  1. I have a question for you..... do you think Sikhnet /3HO done anything positive in your eyes or is it all negative? I may not like some practises or idols I see in pictures here or there however I can see there contribution towards the Sikh community in terms of raising awareness to the wider world and inspiring others to embrace sikhi alone is invaluable ....I cant say that for SGPC or other organisations who is doing nothing to spread Sikhi in different nations especially where Sikh numbers are threatened and who we have historical links with (Afghanistan,Pakistan, Iraq, etc)
  2. Kaam is natural human biological response for the body's DNA need to procreate. How you channel that kaam is what differentiates you from just a normal person who lets kaam control them or a Sikh who is able to control and channel the kaam (by focusing the mind elsewhere) and when to use kaam in the right time (ie when with your wife/husband). Anyone with no kaam has a problem anyone who has too much kaam also has a problem.
  3. Doubt he could have done that especially mid interview in the car and in in saiful's strong hold, tommy would have stood no chance. I'm sure he will try to get even especially as its on youtube and used by some muslims to gloat...anyways they both are very much in character alas the score stands at ----------> saiful 1 - 0 tommy
  4. It has been propherised that during the kalyug the righteousness shall decrease and the falsehoods will increase, there will be alot of confusion, people who are weak will lose their dharam and get lost in the duniya and maya. Important thing to remember is when you realise this is happening you need to then wake up and hold on to Sikhi.... read and contemplate on gurbani like a life saving rope to metaphorically speaking let you cross from one side of the mountain pass to the other. There is alot of alternative things to occupy the mind in todays world, meditation naam simran will help you get out out of feelings of apathy, confusion, emptiness, etc
  5. when you care about nothing and feel lost look towards the one who created you, your lord (waheguru).... read the japji sahib you will soon realise who you want (your soul) to come home to.
  6. Make no mistake all mainstream (sunni/salafi/shia,etc) followers of islam see all non-muslims as enemies of Allah. They are taught to hate and make sure Islam is the dominant ideology....not there fault as they are commanded to do so by their false god (Allah of the quran). The Allah of SGGS Ji is one that is the true God who has no need for pitching one people against another. Our God is more powerful and true we need to realise as a community that the muslims are lost and ignorant who on the side of the dark forces they will be the ones who we or our future generations will again have to physically fight with for survival when they feel they have enough population to take over the lands we inhabit. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=lT0_NyXdIoo (islamo-fascist) As for the EDL its a English nationalist organisation that opposes the english way of life taken over by Islamo-fascists which is fair enough. The problem with EDL is that it gets easily infiltrated by neo-nazi white nationalists whose ideology is based on racist socialist nationalism. These people hate the founders of EDL and hate the way it is all inclusive allowing ethnic and religious minorities to join. So EDL is not such a villainous group as the media and muslims like to make out its more about the people who infiltrate the group that you really need to watch out for. (racist british nazi's who hate EDL) It is best for Sikhs to avoid joining EDL or siding with muslims (like the ridiciously Sikhs against EDL turban champaign) They would happily give up their sisters to islamo-facists they are not true Sikhs neither are those who join EDL purely cos they hate Muslims. You can hate the political Islamic ideology (because it hates you and wishes your destruction) but to hate a whole group of people I would consider wrong.
  7. The thieving rats are shameless trying to steal from people in our holy place shows what a low disgraceful character they have therefore they should be given a beating to an inch of their life so that they realise we do not tolerate this type of behaviour.
  8. These money problems and bankruptcy is a blessing in disguise it will show the real sikhs from the fake sikhs within their organisation. A real Sikh will be steadfast in his/her fate no matter what hardship may come their way..... They have many ways of making money they do not have to reply on the worldwide sangat for donations, they got yoga programs going on, they got businesses here and there. I have to say they have done well for promoting Sikhism to the masses, people who never heard of Sikhi embraced in many parts of south America and eastern Europe thanks to their yoga programs and from these yoga programs the members learnt about Sikhism some embraced Sikhi others not...but these 3H0/Sikhnet people are doing more than most Punjabi/indian Sikh organisations in terms of attracting new converts and spreading the message of Sikhi....so i admire then and praise them for their efforts thus far. http://www.sikhiwiki...Sikhs_in_Mexico http://www.mrsikhnet.com/2010/02/19/sikhs-of-south-america/
  9. I agree this is happening daily now and this is no one's fault but the Sikhs who keep the saroops. They should be held responsible for the safety and security of SGGS Ji. If they cant offer 24/7 protection they shouldn't be keeping Maharaj Ji. Urgent action is required all important historical ancient saroops need to be recalled and it should be made clear anyone who keeps saroop of SGGS Ji will be held responsible for maharaj's caretake.
  10. ok brother point taken. Please accept my apologises if my first post seemed offensive to anyone.
