this is not fault of phone. i only asked gursikhs for simran . Its not happend everyday. I have also a mobile and laptop . And i use them searching gurmat sites.

yesterday, i done shameful act,i don't watch hindi movies and hollywood movies, because in these movies the actress are wearing short dress, if i watch a movie when in movie a lustful scene comes i never seen it, i don't listen bad lustful songs, i also doing simran and my nitnem. but yesterday when i doing work in my khet [kank nu pani launda c] i don't know why, i watch hot pics of girls on internet in my mobile , i did not watch the porn but only naked pics of girls, now i feel it is very shameful for me because in the one side i do nitnem and simran with mala, my family member looks me with mala in my hand and other side i done this shamefull act , now i want increase my simran, please any gursikh naam abyaasi tell me how i do simran every time 24 hours . i also doing ardas to guru sahib for simran, sadh sangat is the roop of guru sahib so please true gursikh tell me how i increase my simran for evrytime

please also tell me about sehsernama,i am not against the bani of dasam granth, i also want to read full dasam granth, but plz don't mind, i accepted the bhi mani singh ji wali bir, i think uggerdanti and sehsernama are added in the dasam granth later . In Hum Hindu Nahi(1898 ), the author Bhai Kahn Singh Nabha, believed that Ugardanti Bani was not written by Guru Gobind Singh but by Bhai Sukha Singh, a priest at Patna. [4] i read chandi charitter, charitteropakhyan, gyan perbodh and other banies, and i respected dasam granth, i want every sikh read dasam bani , -

sadh sanget ji , i believe in dasam granth, i read chandi di war , shasternaam mala, with my nitnem. i read also das granthi, in my one gutka sahib, a bani is uggerdanti, i read in books that ugerdanti is not the bani of guru gobind singh ji, nihang singh read this bani daily some people says it is written by sukha singh patna sahib, this is in patana sahib bir, please tell me about uggerdanti ,,,,,,,,,,,,bull chuk maaf
