  1. Pray Truth for all and say Satsriakaal, Dear all and harsharan000 jee, Please remain with the topic. Thanks. Gurdev, in my view, is singing that HIS Mahima cannot be described. mahimaa tis kee kahaRu na jaae. Ang 97 also tis kee mahimaa kaun bakhaanao. Sukhmanee Ang 286 And harsharan000 jee, you are writing long posts on Mahimaa of Wahiguru. The true Gurus never used the words, 'mahimaa' and 'wahiguru' together. Why? Balbir Singh
  2. Sat Sree Akaal, harsharan000 jee, Thanks for the beautiful references from Sukhmanee Saahib. These holy Vaaks from Gurdev are not saying that a Sadhoo is a Gurmukh as you wrote. Perhaps it was good that I did not start believing you instead The Satgur. Balbir Singh
  3. Sat Sri Akaal, harsharan000 jee, You wrote "The Bani is talking about that Sadhoo, that Gurmukh, who is one with Wahiguru Akal Purukh." Please provide one reference from SGGS jee where Gurdev says that Sadhoo is a Gurmukh. I will be thankful. Balbir Singh
  4. Pray truth for all and say Sat Sri Akaal, Dear all and harsharan000 jee, I have been trying to find the combination of the words "Mahima" and "Wahiguru" in Sree Guru Granth Saahib jee since I have read this thread. I was not successful. Thanks for referring the wondrous Sabad from Sree Guru Granth Saahib Jee. (809-17) bilaaval mehlaa 5. Bilaaval, Fifth Mehl: The Vaak is: mahimaa saaDhoo sang kee, sunhu mayray meetaa. This Sabad is not saying "mahimaa Wahiguru kee, sunhu mayray meetaa." Balbir Singh
  5. Pray truth for all and say Sat Sri Akaal. Dear all and harsharan000 jee, The heading of this thread begins with "Mahima Of Wahiguru, . . .." Would you please refer to a Vaak from Sri Guru Granth Saahib jee where Gurdev has used such expressions? I will be grateful. Thanks. Balbir Singh
  6. alias jee, Admin Note: Please refrain yourself from asking such questions. Thanks. Balbir Singh
  7. alias jee, First you wrote "well wear your kara, and kirpaan on the opposite sides then. and, dont put your right leg in the kashera first then!" And now you are saying "i aint saying become this n that." Strange are your statements " fact is that if you dont believe in righthandedness from the punj, thats what u shud do." All this you are doing on the name of punj. Please listen. Gurdev is singing about punj. Kahat Kabir punch kao jhagraa jhagrat janam gavaiaa. SGGS Ang 482-9 Balbir Singh
  8. Please do not try to convince the readers to become a miss-I-on aRy (missionary) or a member of [MOD CUT]
  9. alias jee, You wrote "tradition of the amrit sunchaar has beenpassed down unbroken-ly. . . unbroken amrit sunchaar tradition. this is a valid type of proof." The true Gurus never used the word 'sanchaar'. 'Amrit Sanchaar' together is not mentioned once in Sri Guru Granth Sahib Jee. Naam Amrit is not even sugar water drink. Balbir Singh
  10. Pray truth for all and say Satsriakaal, Dear all and alias jee, The part of the Vaak, you have referred, is from Balwand Satta ji. It is on Ang 968-9 from Sri Guru Granth Sahib jee. It is not from Guru Raamdaas jee. Also, the word used here is 'dhannu'. It is not 'dhan' (money) as used by the participant before his name. It remembers me of the begging basket placed in front of preachers and singers in Gurudwaras. The Golak has also become the iron wall between the seeker and the Guru. I feel Sikhi is totally in hands of sick Brahmins now. The dhandha is flourishing. Did our true Gurus ever say that Amrit is received by the right hand? The wisdom of true Naam is almost lost. Balbir Singh
  11. Thanks for referring the wonderful Sabad from the true Guru Nanak Dev ji. I could not find one Vaak from Gurdev that confirms or suggests us to have a clear and strong mind. Also, I do not know when Gurdev has used the word Dhan before their Name, for example Dhan Guru Nanak. Balbir Singh
  12. Thanks for quoting the last Pauri of Jap Ji Sahib. Please let all know which words from this Pauri explain to have a clear and strong mind. I will be thankful. Balbir Singh
  13. Pleae provide a Vaak from Guruji where He has placed first importance to have a clear consciousness and doing good deeds. I will be thankful. Balbir Singh
  14. Pray Truth for all and say Satsriakaal, Dear all and the participant 'Dhan Guru Nanak' Ji, You wrote "No there is no specific shabad in Gurbani that I have come across which means exactly that but rather it was just my opinion which I have gained from reading Gurbani over the years." There is no specific Shabad expressing that but some form strange opinions by reading Gurbani. Please listen Gurdev is singing. SGGS 66-3 Thanks for referring the wonderful Sabad from Sukhmanee Saahib. Gurdev has called all activities mithiaa without resolving Hari Naam. Please ponder over these Vaaks. ਸਫਲ ਦੇਹ ਨਾਨਕ ਹਰਿ ਹਰਿ ਨਾਮ ਲਏ ॥੫॥ सफल देह नानक हरि हरि नाम लए ॥५॥ SGGS 269-3 Balbir Singh
  15. Did Guru Naanak Dev Jee ever say that 'The only thing which has to be right is your thoughts and your conscience'? Please provide a reference. I will be grateful. Balbir Singh
  16. Please provide a vaak from Guru G about rehet and oblige. Balbir Singh
  17. Pray Truth for all and say Satsriakaal, Dear all, I do not know one instance where the right hand accompanies one on inner journey. Hearty thanks to God for not entangling me in rituals. Balbir Singh
