Ask the Sants themselves why they went to a fake guru's funeral, who tried to cover up 1984 genoicide attack on Sikh family. Point out to these Sants that this fake guru tried to cover up the truth..............see what their reaction is as the whole episode was caught on video. No one in the Khalsa Panth gets special treatment, no matter how high you have gone up the latter. If Sants today tell us not to ask questions, then tomorrow they would tell us something esle. One thing about Sant ji that these modern day Sants need to learn is to say I don't know about a topic when they have no knowledge about it. Sant Baba Jarnail Singh Ji Maharaj was very humble and would admit any time when he didn't know much about a certain topic. Modern day Sants, professors, babas, and scholars have a fit like a little child every time they are asked a question on a topic they have no clue about. Then the typical answer is.......use a tuk of Gurbani and then ask the questioner to give the intrepretation. This is only done so the fake sant, babas, professors, and scholars don't look stupid in front of their cheerleaders.

You might see them as restrictions and another see's them as a blessing. I will tell you what a senior Gurmukh told me. He said the things that Amritdharis are doing in the public is completely wrong and are acting out of lust. He was very specific and short................his main point is that Gurbani can put these couples on the right path and there is no point on discussing a wrong act in length. If the new generation wants examples of who to follow, then they only need to look to Gursikhs from all jathabandis. Whether you call yourself AKJ, Nihang, Taksal, Nanaskar, or some other jatha. Gursikhs from all jathas showed us all how to act with a wife in public, in front of family, and in the house where siblings, parents and children sit. Amritdharis DO NOT represent themselves, but represent the Khalsa Panth. Even though our mind wants to do millions of things, we need to control these urges and live a life of Khalsa.

Yes, the Sikh community have done so and I believe there is nothing liberal or consertative about adopting a child. It all matters about how you treat that child compared to other children in the house. Treat them equally with no special treatment, unless they really require some, then everything will work out. The older a child is, harder it is for a child to accept a new family.

You don't see heterosexuals boys run up to their mom and tell them......i like girls or heterosexuals girls running up to their father and telling them.....i like boys. Defining yourself by sexual inclination is not what a Sikh of Guru Sahib does. It is not your identity in anyway. Do you ever define yourself by saying............my taste buds like pasta..............so im a pasta Sikh? Very foolish statement to make right!! In the same way making statement of sexual inclination are foolish and blocking you from seeing who you really are. A Sikh can still live a housholders life without getting married to the opposite gender. Go out into the community and use your talents to help others and serve others. If you want adopt a child and live a householder lifestyle in this way. The Sikh community have boxed in the definition of housholder lifestyle and robbed themselves of spiritual growth.

I listened to the whole question and answer session and I found no difference between Parmjit Singh Uttrankands and Sarbjit Singh Dhunda. It's the same thinking, but a different face. Read Sikh history and you will find that kathavachaks were attuned to delivering the sangat to Satguru and not to themselves. When kathavachaks had issues of who was doing wrong parchar. The kathavachaks would sit together and ask each other questions to understand both sides, and one or both would admitted where they are wrong. The sangat was left out of it and the sangats was not emotionally charged by one side to attack the other kathavachaks. These days the Missionaries are running away from this mutual respect of having a face to face discussion with Panthic Kathavachaks. Why can't they learn from our great great grandfathers and not get the sangat emotionally charged to further their manmat? Why get the sangat involved that have a basic understanding of Sikhi and anyone with higher understanding can manipulate the sangat. Have a open discussion that will be recorded with Panthic kathavachaks and then the sangat can decide for themselves after watching the video. This is getting really ridiculous where these Brahmins (Sarbjit Singh Dhunda) are throwing sangat infront of them to fight their battles. The qualities of a Gursikh is to unite two parties that are in disagreement or fighting with one another or tell them to go their separate ways. Instead these kathavachaks get brothers and brothers to fight each other on the streets, at homes, and completely disturbing any unity that was left in the Sikhs. In California where a fight broke out in the Gurdwara, where was Sarbjit Singh Dhunda? He was hiding behind your sisters and mothers. The fight broke out because the Singhs were promised a question and answer session with Sarbjit Singh Dhunda by the Gurdwara committee, but then the committee or Dhunda Sahib backed out of the promise. Any reasonable person at that time would understand that these Singhs just wanted to ask me questions and through this discussion I can unveil the truth to the sangat. Matter of fact Dhunda's party has said on stage and accused others of not holding question and answer sessions with the sangat. They accuse other kathavachaks and babas of just telling their own stories and attaching the sangat to themselves What bigger hypocrite can there be than Dhunda Sahib, who not only backed out of the discussion, but didn't even have the integrity to stand on his own words. When it came time to prove he is a fearless kathavachak, then hes telling your sister and mother give me your chunni. He has no integrity at least let your sisters and mothers hold on to their integrity. I have been watching videos of both sides and Dhunda Sahib and party are manipulating the sangat to a corner. The Panthic side needs to understand that 99.99% of the sangat is being emotionally manipulated and they have no fault in this. So if a member or members of the sangat attack you verbally or physically..........don't attack back. It's like when a evil uncle puts a younger brother against the older brother. The older brother needs to see eventually the younger brother will realize his mistakes and will come back around to accepting reality.

