Sant Bhindranwale’s widow dead Jalandhar, September 15 Bibi Pritam Kaur, widow of late Sant Jarnail Singh Bhindranwale, died after a brief illness at her residence here late last night. I don't think Sikhs fuel violence and hatred - They just react to receiving it from others now and then. Regarding your last statement, I could equally say the stance you are proposing will further increase attacks on Sikhs because they will be seen as an easy weak target. This I believe is one of the key reasons why such people attack Sikhs/Sikhism in the first place. Those sakhis you mentioned are just that, sakhis, you would be hard pressed to provide historical evidence for them so this is not a good way to address the issue. you are quite evidently either young and foolish or extremely niave. Do not take scriptures out of context and remember not to take them literally. When Gurbani says the other sciptures are not false. Ask yourself are all of them false or certain aspects? If all of them, 100% of the other scriptures are not false than how can that be when some evidently contradict themselves! Then the only rational possibility is that ONLY certain aspects of those scriptures are not false! And you have to understand the context that verse is said. That verse I interpurt as, gurbani saying to those who claim their quran, vedas, bible is the ONLY 100% truth and others are false are false themselves. That is what gurbani is saying... learn to see the context of what is being said

The vedas are not 100% false nor is the quran.... each has elements of truth. But not the entire vedas and entire koran is 100% the "truth" (as hindus and muslims claim respectively) because that would be contradictory when one scruipture says something and another says exact opposite. Brother you mistaken, I do not hate muslims. I hate most aspects of islam... the ideology that makes them think the way they do. Thats the difference, I lost respect for mainstream islam along time ago after careful analysis my thoughts have not changed in regards to this so called faith. PAL 07, I don't know which country you are in but in UK. To call someone a muslim or a paki is term of insult because these days, they have such a bad reputation for committing, supporting and justifying evil acts on innocent people so if you live in a muslim populated area you will know what islam is all about, if you dont then you dont really know islam and how it operates. Rakhi issue is like xmas. Sikhs in UK are not christians yet because the custom of the majority christian country is to have xmas trees up and give presents, many sikhs also participate in these activities as a sign of communal harmony.
