  5. In no way what so ever should a Amrit Sanchhar be recorded. Then what's the point of the pehardaar? for a show? There can be no Kaala if we start making into a joke. This is a very serious step for anyone wishing to step on the path of Vaheguru. Who in there right mind would want it be recorded.
  6. Anybody got downloads link for Professor Kartar Singh jee Keertan files Raag Basant & Gauree would be good Thanks
  7. 22 DAYS IN You may be thinking what the title of post means.. Well It's only been 22 days into the new year and already where at each others throats. The following controversial topic intended to do faarkh between Sikhs have being posted. Seriously nobody has tolerance and this show of Ekta is all fake. EVERYONE'S IN IT FOR THERE OWN VIEWS, BE IT TAKSAL, AKJ. NIHANG, NANAKSAR ETC ETC. BLAH BLAH This will be my last post. Sites standards have gone down. 1. Is Kirtan more important than Katha 2. Stop Killing Goats 3. The best way to do kirtan 4. The true karma philosophy It funny how when such serious topics like GurbaNee beadbi, killing of young singh come up nobody wants to know. It is sung in the dhadi vaar about Raja Ranjit Singhs last message that " Sikho make sure your talwars don't fight with each other, If so will you be destroyed slowly" Hence same thing applies in a verbal manner too.

  9. Chatanga jee Nobodys source or interpretation is trustworthy apart from you own. Which is called Tatt Giaan, in which Vaheguru jee gives you giaan himself. Respected Kamai Valeh Gursikhs should be called upon to do veechar on Shabads if needed.
  10. The Panth Has given the status "Bhai Sahib" to Bhai Sahib Randheer Singh. Your post sounds very disrespectful chatanga. Actually your both wrong. Do you research first before you say anything. Bhai Sahib has written about 25 books more telling us what Guru jee is teaching us. Any single pangti written in his books were all done off by heart without any pothiaa or gutkeh. It shows the knowledge and pyaar for Gurbanee to have memorised so much. For someone to spend 16 years in Jail and keep the most strictest Rehat and do great Bhagti under such hardship we couldn't bear. I'm Balhaar to anyone who does. Anybody who has done Naam Kamai should be respected regardless of Samparda. Your posts are always negative. Cheer up singh! Lifes too short... Great Mahapurakh Sant Gurbachan Singh jee BhindraWala & Sant Kartar Singh Jee have praised Bhai Sahib via books and KATHA! Another Note how did this topic get to this...?????????
  11. N30singh jeeo I'm confused by your post, Who is trying to gain credibility? I don't think nobody feels insecure. You must have seen things in the wrong way. The original poster asked to learn better understand of karma. So videos were posted.. There is no hidden agenda or anything in this. Just Sikhee learning. If you feel that something in the talks is wrong then please do point it out and we can do veechar on it. The above talks are based on Bhai Sahib Randhir Singh jees book. I've not come across any other book or katha talking about this subject as of yet. If some other Gursikh has done khoj of karama via katha/books in vast detail then please do share. Bhul Chuk Maaf
  12. Just two quick questions jee 1. Will there be any Ratoval kirpans & Quality Dumulla Shaster? 2. Will there be sarbloh untensils?