  11. My intentions were not to offend but to make people realise the multiple threats we as a community are facing and how if we do not work together at strategically targeting those who seek to harm us we will be in bad position in a few years time. And yes your right we need spiritual wisdom inside in order to go out and get others to love our love for Sikhi. Vast majority of muslims are highly ignorant of other faiths because they are told explicitly in the Quran the other faiths are all false and do not matter and Allah of the Quran is the only one to be worshipped. This mindset needs to be broken and the only way I found to break this mindset is to expose he flaws in Islam...I have done my bit.....When muslims gloat that islam is perfect ....Quran is perfect and Sikhism is man-made I show them evidences that makes them re-analyse their faith and they dont usually have any comebacks. The situation i see now looking at geo-politics is there is a storm a storm of fundamentalist islam getting the upper hand.,..the sufi traditions of Islam are being undermined....and these khalifa wanting salafi extremist sunni muslims will set the agenda once they have gain enough numbers and surrounded us. Their mission is quite clear to make everyone conform to their ideology or face death, in kashmir the radicalise process begun ages ago thats why you see Hindu's having been ethnically cleansed and Sikhs harassed day to day and discriminated in terms of jobs, etc. We have seen in Afghanistan were Sikhs numbered 200,000 and were successful businessmen an important part of the Afghanistan economy now they are like beggers who only number 1000 in kabul. We are going towards a downwards trend thanks to the evils of Islam-fascism .... we must all educated each other and community so that we begin the fight back otherwise we will sleep walk into oblivion, into the pages of history.
  12. Can we have the source of this information please? When their masjids are occupied and converted to gurdwara's then they will come to there senses only an ideological war against islamo-fascism can win and put a stop against this mence. However Sikhs have gotten lazy the Sikh lions and lionesses need to awake themselves and see the threats emerging. This is why i ask the sangat many times what is your contribution towards Sikhism, If you havent converted a muslim to sikhism or a non-sikh shame on you. If you havent created youtube video's and promoted Sikhism to the masses shame on you. If you havent given your time and money to make sure the message of the Guru's is spread then shame on you because you are a leech doing nothing for the faith and community just living on the back of it for free. I can proudly say i have done all 3...and unless we as a community do not start doing this we will see many incidents like this take place as islamo-facism is on the rise while your sisters and brothers are lost in the dunia of nashay.
  13. On February 24, a Sikh devotee from Attepur village in Gurdaspur district went to take a bath in Golden Temple Sarovar near Dukh Bhanjani Beri. As he entered the Sarovar, a man decamped with his trousers containing his wallet and cellphone. The thief — oblivious of the fact that a team was watching him doing the act on a LCD screen that broadcasts the Close Circuit Television (CCTV) camera footage live — is caught in no time. A Canada-based NRI complained to the Golden Temple authorities that her purse, which contained her and her colleagues’ passports, has been stolen. What worried the victims most was that they were scheduled to board a flight back to Canada in the evening. The CCTV surveillance team rewinds the recording of the video footage of the suspected place and after identifying the thieves, nabs them near the SGPC information centre. The purse was recovered from a dustbin. The NRIs managed to catch the flight back home. With nearly one lakh devotees paying obeisance every day at the Golden Temple — the number rises to a lakh-and-a-half on weekends and festivals — the Sikh shrine is a favourite hunting ground for thieves. But an initiative is fast heading towards earning the distinction of a “game-changer” in tackling such thefts at the holy shrine. The CCTV cameras installed at the temple are turning out to be a nemesis of kind for the thieves. Since June, 2011 — when the cameras became functional — 140 thieves have been caught in the act with the help of CCTV footage. If one goes by record, almost every alternate day, a thief is caught at the temple. As many as 130 CCTV cameras have been installed at what officials call “strategic places” to keep an eye on thieves and unscrupulous elements inside the temple. “Ever since the installation of the cameras, there has been a positive change. We have successfully thwarted theft attempts, cracked cases and handed over the thieves to the police,” Golden Temple Manager Harbans Singh Malhi told The Indian Express. Gurbax Singh, an official who coordinates with the field team from the CCTV cameras broadcast room with the help of wireless sets, said that out of the 130 cameras, 18 were high-end cameras with excellent megapixel and zoom configurations. “These can be rotated in any direction. The rest are static and record video footage of a particular direction where these are angled,” he added. Two persons monitor eight LCDs in a eight-hour shifts, as the cameras work round-the-clock. The footage is monitored in three shifts. In the field, four wireless operators work in one shift to act on the directions from officials watching the footage. “Ever since the cameras have been installed, we have nabbed 140 people for committing thefts inside the temple. They also included a few women and a family, with the husband, wife and kids participating in the act. We have even caught a person, who had been impersonating as an assistant sub-inspector and extorting money from students,” said Gurbax. “The cameras store recordings of the last three days. There have been instances when thieves have left the temple after committing the crime. They were caught when they came to the Golden Temple again,” he added. The CCTV footage also proves beneficial for the police. “The CCTV camera teams provide us with the CDs, which are useful during trials as these act as corroborative evidence against the thief in court,” Galiara police post in-charge Mukhtiar Singh said. Another police officer, however, said that the police sometimes face difficulty in getting the accused punished after the devotees refuse to lodge a formal complaint. There was a need to also install cameras at places like the sanctum sanctorum and the passage to sanctum sanctorum from Darshani Deori, he added. SGPC chief Avtar Singh Makkar said that once SGPC passes the budget for the coming financial year, CCTV cameras will be installed in more areas at the temple.