Ask yourself what is the goal of Sikhi? Many people are very confused from all religions/spirituality on this question and don't understand what is the goal of religion/spirituality. Some say it is to escape cycle of birth and death, some say it's to control the mind, some say it is to control the 5 vices, some say it is to escape hell, some say its to attain heaven, some say its to reach nirvanna and some say its to control your breath and some say its to open the kundilini. Throughout Gurbani these are mentioned, but Satguru says one thing is the goal of Sikhi. That is to follow Gurmat (Simran (read, comtemplate, understand Gurbani), Seva (have no attachment to deeds), Dharm di kirat karni (provide for those who can't provide for themselves)). Once following Gurmat and a person steps up to the door of being a Gurmukh, then Satguru takes a person out of the cycle of birth and death, Satguru with his kirpa turns the 5 vices in a person into virtues, the person starts to realize sukh and dukh are the same, unity with Akal Purakh is what das wants, Satguru controls everything (breath, 5 vices, mind, and Kundilini). Satguru is the total package and you don't need search else where for anything. For example say your Kundilini does not open up? Now does that mean you will not be a Gurmukh? Perfect sakhi that fits this example is Bhagat Dhanna Jatt Ji Maharaj. Bhagat ji was coloured with shardha and child like love for Maharaj. In that moment when Bhagat ji was filled with soo much shardha and love, Maharaj came to him and embraced him. Bhagat ji didn't do no physical or breathing exercise to open his Kundilini, he didn't control his 5 vices, he did not care for cycle of birth and death, he did not care to control the mind or any other thing that is not prescribed by Satguru. Bhagat ji did what is prescribed by Satguru. He began his journey to Akal Purakh with complete shardha, no waivering whatsoever. Then he was drenched in love for Maharaj. Once Maharaj saw Bhagat ji is not going to waiver and is not showing any sign of ego (i can eat as you have not come yet), Maharaj came to him. Take Bhai Lehna Ji and ask yourself what Bhai Lehna Ji did to become the second Guru? Throughout Sikh history there are thousands of examples of Sikhs understanding what Satguru requires from us and they followed it. The Shabad i post is saying if you want to "open your Kundilini" then go to satsangat. Meaning in the satsangat you will get a understanding that you don't need to take these twist and turn.....like open your Kundilini and it automatically opens when we follow the last line of the shabad. The last tuk of the shabad tells that Satguru is the highest and do Satguru's seva by following Gurmat (in word, deed, and thought). There is a reason why Gurbani says in the last tuk that Satguru is the highest. Its to tell you that don't take these other paths like kundilini yoga or any other yoga. The second half of the line tells us what we need to do. Not one place in Gurbani does Maharaj tell us that the practice of Hatha/Raaj Yoga or Kundilini Yoga, or trantic Yoga will help you on the goal of Sikhi. Satguru says do execrises to stay healthy, eat healthy foods, and only eat as much as you need. Gurbani says while doing worldly task, recite Gurbani or do simran. Some people say the 3HO do simran while doing yoga. Every Sikh should be saying so what? Should we start making videos of us eating and doing simran and then put them online or open up classes where we charge people for eating while simran classes? However one thing is clear, 3HO do yoga because they want to open their kundilini, which means they have not understood and are misleading others away from Satguru.

Vaheguru has complete control over Vishnu, Brahma, Indra, Krishna, etc. They only did as Vaheguru let them. Vaheguru himself misleads and then himself brings the devotees back. When we speak of Sikhi. How many people actually say..........Guru Sahib said this through Gurbani and Hukams, so I follow it? And then ask how many people say my opinion is this.........when it comes to Sikhi, so I follow it? When we state and hold on to opinions, we are praising our name. If we really cared to find the answer, then we would look to Gurbani and Hukams, where opinion would not matter. Upon receiving the answer, we would be content with it and the opinion that separates us from Guru Sahib will be dropped. But today majority of the Sikhs are attached to their opinions rather than being attached to Gurbani and Hukam. This is what separated Vishnu, Brahma, etc from Maharaj and this is what separates humanity today from Maharaj. Bachittar Natak is so deeply written, every time it is read a deeper understanding of creation is understood.

