The men, two aged 18 and one 20, and all from Birmingham, were arrested yesterday morning on suspicion of wounding by officers based at Little Park Street police station. All three are currently helping police with their inquiries. Their arrests follow the serious assault of a 27-year-old man from the Foleshill area of the city. The victim was was confronted by a group of seven men on the Skydome concourse in the city centre, shortly before 3.30am on Sunday. He was seriously assaulted and sustained serious head injuries. He was taken to University Hospital where he remains in a serious condition. Officers based at Little Park Street police station are appealing for information. It is believed the gang drove off in a silver five-door Peugeot hatchback and a Honda Accord which had alloys and a spoiler. * Anyone with information can call CID on 0845 113 5000.

Gurfathe ji WE have choosen not to "advertise " whcih international keertanis will be attending. Guru jis darbar is not a stage show. everybody is aware that when a big nam eis advertised the sangats flock to the program and once the keertani finishes their slot half the sangat gets up and walks out, that is not what the essense of a rehanbhai should be. Bhai Sahib Bhai Randhir singh and other Gursikhs woudl do rehansbhais that where 60 hrs long without anyone getting up. We all strive for success in our spiritual journey, but this can only be acheived by understanding what true love really is. If we truly love Guru ji then each word that si sung shoudl peirce our hearts and it shouldn't matter wether its "MAnpreet singh " or just a novice keertani our focus is the shabad not the funky tune SO I welcome all the sangat no matter what differences you might have lets come together and lets singh Gurujis prasies :wubc: :wubc:

The annual youth smagam gives the youth a chance to do all the seva of a smagam wether it be taking hukumnama, doing keertaan, langar seva, degh,ardas etc... With the 4 Shahibzade shaheedi as our focus we seek to improve our jeevans and encourage as much youth as possible to come and take part in the sevas.