  14. indeed may waheguru rest and comfort his soul and those of his family...mundil and gang have not only destroyed one life but many others too and taking away someone who was contributing towards the future of Sikhi.... may mundil and her supporters suffer eternal agony Mum: “I was completely and utterly broken” In a victim impact statement, Mr Singh’s mother Tajinder Kaur said she was “completely and utterly broken” when she learn of her son’s death and could not describe an average day since because they have all blended into one. She said: “When I first learnt of Gagandip's death I was completely and utterly broken. I could barely function on a day-to-day basis and stumbled through each day not really knowing what was going on. Mrs Kaur said her husband died not long before Mr Singh. She said: “In the early stages I couldn't hold a conversation without breaking down in tears and there were occasions when the police had to call an ambulance for me after I collapsed. “I am desperately trying to keep my family together and retain the respect we had when Gagandip was alive. She said she was desperately trying to keep the family together and that Mr Singh’s grandparents have “really struggled” with his death and said there was a “great hole” in their lives which compounds her grief. She said: “They cannot reconcile the fact that a grandchild has died before the grandparents and see it as completely unnatural. As a mother I cannot even begin to find the right words to express the loss I feel. “I suffer from heart problems which have not improved and I sometimes struggle to cope physically. “Since Gagandip's death I feel like my heart is completely broken and taken away from me is my son and a source of joy in my day. My family now consists of only me and my daughter. I always think how different our lives could be if Gagandip were still here. I grieve not only for the loss I feel personally as a mother but also for a future that now looks far different without my son in it.” A sister’s pain : “Since his death I have felt utterly adrift.” In a victim impact statement Mr Singh’s sister, Amandip Singh said she was in “complete shock” when the police first came to her house to tell her about her brother’s death. She said: “I wasn't so much upset because I was so confused and wasn't really sure how to react. Gagandip was always my support and was the person I always looked to when I was upset. He helped me to understand and deal with emotions and so the night when the police came I was totally and completely lost. He was a constant source of support in my life, emotionally and practically. “Since his death I have felt utterly adrift and often incapable of coping with the grief of his death. “When I was much younger I would have trouble sleeping and didn't like to sleep alone. Gagan was the person who reassured me and built up my confidence that I could sleep normally. Since his death I have reverted to sleeping with the light on and generally do not sleep well. Gagan's death is a constant source of upset for me. On an average day I think of all the ways my life and me myself as a person are different. “Gagandip and I often fought over the remote control and who would sit in the front seat of the car on a family drive. Now I have the remote to myself and can sit in the front seat as often as I like - both only serve as a reminder of the great hole in my life left my Gagandip. I feel that I have no one left in my life to express my feelings to and tell of my achievements. “Gagandip was always there to listen and make me feel confident in my own abilities. His loss has made me doubt myself and I no longer have the father figure he was. Since our fathers death “Gagandip helped me to cope with his loss. We planned to always visit his grave together. I have no other siblings and the thought of visiting the grave alone makes me feel very lonely. In a way Gagandip took over our father's role when it came to looking after me and making arrangements for my future. Deciding universities without him has been very difficult. “His death has meant that I have had to grow up far quicker. Now the dynamics of my family has changed and it’s just mum and I. “Today I am driving what used to be Gagandip's BMW. When my father was alive, he and Gagandip promised to get me a BMW when I passed my test. In a strange way Gagandip has fulfilled that promise. Though initially I was very uncomfortable driving it as Gagandip hated anyone in his car. I even had a fear of opening the boot but with time I see it as a source of comfort and a positive thing.”
