I tottaly agree. Shri Guru granth sahib ji maharaj is more then just japji sahib. We do japji sahib daily in the mourning. what is it gonna matter if we do it 1300 times. We should learn listen and UNDERSTAND!!!!! im stressing understand really much because gurbani is our path. If we apply what guru maharaj is saying it will only benifet us. My belief is that we should learn and understand bani rather then just doing 1300 japji sahib paths before the slotted date. Im not stopping you from doing it but this is my belief. There is no question that taksal has had a lot of shaheddi's for the khalsa. But I don't think Baba jarnail singh ji and the other singh from taksal gave shaheddi for taksal itself. They all gave shaheddi for the khalsa panth. I am not question there haeart. I am questionting there Policies. All they things they say with the panth. How am i doing nindya. firstly i don't want to talk to a person and try to get "gian" off a person from a jatha. Firstly because, They think there jatha is right and only right. EVery other person is out of the question if they don agree with you. Second, you think he has a lots of gian because you go and "learn" from him. Could you tell me what you have learned. The things told by damdamitaksal. Yes because he is there chela and thats another reason why i don't go. The stories of baba nand singh are wired and mistrious. They think there right and everyone else is wrong.And the only reason you are saying meat is wrong is because Baba nand singh ssaid, Gurbachan singh said it, Bhai Randheer singh said it. You have Inneee Shartha. What ever they say is right and everyone else is wrong. Look at the facts and please to arth of bani. Then listen to them. And see what you think. taksal maybe in the days of baba deep singh ji had good interpertation of bani. But the bani they teach now and vichar is certainly not guru ji's. They misinterprete bani in various forms for example as the one givin above on meat. Its not just meat other ones as well.

HAHAHA... IM sorry to tell you but SGPC DID NOT MAKE THE AKAL TAKHT REYAT MARYADA. Please read what i had written before the people who made the Akal takht maryada it was the sikh panth itself. Not SGPC. People like giani dit singh, proffeser Gurmukh singh musafur, bhai khan singh nabha and other great scholars made this. why did they leave thjey couldve solved things out. They couldve done whatever they believed. I understand they both take stand on a lot of things. Keski's raagmala etc. It doesnt permit anyone from not wearing keski. It doesn permit anyone for not reading raagmala. Im I think they just for there own stomach they wanted everything to go there way. Who agrred on the taksal maryada if you said it is a panthic maryada?
