I'll just give my opinion before I begin. Clubs/pubs are the same. They are both full of people who smoke and drink, which has a bad effect on your spiritual state of mind, AND your health. Unless a pub/club is absolutely unavoidable, and i mean some extreme case then NO. Im not sure why you would want to do parchaar in a club? I dont really understand why theres suddenly a trend for young singhs/singhnia to do "parchaar" in clubs. In MOST (not all) cases,its just an excuse to go to one. I doubt the people in the clubs are that "sikhi-inclined". It would probably do you more harm, than good to them. Also, I agree with the above points. The roop of Guru Gobind Singh Jee should not be seen in such a filthy environment.

So i take it you've been in a war? and you say mala like its a bad thing? I wish people would calm down about Islam. There is so much hatred for Muslims within the Sikh youth because a small majority have given them a bad name? Lets not forget how big the religion is. Stop stereotyping. More naam japping.

Vjkk Vjkf I think the answer to this question is quite simple. Guru sahib clearly states anything that doesn't help you on your spiritual path should not be practiced. So,being an ideal sikh,as we should all aspire to be,why would you want to marry someone who doesn't follow Sikhi? The idea of marriage is to help you on your spiritual journey. Your partner is there to help you increase your jeevan and ultimately become one with Vaheguroo. Furthermore, Sangat is also emphasised in Guru Maharaj. It is clear that a persons mind can be easily influenced by sangat.In a marriage,your partner is your 24 hour sangat. Therefore it is importatnt that this Sangat is good. I fail to understand how an amritdhari sikh would benefit from marrying someone that is of another religion,in regards to their jeevan. Our only mission on this earth is to merge with Vaheguroo,anything that helps you to achieve this is Gurmat,anything that hinders this is Manmat. Bhul chuck maaf. Vjkk Vjkf

There's nothing harsh about it. There should be no beadbi of kesh fullstop. No amritdhari should remove ANY hair on their body. Would you say that only the "rules" should apply to men? Now,that would be harsh..

Is that not your personal opinion though? From a sikhi perspective.. I personally wouldn't wear leggings,although i wear skinny jeans. But thats just because i don't feel comfortable in leggings. I don't think there is anything "wrong" with wearing them.

As long as the bum is covered,i don't think there is anything wrong with it. Eg. Long top and leggings