  13. Please watch these lectures on Gurmat Karam Philosophy. Bh Tarsem Singh is easier to understand. So start with that first, then watch the second one for more in depth angle on it. Bh Tarsem Singh Bh Kulbir Singh
  14. TWO LIONS AWAKEN : SHAHID BEANT SINGH AND SATWANT SINGH EXTRACTS FROM ਜੁਝਾਰੂ ਯੋਧੇ BY MANINDER SINGH BAJA (Left, Right) Shahid Beant Singh Ji & (Center) Shahid Satwant Singh Ji JUNE 1984 GHALUGHARA In June 1984, the Sikh Nation witnessed the power-drunk Brahmin Indira Gandhi send the Indian Army, on the sacred day of the Shaheedipurab of Sahib Siri Guru Arjan Dev ji, to attack Siri Darbar Sahib, Siri Akal Takht Sahib and 40 more historical Gurdwaras. They used many battalions of Army and tanks, and attacked the thousands of innocent pilgrims who came to pay respects of the Shaheedi of Guru ji, and many, many Sikh Sangat, Singhs, Singhnian, children and elders became Shaheed. Sri Akal Thakht Sahib was desecrated by tanks. This army action by Indira Gandhi burned in the heart of every Sikh. It was like a great challenge had been placed before the Sikh Nation. The Sikh Nation was extremely angry at the action. As well as the genocide, Sri Harmandar Sahib had been dishonored and Siri Akal Thakht Sahib desecrated. The times of Massa Rangar had returned, and the Sikh Nation required a Bhai Sukha Singh and Bhai Mehtab Singh. Sikhs saying Waheguru, sent Sukha Singh and Mehtab Singh to take care of Massa Rangar. TWO LIONS AWAKEN Bhai Beant Singh Malowan went to see some of his relatives. His uncle was called Kehar Singh and was very knowledgable of Sikh philosophy. Beant Singh was in a state of shame, mixed with anger and depression. He asked, "Uncle ji, will Waheguru send a Sukha Singh and Mehtab Singh to avenge this sin of desecration of Sri Darbar Sahib?" While handing him a book on Baba Jarnail Singh Bindranwale, his uncle replied, "Do not greive, if you have love of Sikhi, then learn that giving your head, and taking a head for Sikhi are equal. After all, someone has to be the son of Sukha Singh and Mehtab Singh. They took Khande ki Pahul Amrit from Sahib Siri Guru Gobind Singh, went and took the head of Massa Rangar to stop the desecration of Siri Darbar Sahib thus became legends in Sikh History. We need to remember them, and become like them." These words from his uncle were like a spear in his heart. Now Bhai Beant Singh was looking for a companion who would sacrifice all to avenge the action on Siri Darbar Sahib. Eventually Beant Singh's eye fell on Satwant Singh, who was in Indira Gandhi`s protection force with him. When he carefully approached Satwant Singh, the young Singh responded "Elder brother, for this sacred task, not only this life, but even if I have to sacrifice several lives, I would to kill a brutal murderer like Indira Gandhi!" THEY BEGIN THEIR TASK First Beant Singh and Satwant Singh wanted to see with their own eyes what Indira Gandhi had done in Punjab and at Amritsar. The two Singhs shocked at the scene at Siri Akal Thakht Sahib, made their minds up, went to Siri Darbar Sahib and did ardas, "Oh Akal Purkh, give us strength!" After seeing the state of Sri Darbar Sahib, both Satwant Singh and Beant Singh returned to Delhi back to their duty. On 24th October 1984, Beant Singh and Satwant Singh took Amrit at a Gurdwara in Delhi. Neither were particularly knowledgeable on Gurbani, but Operation Blue Star and the legend of Sukha Singh and Mehtab Singh were foremost in their mind. This is what led them to take the blessing of Amrit. Satwant Singh always had the late shift, and Beant Singh the early shift. They had to work out a way to both be on duty together. On 31st October, Satwant Singh faked a stomach bug, and swapped duties with another guard. Now they had to decide how to do the task. They decided that the best time was when Indira Gandhi was taking her daily walk. On the morning of 31st October, 1984 at 9am, as Indira Gandhi walked from her house to her office at Safardajung Road, Bhai Beant Singh shot her 5 times with his service revolver. Bhai Satwant Singh at the same time lifted his Thompson Stengun and shot 28 bullets. Seeing Indira Gandhi fall, all of her PA`s and ministers ran for their lives. The Indo-Tibetian Border Police commandos, who also guarded the grounds would not come close. Both Singhs shouted "Bole So Nihal, Sat Sri Akal!!". The Singhs shouted, "We have done what we needed to, now you can do what you have to." Then both placed their weapons on the floor. Only then did the other guards come and arrest them. Both Singhs were taken to a room, and waited for a senior officer to interrogate them. While waiting, the commandos started swearing at the Singhs. Not tolerating