  1. Gurjeet bhenji I checked the gurmukhi version and it is "Dada" and then a "yaya" I would pronouce it as "D- Ae" You know how you say "Daya" (mercy) just cut the "aa" sound that ends in "Daya".
  2. Admin note: To quote Gurbani please copy paste from Sikhitothemax.com and use the STTM tags instead of using quotes. -4

  7. Sher Punjabi ji, I think that is Kartarpuri Bir or Adi granth Sahib ji and as far as I know it is with Dhirmals.
  8. Awesome movie, we need more like that. Just to add some thing, Todar Mal was not a sikh by faith but a hindu and also what many sites fail to mention is this that when Baba Banda Singh Bahadar reduced sarhind to ground, there were also 5000 muslims in his army fighting against tyranny of Wazir khan. India has always showed muslims in bad light and against sikhs when much of the muslim world sticked up with sikhs at that time and even died for Khalsa Panth.
  9. Waheguru ji ka khalsa Waheguru ji ki fateh Mahavir ji That statement is correct, however fortunatly there were other birs made especially by Baba Deep singh ji, so I wanted to confirm this is where are the handwritten birs written by Baba Deep Singh ji? Waheguru ji ka khalsa Waheguru ji ki fateh

  18. lets put it on the Inspiration Section of Waheguroo News!
  19. I agree with Khalsa Mero Roop and others. This is a very good point, seems how hypocrit we could be. Punjabi singers should leave this or we should also protest that. Wearing Khanda, singing illicit lyrics and songs about alcohol doesn't looks sikh at all to me. Waheguru Mehar te Samj Bakhse
  20. Thanks veer ji I would try that but If someone could also tell me best books on our ancient history. I mean about our Gurus.
  21. Waheguru ji ka khalsa Waheguru ji ki fateh Sangat could please advise some good books on sikh history written in english? Please suggest me the best to for someone who is new to sikhi. I would like you to help me here. thanks Waheguru ji ka khalsa Waheguru ji ki fateh
  22. I read Bhatti has made a petition which is approved by 700 suporters. What is the latest development in UK? Will this be stopped by Bhatti? Is she OK? Freedom of speech doesn't means freedom to hurt. http://c.moreover.com/click/here.pl?r249821133 Also BBC is being so biased and one sided. We also need to protest against the media. Please tell me the latest developments.
  23. As usual The Tribune,Chandigarh carried on its tradation of Anti Sikhism and not wasting any time in publishing this derogatory editorial against all un assailable rights of the Sikhs to delibrately hurt the sikh community and Sikh psyche. Its been acclaimed that "gurpreet kaur bhatti" is sikh? The Tribune says that Sikh leaders were consulted before this Play--What an absolute farce? http://www.tribuneindia.com/2004/20041223/edit.htm#7
  24. I suspect indian govt involvement. I saw a guy "Sharma" and something supporting her so much on BBC.