Gurbani does not discriminate between Vaheguru and Guru Sahib. Gurbani tells us they are one and the same, which means Guru Sahib has the same powers as Vaheguru. Having them and using them are two different things. Satguru Sri Guru Gobind Singh Sahib ji Maharaj cut the heads of the first Punj Pyare and then brougth them back to life. Satguru in the 10 forms has used powers that are beyond human capabilities.

It's one question that gets all of us, but say you do find out the answer right now. Do you think it would make a difference in your life in the respect to following Gurmat and living in Gurmat? It would not make a difference because Satguru already has his hand over the Sikhs heads. Only a Gurmukh can tell you about whether there is free will or not. At the moment don't waste time contemplating on this question too much. Rather focus on what is Gurmat and what is manmat. If you focus on these two then you will get closer to the answer and experience the answer. I'm speaking from personal experience here. Many times the mind made plans, but Hukam always took over and those actions were performed that which Vaheguru willed. As Gurbani says.......only that happens, which Sri Vaheguru Ji Maharaj makes happen. Nothing else happens other than his Hukam. The mind is not also free because each mind's capability has been set by Sri Vaheguru Ji Maharaj. Some become scientist by his Hukam, some become drug dealers, some become corporate billionaires. He gives, he takes, he guides, he protects, he gives life, and he takes life. Again Gurbani says, a human is only able to understand as much as Sri Vaheguru Ji Maharaj will's him to understand..........what else does the poor soul know?

Satguru says there is no need to practice Raaj yoga/hatha yoga as the true technique of Naam simran has been given to you. Which means practicing raaj yoga/hatha yoga or kundilini yoga will not help you in uniting with Akal Purakh. Raaj/hatha yoga and kundilini yoga is ONLY for the body. If you incoporate these yoga's while doing Naam simran, then you will not get anymore benefits as they don't help with uniting with Sri Vaheguru Ji Maharaj. They are strictly for the body and nothing more. The last tuk says to do seva of Satguru (do that task that Satguru tells us on how to realize Vaheguru). hatha/raaj yoga and kundilini yoga are not one of these tasks.

What dies and what lives? Atma can never be destroyed as Gurbani says and as Katha upanishads state. Neither does Sri Vaheguru Ji Maharaj die. Are we the atma or is the atma us? Or is the Atma, Sri Vaheguru Ji Maharaj? If it was us then it would surely die. When we refer to us, me, we, or I. Are we speaking of the Atma is I or are we pointing to something else. If we are the atma, then what is there to judge and what is good karma and bad karma......the atma never dies and is already Sri Vaheguru Ji Maharaj. When I say "I" or when another person says "i" they are saying....I am the mind. The mind surely dies, lives, and is accountable for its deeds and it reaps what you sow. A person is the mind as they have not united with Akal Purakh. A person get's judged by Akal Purakh because the person has not been blessed with Satguru's grace. The person is not in union. There are laws set up by Sri Vaheguru Ji Maharaj. Karma, reap as you sow, and will be held accountable for you deeds. These laws were put in place to govern the mind. No, not at all because in the law of Sri Vaheguru Ji Maharaj, each person was given a certain karma. The question you asked above can be expanded. Hukam controls everything, then why even create the universe, where humans are judged. Also as Gurbani states that Atma is Akal Purakh, then why even create the universe, where the people are judged? Why did certain people get good karma and why did certain people get worse karma? These question are answered only be Gurmukhs and the best answer I could come up with right now is that it is Sri Vaheguru Ji Maharaj's play. He set the stage and is the director. The director knows what will happen in the play as he is directing the play, but he still smiles watching his play. Sri Vaheguru Ji Maharaj did it. Again nothing is outside is Hukam. Manmukh does not mean we are self-willed because there is no self. The self is Atma and the Atma is Vaheguru. There is an atma, there is Vaheguru and then there is a mind. Before the mind completes a wrong action Satguru says it is called manmat. But when the mind completes the action then it is called manmukh. Meaning you have become the wrong action. Mukh in literal translations means face, but Satguru is saying that the man (mind) has taken a form as completing an action that goes against Gurmat. Manmat is saying that that the person (the form) has a understanding (mat) that is being followed by the mind and is not follow Satguru (Gurmat).