this, Bhai Satwant Singh slapped the commando and a struggle ensued in which Satwant singh grabbed the commandos handgun. The other commandos started shooting at the Singhs. Bhai Beant Singh died there from gunshot wounds. Bhai Satwant Singh was seriously injured. On the arrival of a senior officer, Bhai Satwant Singh was taken to the hospital. The officers wanted to know who else was part of the conspiracy. They did not know that these Singhs had acted alone because of the attack on Siri Darbar Sahib, Siri Akal Thakht Sahib, and 40 Gurdwaras, the Sikh genocide of Singhs, singhnians, children and elders, and inspired by the legend of 6th June 1740, when Sukha Singh and Mehtab Singh took revenge on Massa Rangar. The Government had saved Bhai Satwant Singh's life but intentionally did not remove one bullet which was lodged near his spine which continuously caused him great pain. Despite this and other interrogation tortures, Satwant Singh always maintained that there was no conspiracy, and that the two had acted alone. He said, "This is our Khalsa tradition to avenge those who try to desecrate our holy places. We were happy to take this task. The Sikh Nation will be proud of us." THE COURT STATEMENT OF SATWANT SINGH Every court in the land, only gave the sentence that Prime Minister Rajiv Gandhi had wanted. Before the Supreme Court, Bhai Satwant Singh made a statement. He said, "Let any part of my body, after my Shaheedi, be removed and donated to anyone in need. However, if you need my eyes, let the authorities tell my parents. I have no hatred for any Hindu, Muslim, Christian, neither hatred for any religion. After my Shaheedi, let no Sikh throw any rock at any Hindu. I am not in favor of any retaliation or bloodshed over my Shaheedi. If we do create bloodshed, then there is no difference between us and Rajiv Gandhi. I am proud of the task that I did! I do ardas in front of Waheguru ! If I am blessed with a human life, then give me a death of the brave when I am hanged. Forget one life, if I could I would give up a thousand lives to kill dushts like Indira Gandhi, and laugh as I become Shaheed by hanging." (Translated by Zorawar Singh from ਜੁਝਾਰੂ ਯੋਧੇ By Maninder Singh Baja)

  16. People who don't understand the avastha of a Dasam-Duaari Jyot Vigaasi Gurmukh write such nonsense about Bhai Sahib Randhir Singh. Bhai Sahib used to live in darshan of Vaheguru all the time. They had no pain or suffereing due to body. Bhai Sahib's last moments are captured very beautifully by Dr Trilochan Singh who had the fortune of being there when Bhai Sahib did Akal Chalana. Bhai Sahib for the last few months had been listening non-stop paaths of Siri Ramkali kee Vaar and when Bhai Sahib was about to leave, they said fateh to everyone and saying Vaheguru Vaheuguru left the body. Many Gursikhs who knew that Bhai Sahib was going to leave for Sachkhand, used to visit Bhai Sahib. It is possible that Sant Gurbachan Singh jee may have come to have darshan of Bhai Sahib but no Jatha source writes about them ever debating on Raagmala or even discussing it. Sant jee had deep shardha for Bhai Sahib as Bhai Sahib was his senior many years. Bhai Sahib was even senior to Sant Sunder Singh jee. Sant Gurbachan Singh jee wrote with great Shardha about Bhai Sahib. Later, Sant Kartar Singh jee spoke very highly about Bhai Sahib jee in one his katha. Bhai Atma Singh jee Panjokhra Sahib once narrated a very interesting incident about meeting of Bhai Sahib and Sant Gurbachan Singh jee. Sant jee was giving santhiya to students at Panjokhra Sahib that Bhai Sahib jee came along with Bhai Atma Singh jee. Bhai Sahib not wanting to disturb the santhiya, quietly did matha tek from outside and left. Sant jee saw Bhai Sahib and hurriedly stopped the santhiya and ran after Bhai Sahib. Bhai Sahib had walked quite distance by then. Sant jee had deep respect for Bhai Sahib and as he came close to Bhai Sahib, he attempted to catch Bhai Sahib's feet. Bhai Sahib sensed it and caught Sant jee in the middle. Then hurriedly Bhai Sahib told Sant jee to stop his students who were following Sant jee and doing the same to Bhai Sahib. At this Sant jee stopped his students and instructed them to say fateh. Such was pyaar between Bhai Sahib and Sant jee. Apne Karam kee Gatt main kya jaanoo|| Gurbani clearly says that we don't even know the gati of our own Karam. Then how would anyone know the Gati of Karam of someone like Bhai Sahib Randhir Singh jee? Who would know why they had pain or if they had any pain at all. Bhai Sahib was oblivious to the bodily pain. May Guru Sahib not let us indulge in disunity for petty reasons etc. There are far too many similarities than differences.
