ahhh ok now im totally lost lol

i cant do a system restore because the pc wont even go to the log in page, i tried takin the plugs out n puttin them back in it still didnt work lol, this has happened before last time a guy came and took the pc it took him 3 weeks to get it sorted and send it back!! i need it sorted by weds because its got my work on it which i need for then....oh and the screens just black but sumtimes it flashes blue 4 abt 2secs
