Gurufateh! I lost all my audio files recently but have them all stored on my ipod. Is there some free software out there that I can use to access the files/playlists from ipod and save onto pc? I've tried mediamonkey but it didnt copy the playlists so everything is jumbled up. Just tried CopyTrans which is good but only did first 100 tracks. Please help! I need those files back on my pc :lol:

I used to have kinda the same problem... my knees used to click alot and they used to hurt too. I tried loads of things including some really expensive Glucosamine tablets which didnt work. But then I started taking Flaxseed Oil from Hallands and Barratts and it really did work! Its got vege omega-3 fatty oil which is what you need for good joints. The tablet versions include geletine so best to stick to the oil and mix it in with your food or drink it on its own if your strong enough lol.
