Like holy fragrant incense,a Voice arises from the pages,words and sentences of SHREE GURU GRANTH SAHIB JEE.This is the voice of the primal GURU ,the eternal GURU .Enfolded within the wings of this voice ,fly also ,God's love ,peace ,joy ,and power . And this Voice flies straight into the inner recesses of the human soul to transform it into the enlightened consciousness of a gurmukh ,encountering absolutely no resistance but only total surrender of everything in its path ,as it flies like a mythical albatross into the gurmukh's soul . And this Voice is Gurbani,the anhad shabad ,the thundering roar ,the sweet life giving melody ,flowing poetically ,melting everything in its path as it leaves a thick trail of Naam vapour,in its journey into the soul .this Voice creates luomonisity ,and a heavenly glow as it begins to slow manifest ,and fill the soul of the gurmukh . And as GURU NANAK DEV JEE says in Japji Sahib ,this voice in its single utterance ,creates the 'pesao',the cosmic expanse,awash with countless liquid flows . From this Voice ,drip ,drip ,drip ,or drizzzle ,drizzle ,drizzle ,or shower ,shower ,shower ,endless clouds of living giving ,ecstasy producing Amrit nectar arise ,and as they rain down into the soul of the gurmukh ,the gurmukh's entire being gets totally soaked ,in this most magical ,mystical ,rare ,and precious amrit essence .and the gurmukh becomes truly alive and awake . And thus ,is the sikh ,the gurmukh in total awe ,in total surrender ,in total love ,in total devotion to SHREE GURU GRANTH SAHIB . like a thirsty babiha or chatrik ,the gurmukh awaits for every word of GURBANI ,to drop into his soul to satiate his near death state of thirst . and like a moth ,and bumblebee ,the gurmukh's hovers around crazily in utter excitement around every word of GURBANI. and the gurmukh's consciousness rests so still on every word of GURBANI ,like a yogi sitting for a trillion years in equipoise. And as GURBANI says ,this is like the eternal romance between the swan ,and ,water .because in this water are pearls that the swan lives for . this is the sassi -pannu,heer-ranjha,laila -majnu, ashki and dosti ,which lasts to the end ,after the end . and hence ,SHREE GURU GOBIND SINGH MAHARAJ,declared SHREE GURU GRANTH SAHIB ,as our ETERNAL GURU .

my understanding and experience is that wen a sikh enters into the game,or ,zone of love with GURU and GOD,he is guided in Sikhi through a highly interactive relationship which involves an ever increasing dependence on every single word and sentence of SHRI GURU GRANTH SAHIB,end of the matter . Sikhi is about the remodelling and refashioning of the 'surat ,mat ,man ,budh'(as per according to japji sahib),of a sikh so that his consciousness broadens from the narrow confines of dharam khand ,to the broader gian khand vision,and onwards to the realms of saram khand ,karam khand and finally abiding in sachkhand .Only a complete obedience to every word and sentence of GURU GRANTH SAHIB can make this journey of consciousness out of the matrix,into sachkhand possible .Our sharda ,pyaar ,ishk ,prem ,and bherosa in GURUJI has to be cultivated ,and nourished ,and realised in this context . Rituals may give us psychological satisfaction ,but ,whether done mindlessly or mindfully ,amount to nothing ,in the light of the crux of the matter . In the earlier part of my own life ,you bet ,i ve indulged in countless rituals in relation to SHRI GURU GRANTH SAHIB JEE,but if i can be honest they really led me no where. But a point came in my life ,when through GURUJEE'S kirpa ,i felt GURUJEE taking off HIS gloves and saying to me ''listen ,stop messing about with me through this sweet little rituals ,and stop looking for me to appear in flesh and blood before you through GURU GRANTH SAHIB,as if, thats what the aim of sikhi is about .and start zooming your mind into the shabad of GURU GRANTH SAHIB ,as if it was a matter of life and death,if you want play this game with me '''. suddenly with that ,all the pieces of the jigsaw were together,and now ,there is no turning back . we should rather worry about our perspectives ,our attitudes ,our behaviour ,our preferences ,our choices ,our wisdom ,our ideas ,and the way our mind ticks , being in conformity with the teachings of GURU GRANTH SAHIB .because if we can do that ,we can win our mind ,and if we can win our mind ,sikhi has a chance in this world . too many of us are stuck in our little rituals ,and physical respect stuff,and yet we lead ineffective ,mabe self destructive lives because we dont channel our resources and energies to treat SHRI GURU GRANTH SAHIB as our GURU who wants to give us shishya .,and transform us into the mightiest angels in the cosmos,the very hope of humanity ,and the future of mankind and the universe .

must say ,japmans mums aloo gobi parathas aroma is making me very hungry,and kumi's naam simran aroma is making me feel meditative .btw,a person who sees no wise-ness in himself but only childlike-ness,like master kumi does ,is fast reaching the ego-less state .congratulations master .n kumi is no bad boy ,like proper bad boy .he is a only a beautifully decorated wife or sohagan of god -the universal husband .