  17. 1928 Rawalpindi Samagam - A Spiritual Miracle In 1928 Bau Mal Singh jee received a request to do an Akhand Kirtani Samagam in Rawalpindi (now in Pakistan). When Bau jee along with the Jatha arrived at Rawalpindi, they found Bibi Kundan Kaur, a young daughter of Doctor Gurbaksh Singh seriously sick with TB. As per doctor’s advice, she was residing near the Saanvali fountain in Maree (a hill station) because the water of this fountain was said to be good for the patients of TB. Doctor Gurbaksh Singh the girl’s father had firm belief in the healing power of Gurbani and at his request the whole Jatha arrived at Maree for a 3 day Samagam. This place possessed extreme natural beauty. It was surrounded by tall beautiful hills covered with heavy forest. There were natural fountains and lakes in this area. The air was naturally perfumed because of abundance of wild flowers in this area. As soon as the Singhs arrived there, their Surthees moved upwards spiritually, because of the natural beauty of the area. The Sodar Chaunkee (evening Kirtan) was done in extreme Chardi Kala. The Singhs experienced such divine bliss here that they had never experienced before. The next day, after Amritvela program, Siri Asa kee Vaar was started in great spirits. After the completion of Siri Asa kee Vaar, an Ardaas for starting of Siri Akhand Paath Sahib was performed by Bau Mal Singh jee in extreme Bairaag. The whole Sangat was in Bairaag and begged before Satguru jee for the healing of Bibi Kundan Kaur. The Bibi was asked to stay in Maharaj jee’s Darbar and concentrate on Gurbani and chant Naam with Rasna. The remaining Sangat too engaged in earning the spiritual profits by listening to Gurbani Paath and chanting Naam. The already beautiful atmosphere of this area was greatly enhanced because of Gurbani Paath and arrival of Sangat there. Apart from the Ardaas performed by Bau jee, the rest of Sangat too was doing Gupt Ardaas for the healing of this fortunate young Bibi. By the evening of the first day, the Bibi told the doctor that she was feeling much better. The doctor checked and noticed that fever had substantially come down. Next day again her fever was checked and it was found that the temperature was only 99 degrees now. On the final day, her fever had almost subsided and she was feeling almost normal. Doctor Gurbaksh Singh the Bhujangan's father, in extreme happiness stood up and with folded hands thanked Guru Sahib and the Sangat. He said that very soon his daughter would be healed. When Bau jee heard this, he uttered a loud Jaikaara and announced that what was the need to wait any longer and announced the starting of another Siri Akhand Paath Sahib. Who was going to say no, when Bau jee had made the announcement? The next Siri Akhand Paath Sahib was started after the completion of Siri Asa kee Vaar of first Siri Akhand Paath Sahib. This Siri Akhand Paath Sahib too concluded in great spiritual colours. By the end of this Paath, Bibi jee was totally healed as if nothing had ever happened to her. The news about this miracle healing reached the Sangat of Rawalpindi (Rawalpindi is close to this hill