    other than producing good comedy movies, punjabi cinema has produced many non comedy excellent movies like ardaas part 1 &2 daana paani sardaar Mohammad qismat rupinder Gandhi part 1 & 2 sikander part 1& 2

    let's be a bit more optimistic. Cinema has always played a very important role in the promotion of a language.

    My friend's brother is a producer of punjabi films. I met him yesterday.He laughed that hindu punjabi girls who never spoke punjabi in their life now contact him almost daily just to get a small or big role in a movie. Funny thing is they tell the producer that that they r learning both urban as well as rural/Desi punjabi and can play the role of pind di kurri as well. There is no doubt that punjabi cinema is promoting punjabi language big time.

    China from 1949-2000 was a complete communist country and their model worked.There was less poverty,good food, health and education. after 2000 China opened to foreign capitalists but even today it is 80% or more communist and was doing pretty good before the corona thing happened.

    becoz it fuels economy inequality. there has to be an upper limit as to what a person can earn just as we hv minimum wage limit.

    u need hierarchy but u also need some sort of economic equality. u can't hv a person working in a factory earning 15000 rs and factory owner earning 500000 rs.

    I lived in Madras now Chennai for 4 months. Very nice people. excellent food. many people told me that it's becoz of Sardaars that we got independence. Very simple nice people.

    good point. sangat will select punj Pyare. punj Pyare will select head of the sikh nation from the sangat. the head of the sikh nation will always hv punj Pyare for advice. punj Pyare will always be there to advice the head and if needed will hv the power to completely overturn the decision. No system is 100%. We will hv to believe in the akaal jyot which works thru 5 rehitvaan Gursikhs.

    In communism/ socialism, the govt. gets too much power and misuses its power. In Khalsa Raaj, the Punj Pyare will be the head of the govt. and they won't misuse their power because they will be imbued with Naam/Gurbani.

    Worker cooperatives r closer to capitalism than socialism. in capitalism, there is so much economic inequality. In an ideal society, economic inequality shud be very very less. In capitalism, the super rich elite control the politicians and their policies.

    UK is capitalist. Capitalism is very very bad. We need another system. Worker cooperatives r a good option.

    Guru jee has given us an amazing composition in the the form of Charitropakhyan to save us from kaam/lust which is ruling over the minds of manmukhs all the time.

    excellent idea. It has been in my mind for a long time now. Sikh kids study in convent christianity schools and other private schools where they loose their love for sikhi over the years. We need Sikh schools where top class English is taught and top class teachers r employed for all subjects. We hv spent billions on marble Gurdwaras. We as a kaum r foolish to be honest. WE NEED SIKH SCHOOLS.

    We shud be kind and helpful to both Muslims and Hindus. But our first priority shud be Sikhs and that's where our daswandh shud go.

    I know couple of Kashmiris who studied from PAU Ludhiana. They told me that they hv got so much love from Sardaars even more than what they get in Kashmir. They also told that they don't like Hindus. So yes , there is an alliance between Sardaars and Kashmiris at political as well as emotional level and there is nuthing wrong in it.

    there is high chance this is done by some crazy Muslim BUT there is still 20% chance, it's the work of ghattiya Indian agencies.

    gurmat bibek Singhs r 100% right. All bhagats got Naam from Guru Nanak Sahib. No one can enter Sachkhand without getting Naam from Satguru. sadly, most of the panth is trying to please the world by saying that our Gurbani contains baani of Hindus and Muslims. Present day Sikhs just want to please this temporary false world. Shame!