  18. Some search God in scriptures. Some search difference in scriptures. The search is going on and on . . .
  19. Please let all know which statement of preachers has given you the experience that is mentioned in Sri Guru Granth Sahib Jee. I will be grateful. Balbir Singh **Mod Note** Sorry, but your question doesn't make sense. Please rephrase it and be specific and your post will be approved. Until then, this has been closed.
  20. Pray Truth for all and say Satsriakaal, Dear all, The seeker receives true Naam and all his worldly identity is lost. Is it not surprising that all Hymns in Sri Guru Granth Sahib Jee are from enlightened ones who lost their names given by their parents. Sikhi today is progressing by researching their other names. Balbir Singh
  21. Thanks Consciousness Baabaa Jee for sharing your experiences. You wrote "But technically they are still right because you see/hear (perceive) God everywhere in rom rom simran even your hair is God." Is it right that people who cut their hair actually cut their rom and may not realize God completely? Quote "But the way I describe rom rom simran is much greater than just being your hair." Does prejudicing remain after realizing God through rom rom Simran? Does one feel that he has become greater than hair? Quote "Everything is God would you just like to see/hear simran in your hair or everywhere?" I wish to taste, feel and smell Simran also. Can you confirm that God follows your wish? Quote "I heard it from a katha where someone was well versed in sanskrit. I will try to find the katha for your reference . . ." Does it become our experience by hearing a story (katha)? Quote "Yes there is no other than God - basically where a perceiver is present." Please explain it. What is there other than God where a perceiver is not present? Quote "Rom rom simran always is; even for the ignorant. God (Sachkand) always is - it is ones inference that needs to be tuned." Do we need a radio and learn to tune with God or God is a radio too? Balbir Singh
  22. Thanks Consciousness Baabaa Jee for your reply. You wrote "Many people confuse rom with hair; some say it is pore." Professor Saahib Singh Jee and many other renowned translators of Sri Guru Granth Saahib Jee explain that rom is hair. Quote "But the word rom has it's root from sanskrit sources." Please provide that reference. I will be grateful. Quote "It technically means anything that is perceivable or conceivable by the 5 senses." Is it really rom all that we perceive or conceive through five senses? Quote "When one's perception changes due to inference caused by seeing the world, thoughts and emotions etc as God. This is rom rom simran." Have I understood it correctly? Rom rom Simran is the change of perception. Balbir Singh
  23. Pray Truth for all and say Satsriakaal, Dear all, Please listen. Gurdev is singing. ਕਈ ਕੋਟਿ ਬਨ ਭ੍ਰਮਹਿ ਉਦਾਸੀ ॥ कई कोटि बन भ्रमहि उदासी ॥ Kaee koti ban bharmahi udaasee. Sukhmanee SGGS 275-12 Balbir Singh
  24. Pray Truth for all and say Satsriakaal, Dear all, Quote "baabae bhaekh banaaeiaa oudhaasee kee reeth chalaaee" is not from the Sikh's Guru. The true Guru never creates and wears a bhekh nor he starts a tradition (reet). ***** Please listen. Gurdev is singing. ਮੰਨੈ ਮਗੁ ਨ ਚਲੈ ਪੰਥੁ ॥ मंनै मगु न चलै पंथु ॥ Mannai mag na chalai panth. SGGS Ang 3 Strange, some are claiming. Gurdev started Udaasee Panth, Nirmale Panth and other. Balbir Singh