town) and in gratitude, the Sangat there announced a third Siri Akhand Paath Sahib to thank Guru Sahib. After the conclusion of the third Siri Akhand Paath Sahib, numerous people begged the Jatha to organize an Amrit Sinchaar Samagam. Bau jee and other Jatha Singhs were extremely pleased at this development and right after the bhog of Siri Asa kee Vaar, an Amrit Sinchaar Samagam was started. In this Samagam, wife of Bhai Dogar Singh, and who later became famous in the Jatha as Bibi Kunji, had great mystical experiences. As soon as she was done Naam DriR after Amrit Chhak, her eyes moved upwards and she lost her worldly consciousness. The Naam Khanda inside her was going on very vigorously. He condition was like this Pankiti: ਹਉ ਆਕਲ ਬਿਕਲ ਭਈ ਗੁਰ ਦੇਖੇ ਹਉ ਲੋਟ ਪੋਟ ਹੋਇ ਪਈਆ ॥1॥ After her, whoever took Amrit from Punj Pyare, reached similar spiritual state as Bibi Kunji. Hearing such spiritual miracles occuring at this Samagam, many more requested to be given Amrit but it was decided that they would receive Amrit in the next Samagam. Such were the Singhs of Bhai Sahib’s times. May Guru Sahib bless us too, with some Kirpa. Daas, Kulbir Singh (Adapted from Poorabh Janam ke Miley Sanjogi by Professor Takhur Singh) http://www.gurmatbibek.com/contents.php?id=411
  18. Here's your answer The Final Moments of Bhai Sahib's Earthly Life By Bhai Trilochan Singh in Sankhaep Jeevan Bh. Sb. Randhir Singh Translated by Admin www.tapoban.org In 1960 Bhai Sahib's leg veins became weak due to having spent so much time in the dark dungeons, though the rest of his body was healthy. He only had trouble walking about. On April 13, 1961, all the Jatha came to see Bhai Sahib for Vaisakhi. On April 14th he wished good bye to everyone and sent them off. On April 16th, in the morning, he prepared to leave for Gurpuri. It was a Sunday. On Saturday night, his entire bed had moved and his body seemed very restless as though the time had arrived for that great soul to leave his body. From Amrit Vela, Veer Balbir Singh [bh. Sb.'s son], Veer Sajan Singh, Bibi Dalaer Kaur, I and my Singhnee along with some others sat beside Bhai Sahib. At 7 am, I rose to have some words with Bhai Balbir Singh who was in the yard when Bhai Sahib raised both his arms, motioning for me to remain seated. I sat near him. He lovingly called Bibi Dalaer Kaur and he tightly clasped my right arm. I took his other hand and put it to my chest. A very strong current passed through my body. Everyone began to feel that the moment was drawing near. Everyone wanted to say some words to him or at least hear some final words but that holy soul who had spent his final days in peace, happiness and Sehaj avashtaa, also made his final moments miraculous. With the power of his breaths, he said "Vahi" and raised the swaas from his naabh kanval and with "Guru" he took his breaths to teh Gagan Mandal of Dasam Duaar. Again for the second time and then the third time he said "Vahiguru" he put his swaas in Dasam Duaar and then took his place in Gurpuri. This happened at 7.30am on April 16, 1961. His saskaar (cremation) happened at the pond between Gujjarwal and Narangwal.