I can tell you who the GOI agents are :biggrin2: Talwinder Singh was a GOI because he was a Gursikh. There is no other reason why he is called a GOI by these internet warriors. I have seen all of these internet warriors in action who call Talwinder Singh terrorist and GOI. They hate Singhs that follow rehat and read a lot of Gurbani. These internet warriors in their earlier years when they weren't married, were chasing Singhnis around at Gurdwaras, but would tell their parents i'm do seva because an Akhand Paath is happening. Additionally these people would attend Gurmat camps and do the same activity there and they would push the sevadars who are running camps to not make it into a Singhs only camp. Additionally these internet warriors would set up days the youth sangat would go bowling, go do some other activity where it gave these internet warriors time to chase girls and fillfull their desires. One these internet warriors are calling a girl at the camp Bhanji and next day these internet warrriors are introducing their sister as their fiance. These internet warriors are slaves to the corporate world and at a drop of a second they will sell out Sikhi so they can get ahead in life. They have no loyality to anyone expect their own desires. So yes Talwinder Singh ji is a GOI as the internet warrior said so..............

So then how can a human have free will? An all-knowing God already knows what you will do in the future. Also he is the creator and all doer as Gurbani states. Sri Vaheguru Ji Maharaj being the creator and all-knowing, then what is it that he did not create or do or not know? Is your mind not subject to the creation of Sri Vaheguru Ji Maharaj?

Do you really think after doing one Sukhmani Sahib da paat and ardas a person can understand what Guru Sahib wants from them? We do nitnem everday to understand exactly what Guru Sahib wants from us, but you are saying after just one read and ardas! Also after one paat and ardas a person's concsiousness does not get cleaned and they are not able to see life as a Gursikh. The whole idea of Sikhi is to clean the within of a person. I don't think after one read and ardas a person can become clean from sukh (happiness) and dukh (pain). And if a person does become clean after one read and ardas, then they will follow the Hukam of Satguru as other posters have said. The person will not wax as there will be no desire to do such things as the mind will be washed with Gurbani. Also after doing the one read and ardas, would it not be better to take a Hukamnama? No one has a clear concsious after one read, the mind is still coloured in fith. Satguru says in Japji Sahib only by repeating Naam can the mind be washed clean. It takes many times to clean the mind as we have coloured the mind so dark with filth. Everything is under the will of Sri Vaheguru Ji Maharaj. A child being murdered by a mother is under Maharaj's hukam. Nothing is outside, but as you know the killing of a child is a wrong act. Doer and creator is Maharaj himself and no one else. In this universe Dharma (Sikhi) was told to the us to take the Gurmat action and practice it. While leaving the manmat action out of our life. There is no right and wrong, there is no good and bad. There is only Gurmat and manmat. The difference between these two is that Gurmat, is when a person does something in the accordance of Satguru. Manmat is when a person does something based on their own intellect (mind) or as you put it, ask from within. Surely Sri Vaheguru Ji Maharaj is within as he is outside, but only by the grace of Satguru can a person open this within shakti and see truly what it is saying to you.

Bhanji, I'll ask you to read my post again. You say I need to relook at why these problems exist. If you believe I don't understand and am in darkness on this issue, then explain why they exist. Second view you bring up is about being a Sant. I agree not everyone is born a Sant or becomes a Sant after two days. If you look at how i started my post, you will be able to see I am talking about a plan. This plan is called the Sikhi recovery plan. This plan helps a person move closer to be a Gursikh and Gurmukh. Thirdly, you say every individual has their own state of mind. I agree again, but Sikhi is practiced to move forward in spirituality and leave behind the insecurities and maya that the mind has. Sikhi uplifts a person into living a truthful lifestyle in all aspects. Sikhi teaches how to gain himmat (courage) and have shardha (faith) in Satguru. The scenario that was presented by luckysingh did not mention once thing whether the girl tried to go before the Guru and ask for help. The girl is only helped with medicine and removing the hair. We say we are Sikhs and our Guru is Satguru Sri Guru Granth Sahib ji Maharaj. On top of this we say our Guru is whole and trust in Satguru by taking Hukamnama for guidance. In the scenario the girl needs guidance and needs help. Do you believe that Guru Sahib can't help her in this issue? What kind of Sikhs are we, when we don't even go to our Guru for guidance and help? Before claiming that Guru Sahib can't help such a person, should we not ask Guru Sahib if he can help us? Wouldn't this be the respectful thing to do? After all we do call Satguru as our Guru.