Akali sodhi ji, WAHEGURU JI KA KHLSA WAHEGURU JI KI FATEH this website's purpose is to provide a forum for healthy constructive discussions centering around various aspects of Khalsa panth especially for upcoming potential Sikh youth. please let us focus on that agenda,not on our personal skirmishes with others. i see no reason why you dont want be called a sikh .every human being in this world is born a sikh if u catch what i mean.if you are truly a sikh ,then you need to abide by the commonly accepted rules of the game as i have outlined in my earlier post .if you really are not a sikh .but wish to be involved in a matter of very great concern to sikhs right now ,again you need to read my previous post as how problems involving the khalsa panth are solved ,for which there is a historical precedence. i think tunit ,you n kurtas have a lot of thinking to do .so instead of ving a war here ,go for a walk and pray to god for strength,humbleness,clarity,loving heart,unity,and let peace and love and truth abide between you both .you are both definately in my amritvela ardas for tonight ,i assure you. just try refraining from defending yurself anymore or attacking each other .a lot of people who read this forum are very intelligent ,trust me and can see the truth and grey zones in both of your arguments and approaches .so no more arguments and counter arguments .because this is beginning to hurt a lot of us ,unnecessarily.at this juncture of time in history ,the Khalsa Panth really cant afford this type of quarrels .my previous post is meant to inspire and lift you both up .so plz read it carefully . my dearest brothers kurtas n akali sodhi, WAHEGURU JI KA KHALSA,WAHEGURU JI KI FATEH i feel very sad to see two beloved children of Guru Gobind Singh threaten,curse,and swear and hate each other like u seem to. the problem over which yer feud has broken out requires ardas,cooperation and unity to solve .we need you to put yer heads together ,not knock each others heads .sikhi is not a tribal thingy requiring earthly feuds to decide how problems are solved through cunning ,anger ,hatred,and infighting .sikhi is based upon a humble peoples trust in God ,and Guru's grace,and their love ,unity and combined strength to overcome any problems the panth faces .in my opinion ,u ve both crossed certain boundaries and u need to say sorry both to Guruji and to each other . u both appear to be beautiful guys ,sikhs of Guruji ,who carry the burden of pain for the problems Khalsa Panth faces .you both appear intelligent,young,creative,educated,communicative,talented,skilled,brave with the saint warrior spirit every sikh must have .now ,please realise you both are instruments created by Guru Gobind Singh Ji for the accomplishment of his Supreme Will and Pleasure.your 'bhaichara',your mutual love and trust in each other ,your ability to work together is wat is going to decide the succeesful outcome of the battle . my amritvela ardas before my Satguru Dasmesh Pita will be to stubbornly and tearfully beg our Master to bring about true love and reconciliation between you two because honestly you have no other alternative . may Guruji bless you to miracously ask each other forgiveness for any harsh words you have used which are very ungracious ,uncivilised ,and improper to be used amongst the beloved children of Guru Gobind Singh Ji. dont have to feel sorry, because there is and always must be nothing more real than the relationship between all of us khalsa children of the Guru.and relationships are about being able to be yourself ,as u are,without being judged.we are here to listen to each other,share each others pains and sufferings ,and inspire each other .we all have our periods when things get at us ,so dont feel bad about being down.I have had the oppurtunity to meet and be close to some of the most chardikela sikhs you could imagine ,and trust me ,they all go through this kind of stuff. lets pray at Guruji's charan kamal to always bless us,amongst other things with amrit,naam ras and chardikela and amritvela .cos we are children of the sword and of victory.

my dearest sister .of course lots of us are pained by what u wrote about your gatka experience .too many things in sikhi are male dominated from the sewa in darbar sahib ,to amrit sancha, to leadership and to gatka.this is very very unfair,abhorent,ugly,anti-sikhi,irrelevant,abusive,painful,hurtful,unnecessary,and constricting.its a weakness which serves no purpose,deters healthy growth and is a put off .sikhi is a mutual and democratic experience of the grace of Guru upon all,and should never be in the tight grip of one race,tribe,clan or sex .some people out there need to back off,humble down or wake up!

a gurmukh is a seeker of real beauty of course.but real beauty never prostitutes itself like its counterfeit,false,bluff beauty does.so an amritdhari child of Guruju should be careful of being falsely misled . never ever marry a person who appears outwardly 'attractive',but inwardly is rotten,a time and space waster,and an abuser.marry not on the basis of looks,race,colour,,education,economic prosperity,etc.marry based only on one criteria i e whether that person is a gurmukh or a future gurmukh. the most beautiful persons are those who love Guruji,completely addicted to naam,to satsang,to kirtan ,to gurmukh company ,who live for the supreme pleasure of God according to God's supreme will,who live for amritvela ,who dwell on gurbani,who do continous sewa. may Guruji bless us to have such gurmukhs as our life partners.