  19. Baba Sham Singh jee - Kirtan Miracle Incident Baba Sham Singh jee was one of the greatest Gurmukhs of 19th and 20th centuries. He lived a long life of 125 years covering the whole of 1800s up until 1925. He served for more than 75 years as Hazoori Kirtaniya of Siri Harmandir Sahib – Amritsar Sahib. In this long Gurmukhi life of Baba jee, many miracles and Kautak occurred. Presented below is a Kautak relating to Ardaas and Kirtan, from Baba jee’s life. Rainfall as a result of Baba jee’s Kirtan and Ardaas Around the end of 19th century (1800s), no rainfall occurred starting from Poh (around December) up until Saavan-Bhadon (July-August). When even the month of Saavan, that is famous for monsoon season in India, passed without rainfall, there was an outcry in public. Famine-like conditions were forming in Punjab at that time. Sensing the dire situation that area of Punjab in general and Siri Amritsar Sahib in particular was facing, some Gursikhs with Shardha (faith) decided to approach Baba Sham Singh jee who was a humble servant of Siri Guru Raamdaas jee, for help. It was decided that 5 Gurmukhs would approach Baba jee to request him to perform an Ardaas for rainfall. Baba jee received the Gurmukhs with respect and love. He heard their requests and said, “Kirtan Diwaans are done everyday in the Darbar of Sache Paatsha, Sodhi Sultan, Siri Guru Raamdaas Sahib jee. You all are also Gurmukhs. You all come to the Darbar of Srii Guru Raamdaas jee and this Ghulaam (Baba jee always used to call himself Ghulaam) too would accompany you. Let’s all humbly do Ardaas before Satguru jee.” Everyday at set time, at Amritvela, Baba jee used to do a Kirtan Chaukee. The next day, the five Gurmukhs and a lot of Sangat arrived at the time of Baba jee’s Kirtan. Before beginning Kirtan, Baba jee placed his head on his Saranda (Tantee Saaj used for Kirtan) and did fully-concentrated Benti to Satguru jee, “O Sodhi Sultan, Sache Paatshah, Karo Kirpa.” After completing a short Benti, Baba jee started doing Kirtan in Raag Malhaar. Within moments, clouds arrived on the skies of Siri Amritsar Sahib and rainfall started. For hour and a half, Baba jee did Kirtan and all this time heavy rainfall continued. It is said that when Baba jee stopped Kirtan, rainfall too stopped. 20. How Bau jee's brother became Amritdhari Bau jee decides to get his brother to become Amritdhari Soon after Bau Mal Singh jee met Bhai Sahib Randhir Singh jee and got his immediate family Amritdhari, he decided to get his brother Bhai Variyam Singh's family Amritdhari as well. Bau jee requested Bhai Sahib jee to organize a Siri Akhand Paath Sahib in his village Sarli, which is in district Amritsar. One day before, Bhai Sahib along with the whole Jatha arrived at the Tangra station. Bau Mal Singh jee had reached that place ahead of time, bare feet. As soon as Bau jee saw the Jatha get off the train, he immediately fell on the ground in Dandaut position (prostrating) and he was in extreme Bairaag. When Singhs saw Bau jee in such Bairagmai state, they too became emotional. They moved forward and lifted Bau jee from dust. At that time, Bau jee sang this Shabad: ਧਣੀ ਵਿਹੂਣਾ ਪਾਟ ਪਟੰਬਰ ਭਾਹੀ ਸੇਤੀ ਜਾਲੇ ॥ ਧੂੜੀ ਵਿਚਿ ਲੁਡੰਦੜੀ ਸੋਹਾਂ ਨਾਨਕ ਤੈ ਸਹ ਨਾਲੇ ॥2॥ Right at Tangra station, Kirtan went on for 4 hours, while Singhs were standing facing each other. The whole atmosphere was filled with divine Gurmat mysticism and spirituality. In this way, the Jatha walked to Bau jee's village Sarli, which was about 5 miles from there. The whole village had come outside to welcome the Jatha. Doing Kirtan they all reached Bau jee's house and Kirtan went on till 10 pm that night. Many prominent Singhs from the area had reached Sarli that day. Guru ka Langar was going on in full force and only Tyaar bar Tyaar, Bibeki Gurmukhs were doing Sewa in Langar. The people of the area were very surprised to see that only Bibeki Gurmukhs were doing Sewa in Langar because in that area, common people were not aware of the unique Bibek Rehni of Khalsa jee. The Ardaas Sewa, as per Hukam of Bhai Sahib jee, was done by Bau Mal Singh jee and Ardaas was done in so much Love and concentration that Sangat was filled