  15. 'She can be extremely manipulative. She knew that he was completely besotted by her and would jump at the chance of contact with her.' At the same time, she also began a relationship with Shoker, who Mr Jafferjee told jurors was also 'besotted' with her. She told her housemates about how on occasions certain of her male friends, which she referred to as gangster friends, wished to exact revenge and retribution on him (Mr Singh), mr jafferjee (the prosecuter) added. Detective Superintendent Damian Allain, of the Homicide and Serious Crime Command, said described Mahil as “calculating” and that far from being the victim she claimed to be “was at the heart of a criminal conspiracy” by luring Mr Singh to Brighton to where he was seriously assaulted and died. DS Allain said: “All this from a medical student embarking upon a career in a caring profession. I have no doubt that had it not been for her deceit and trickery, Gagandip would not have been murdered on that fateful night.” DS Allain said Mr Singh’s family had acted with the “utmost dignity” throughout the investigation and trial “despite having to listen to the lies proffered in the defence cases for all three defendants”. So does this mundil character sound like of good character to anyone? a saint? a GurSikh? a woman who invites men over to her yard at night and has intimate relationships outside marriage? It is because of characters like mundil that Sikh girls are are unfairly seen as easy and vile.... a perception that decent and good sikh women are disgraceful tarred with unfairly unfortunately
  16. There is something called rule of law, and the law of the land. If we all took justice into our own hands we would ahve anarchy. Mundil wouldnt be alive as i'm sure there are many out there who want her dead too. So what are you justifying? killing of people without evidence and going through courts, etc is ok? Dont try to play the sikhi card as you are confused and floating and your avatar pic was of a banana your not serious about Sikhism now you change it to a singhni with a talwaar. Whats wrong with you? Also have you heard of false rape cry accusations? i'm not doubting mundil's perception that gagandip came on to her I would take that as a given but her reaction and her pre planned beating and eventually murder of gagandip makes her far worse than a rapist. A person who takes the life of an innocent is evil. Those who can not see this are supporting this evil.
  17. Check this ‘Unfortunately by February this year, far from discouraging anyone from harming him, she lured him to Brighton, suggesting a meeting at the same house at 11pm.’ The victim was both ‘excited’ and ‘wary’, he said, adding: ‘He asked her whether she was sure this was such a good idea.’ - Mr Jafferjee
  18. ‘It is common ground that he tried to have sex with her by getting into her bed.' ‘Both were to describe it as an attempted rape - although in fact her description of events, even to her friends, suggest it did not get as far as that.' ‘She forced him away, he broke down in tears and he left. Does this sound like a vindictive rapist to you? to me it sounds like a emotionally attached and vulnerable man who read the wrong signs and regretted his actions. And as stated by Mr Jafferjee it didnt even go as far as an attempted rape according to her friends.
  19. Do you know the difference between actual and perceived 'attempted rape' is? Attempted rape can be subjective actual rape is however not. I'm not saying gagandip was a saint, even if he did have some kaam problems he had a chance to redeem that....IF he had kaam problems....we will never know because his life was brutally taken away a fact you and ConfusedAndFloating keep forgetting and brushing over... Who made mundil and co judge, jury and executioner on deciding gagandips fate? the man was besotted with mandil came clutching a teddy and flowers thinking she loves him....little did he know she was planning his brutal beating and murder.
  20. I dont know gagandip and i dont knw his personal life .... do you? i only se the good work he has done how he has helped the community as for you i dont see nothing... i see someone trying to slur a man whose lost his father lost his life for loving the wrong woman... and here you are slurring his name making wild accusations of him raping women... you think this is acceptable? as i've stated before you a sly manipulative woman like mundil If my sister was to ever have fallen victim to a rapist i would urge her to go to the police and get the person brought to justice so the community knows the snake. I dont know what kind of friend you are but you seem to have done nothing to help these alleged rapes tested in court.
  21. I agree and i have said he has his short comings due to his kaam... as we do all we are only human... though to accuse a person of things he can not defend as he is no longer here (brutally murdered by mundil and co)... how can anyone come on here and accuse him of such vile things as rape without providing evidence.... There is a big difference between a perceived attempted rape and actual rape.
  22. Ok tell us what have you done for Sikhism what has mundil done? Have you done as much as Gagandip did? he is no mr ordinary mr singh down the road as you put it..... he was an aspiring person who was trying to do his bit for the community so what have you done miss 'ConfusedAndFloating'? Lets not forget it was you who started to slur his name by saying you now some random singhni's who he is alleged to have raped.... so we await your evidence.... lets see the proof...will these women come forward? or are you going to make up yet another untruth?
  23. You agree with the verdict as you have not disagreed with it.. Your defaming of a deceased guys character with accusations that can not be proved makes you a vile sick twisted person. Also I would like to point out what has mundils or your contribution towards Sikhism? or the community? I see zero I judge a person by what they do for the faith and the community. If your contribution has been zero thus far you offer nothing like mundil has done but take away someone who was doing some good for the community.
  24. You have not once said you disagree with the verdict you seem to ignore this issue you are ok with her getting just done for GBH? you seem like a mundil type to me 'my friend'.... sly manipulative kinda of woman ...men should be very warey of...
