I understand penji. I actualy thort every single Gyani is respectable and knows how to respect others. They preach to Sangat to bring them closer to Sikhi. After these incidents I've started to have second thoughts. I use 2 realy respect older and younger Gyani's. Now I have no chance of respecting them that easily. Especialy an older Gyani? I cnt belive an older Gyani has the nervs 2 do so?

I wouldnt ever make someone like that my mate. Let alone mates I wouldnt ever face or talk to someone like that. Even today every young Gyani I c i dnt respect that easily.

hardykaur penji is right. If my family/friends find out they probably put me in the wrong and say I must have done something. They wont believe me. They usualy go Gurdwara on Sundays and see this Gyani all respectable. Thats why I backed out on telling anyone about this. I couldnt n i still cant.

I dnt no n e bakground of his. Al I know was he was from India (freshie) and quite young for a Gyani 26 or 27 (sumthing like that)

saying no to the Kirpan would be same as saying No to Guru Ji's gift

I wud say Kirpan is part of the Sikhi Uniform. It;s part of the Sikh identity. Now if you see an Amrit Dhari Guru Ka Sikh walking down the road with a kirpan you would automatically say yeh thats a Sikh. So why turn your face from your identity. And as for your friend who wants to take Amrit without a Kirpan, I dont think that would be a good idea. Stay within the identity. Make people realise you are a Guru Ka Sikh.

I dont know the gyani's name. Or man shud I say I dont think he deserves the respect of a gyani. It isn't easy to face the commitee i havent even told my family about this, just thinking they probably get the rong idea and put me in the bad when i havent done anything at all.

penji I've bin on the same boat. But thing was I didnt want to ask n e 1 be4 they take the rong idea. I need some advice too there's this Gyani @ the local Gurdwara I go to and he's quite young bout 26/28 and the way he looks isnt right at the Bibiya. One day I went to the Gurdwara as i normally do be4 going to uni and there wasnt much sangat in the Gurdwara. I was waiting for my friend and he was properly staring at every step I took. I kind of did get scared, and that was the first time ever I was at Guru Ghar and I felt uncomfortable because of this gyani. So I thought I'd go outside and wait for my friend, she usualy picks me up. When I went out he followed me straight out and he pinched me really hard "behind" and then smiled. I was actualy in tears. I was realy embarased by it wasnt he? I cant even tell any one. If I had told my parents they probably have thought all sorts. And then on sundays you go to the Gurdwara he acts realy innocent because every Sunday I see him doing Kirtan. I dont know what to do. I realy cant tell any one,they probably think I'm making it up. It's really embarasing. And I'm not the only girl he has done this to, I know of another aswel. But we cant say anything. We dont know how to. That really did shock me, do these types of gyanis have any respect? Should they realy be at Guru Ghar while doing all this?

How come Guru Ji's creation can become unclean? As sed be4 through a menstruation process life is given. Now if this proces was unclean why wud Guru Ji create it ? Think about it. For the matter of leakage as sed be4 AGAIN there are pads not likely that when a women menstruates she doesnt wear one. You can get extra protectiv ones for heavier dayz. Toilets are also invented.

Did you all see the news yesterday? There was 2 sikh man, 2 gujrati men and i fink there was 1 paki amongst them aswel. N they were jus going to work like a normal day and the police got there bags searched. N mainly the sikh mans bags got searched the most, the gujaratis n pakz was just minor they just looked inside and said you can go then when it come to the sikhs he took everything out then put uit back in. What was the meaning of that? That really p*ss*d me off.

Again hinduism n pakiism is mixin in with Sikhism. Y fast wen Guru Ji has provided us with enuff food? We shud be thankful dat we get food wheras derz alot more unfortunate peepl dat dont. Be fortunate 2 wa u have. If Guru Ji's blessed us with enuff food then y say no 2 it? You shud consider urself az lucky.