with Anand. At the conclusion of the Samagam, Bau jee advised and requested his elder brother Bhai Variyaam Singh to become Amritdhari. Bhai Variyaam Singh jee very happily said that it would be his great fortune if he would get blessed with Amrit from the hands of such Chardi Kala waalay Gurmukhs but since it was a pre-condition of this Jatha to keep Sarbloh Bibek, he would have to consult his family who at that time was at their second farm in Lyalpur (now in Pakistan). He said that over there in Lyalpur, there was only one well in the village and it was quite far from their home. It would be a little difficult to bring Bibeki water from there but that he would try his best to find solution to this problem and get ready to become Amritdhari. Bau jee accepted his brother's request but also stated his pledge that he would become one with them if they all became Tyaar-bar-Tyaar Amritdhari. Baba Variyaam Singh decides to become Amritdhari and his letter to Bau jee... As per Will of Guru Sahib, soon Baba Variyaam Singh jee consulted his family and they all decided to become Tyaar Bar Tyaar Amritdhari. Baba Variyaam Singh jee decided to take up the Sewa of bringing Bibeki water from the well. When it was all decided, he wrote a letter to his brother Bau Mal Singh as follows: "Veer jee, we (all family) are fully ready to take Amrit. Our mind has become strong and all apprehensions of the mind have been shed. By Kirpa of Guru Sahib, all weakness has been removed from the mind. You please do Kirpa and give us Darshan along with Gurmukh Pyare. If you don't come, and as per Hukam of Guru Sahib, our body perishes (i.e. if we die), then the whole responsibility will be on your shoulders." As soon as Bau jee got the letter, he reached Narangwal and did Benti to Bhai Sahib to bless his brother's family with Amrit. Who would refuse love-filled supplications. Bhai Sahib immediately gave his consent and dates for the Samagam. Amrit Sinchaar Samagam at Sarli Nagoke The Jatha reached Nagoki Sarli, while doing Kirtan. About half a mile outside, the village Sangat had reached to receive the Jatha. The village Sangat was doing Kirtan of the following Shabad: ਗੁਰਮੁਖਿ ਪਿਆਰੇ ਆਇ ਮਿਲੁ ਮੈ ਚਿਰੀ ਵਿਛੁੰਨੇ ਰਾਮ ਰਾਜੇ ॥ ਮੇਰਾ ਮਨੁ ਤਨੁ ਬਹੁਤੁ ਬੈਰਾਗਿਆ ਹਰਿ ਨੈਣ ਰਸਿ ਭਿੰਨੇ ॥ Both Jathas (arriving Jatha and village Sangat) kept doing Kirtan, facing each other, for a long time. The whole area was filled with joy and enthusiasm at the news of arrival of Bhai Sahib and Jatha. Siri Akhand Paath Sahib started and Sarblohi Bibeki Langar was giving special mystical colour to the Samagam. Siri Akhand Paath Sahib started after the conclusion of Siri Asa kee Vaar Kirtan and at the Bhog of the Paath, again Siri Asa kee Vaar Kirtan was done. The Punj Pyare included great Gurmukhs – Bhai Sahib Randhir Singh jee, Bau Mal Singh jee, Giani Dalip Singh jee, Bhai Attar Singh jee (Bhai Sahib gadbai), Bhai Surjan Singh jee and one more Gurmukh. Many families became Amritdhari that day. At the conclusion of the Samagam, the Jatha left the village but the village Sangat kept walking with the departing Jatha, while doing Kirtan. Kirtan was being done in extreme Bairaag and one Shabad that stood out at that time was: ਬੀਰਾ ਬੀਰਾ ਕਰਿ ਰਹੀ ਬੀਰ ਭਏ ਬੈਰਾਇ ॥ This Samgam occurred in 1914, in the same year Bhai Sahib got imprisoned under the Lahore Conspiracy case. After receiving Amrit, Baba Variyaam Singh became a very strict Tyaar bar Tyaar Khalsa jee. He did Sewa of bringing water from the well, for the whole family, for 14 years. After 14 years, they got a well dug in their own home. Bau jee and the whole family's Nitnem was amazing at that time. Everyone in the family used to get up at Amritvele and do Naam Abhyaas with full vigour. Later on they used to do Nitnem together and reach the village Gurdwara Sahib. There they used to do Kirtan and listen to Hukamnama Sahib. After breakfast, Sodh-Sudhaaee of Sarbloh utensils. For Sudhaaee of Sarbloh utensils, special sand used to be brought from the river. This way, whole family of Bau Mal Singh jee became Amritdhari. Daas, Kulbir Singh Based on, Poorab Janam ke Mile Sanjogi, written by Bau Mal Singh jee's nephew Professor Thakur Singh.
