison; his rule lasted lesser than current UK Queen. You need to see the point. It is not saying he was bad or anything; it is saying that he was guiden wrong, bad advisor, didn't trust right people etc. You also see in history of those who never made a mistake in our gurus time and those who did and how they repent it. I never see any human now repenting for any of their mistake. It is ego in today where they don't want to admit wrongdoings.

Only fact that i know about him is that he is clean guy and not a pawn of Indian Government. That is the only thing why many outside trusted him. He was a nice chap with energy and he had lot to learn on how to lead Punjabis (sikh majority state). Sikhs can only be led by a Gursikh. Maharaja Ranjit Singh was a nice chap as well but had many weakness and wee saw the results just few decades of him being on Kursi. History is our lesson to learn.

Yes. In my opinion it is gone in many forms - Language, Environment, Politics & Religion. Nothing will help unless there is mass movement of prachar. Sharabi kababi like Bhagwant Mann with others with loose morals cannot rule the land of Punjab.

Need a proper paperwork to show the substance that they are spending ___% of sangat donation towards sikh cause.
In this kalyug world, I can do video marketing by paying few grand here and there and have someone wear a shirt and then go on gather millions in donation. I am not saying that they are doing thing (hopefully not) but need a proper substance and solid proof rather than posting some twitter posts as proof.
