Does any Singh have the program where you can convert ram to mp3 and then record programs live off the internet to mp3? We talked about it earlier on, but I couldn't get a copy.

I was wondering if some singhs can help me out if this is something that is useful to learn. My friend told me you can get taller by doing this martial arts? ----------------------- Please dont' say I need to learn gatka, I don't understand it..

I think the mood in Punjab is changing big time. Here are some of the parties in Punjab Khalsa Raj Party -- Jagjit Singh Chahuan, he wants to see a Khalistan made by democratic means Shrohmani Akali Dal (Inder) -- Panthic party, headed by Ravi Inder, and Baba Sarbjot Singh bedi Shromani Akali Dal (Mann/Amritsar) - Freedom of Rights for all people, and spearheaded by khalistanis Shromani Khalsa Panchyat -- Wants to get rid of bhaiyas, and is against Ashtosh Dal Khalsa -- Wants to see Khalistan made. Lok Bhlai Party -- Ramowallia, and Harbhajan mann [son in law], not to sure of the mandate, except trying to help girls who were hurt by marriage lies from NRIs. I think if all of them are united, then there is a good chance of seeing Khalistan.

Whatever happend to relevant posts regarding Sikhi? I am 6ft1.

Still you guys are talking about racial profiling, in an extent of ethnic cleansing. People move from different places, they bring their own cultures, traditions to another location. Bikramjit, you should know not to always trust one newspaper. Every article that you posted was from the Tribune, big deal. Bhaiyas, come to think of it, are just like any person who came to Canada, America looking for a job. Gorrai's probably think of your parents as bhaiyas.. Why do I say this, becuase the majority of Sikh adults who are in Canada, America are in blue collar type of positions, bhaiyas are in the same position. I wonder why so many Sikhs are involved as farm hands in California, British Columbia, on and on.. And to Rochak, you made it seem as anti-muslim, so what if bhaiyas set up relgious acadedmys[madrasas] if they want. Everybody has the right to their own religion. If you don't want to make it seem anti-muslim, then don't hightlight everything that has the world muslim, or islam in it. Anyways, you guys should lay off Bhaiyas, pretty soon they'll start coming over here. And who's going to sponsor them, your parents..

In my opinion, if I was the average farmer, I would want as many bhaiyas as possible. I am not sure how many of you goto Punjab, but bhaiyas rock. They're cheap labour, you can satisfy them by providing them hindi films [My taiaji does this, and they go crazy], you can hire more of them for the same price of a so called 'Dalit' Sikh. It's just economics, if you are a businessman, you want to have the cheapest labour at the best price. The other flip of the coin is that the average youth DOESN'T WANT TO WORK. Seriously, like most youth dont' study or care about anything, a good majority of them [Kesdhari, mona, whatever] are addicted to drugs. So if the native population doesnt' want to work, and if there are people who want to, so be it. Another thing I want to add is that you can't blame the bhaiyas for the drug problem. If you want to get addicted to drugs, so be it. It's your fault, why dont' people take some heat for their problems. All I can say is the Bhaiyas are good people, and hardworking. And another thing, Sikhs aren't anti-MUSLIM or anti-Hindu. Alot of these posts by a certain individual are always portraying muslims in the worst light, what's happend has happend. Are we always going to blame Muslims/Hindus for past wrongs, no! So why always bring it up.

You're probably wrong Gill about the estimate. I remember reading a Sakhi about Sant Attar Singh Ji. Somebody said how many real Sikhs are there. He said there was only 4 out of a population of 9 million. I mean truly enlightened souls.

Guru Gobind Singh Ji himself states that he was sent to the world to start the real panth, all the devtis and all the preachers were calling themselves God, they became so hankari that they forgot the truth. In dasam granth sahiab, guru ji basically states that he will bring the real path to the people and will not fall into the egotistical trap all the other 'so called' saints/rishis/munis/bairagis/devtas falled for ... ---------------- However you can always say which is the better religion, the one that remembers god the most.. ||Of all religions, the best religion sarab Dharam meh saraysat Dharam. is to chant the Name of the Lord and maintain pure conduct. || ------------------ Sikhism #1, that's all I can say.. :e:

You guys are so racist against Islam, man learn Sikhi first, start practicing the religion before you insult the Quran. I am strictly stating this to some members such as Khalsa Soulja, who is insulting Quran Sahiab. Koi bolai ram, koi kudhai... You guys say that Islam isn't right or whatever, give me a break. I TOTALLY disagree with this, not only are you insulting Hemkunt Sahaib, but dasmesh pita ji. Some of my family went a couple of years ago, and had all praise for their yatra to hemkunt sahiab.. Singh, I have love for everyone, but don't insult Hemkunt Sahiab. Its' in Dasam Granth Sahiab, and if you want to say people are eating pig fat, or riding on mules becuase they can't walk, thats a joke. It IS the highest gurughar in the world, and you think if people use mules to get up their is wrong... Get some books on Hemkkunt Sahiab, before you start dissing yatris and such.. This could be true, but I doubt it.

To Mkhalsa bhai, Read what I wrote entirely, I said having .... is good only in wedlock. When you have a wife, its called love. Its kaam, and <admin-profanity filter activated> desire, when you look at someone other than your wife. Guru Ji tells us in Dasam Granth that we should fulfill our wife's desires. Hi khalistani bro, You have a good approach and good thinking. There is nothing wrong with having desire with your wife. It's normal. Sex is good! God created sex as a wonderful gift to be enjoyed between a man and woman in marriage. He intended it to be an intimate expression of love exclusively between a husband and wife. This protects people from the harmful consequences of illicit sex and provides an ideal environment for raising children. Sex creates a powerful bond between the participants physically, emotionally and spiritually. When sex is removed from the commitment of marriage, it easily becomes a lustful and addictive activity. God has given us the wonderful gift of sex to be enjoyed between a man and a woman in marriage. Sex in this context is beautiful and pure. When sex is removed from this context and/or exploited by having adulterous relationships outside of marriage, then it loses all value. I dont' really think we should be discussing this on a message board like this, becuase it is frequently visited by young kids as well. And we don't want them to get the wrong ideas...

Dasmesh darbar in my opinon saved me from drugs and women. I am onlly 18, but it helped me bring closer to sikhism and the're sdope katha/kirtan on sundays by cool knowledgable people on sikhism. check out the taksali kathavachaks if you can, I think only maskeen ji is here and lalowalla baba. but kirtan is dope here as well, all the top jatahs come here..
